Hi, this is Katherine with your weekly podcast and today I wanted to talk a little bit about new homes in broken arrow Oklahoma. I’m actually new to the real estate business. I have worked in the auto industry for the past five years, so this is completely different for me to be working in this industry, but I’m very excited and I’ve already learned a lot about Broken Arrow Home Builders. I just wanted to go over a couple of things that I have learned at Getty while getting my start in this industry. One of the first things that I’ve learned is how new construction varies from purchasing a used home. One thing that I’ve learned so far is that building a home does not have to be a tedious and stressful process. It’s got a great school district. Um, everything is close enough together but also spread far enough apart so that you don’t feel like you’re on top of everybody. You’ve got your major grocery stores at both ends of town. You’ve got entertainment at both ends of town. You’ve got at, like I said, there’s great schools. Um, and new homes in broken arrow are also great because there’s only one high school, so you know that no matter where you are in broken arrow, your kids will all be going eventually to the same school and you don’t have to worry about moving around and moving to a different high school within your district. We offer a one year warranty on craftsmanship, I believe, and then a two year warranty on mechanical and then a 10 year warranty on structural, I believe. I’m not sure about that last part, but I can definitely find out new homes and broken arrow is definitely a booming business and lots of people are moving here and people just love new construction.
