Broken Arrow Home Builders | We Are Coming For You Now?

Hi guys. Kathryn with Shaw homes here again to continue our tour of the Monroe, one eye that we started yesterday when we were talking about new homes in broken arrow. We just finished up with the master bedroom. So now we are going to go ahead and head into the master bath. Now the unique feature about this new home in broken arrow is going to be that the master bath, actually the entrance to the master bath actually sits at an angle. So it does make the room look a little bit bigger. You have your bump out over here, like I said in the master suite that um, has the windows on two sides, uh, that I said would be good for a crib or a dog area. And then your master bath and this particular Broken Arrow Home Builders was going to be right next to this.

But like I said, the entrance is at an angle. So first of all you’re going to step into the master bath. And the first thing that you’ll notice is that it is not long and skinny. Uh, like most master baths are. This one is very open and almost square. It could actually be about the size of a small bedroom. So you could literally do a Cartwheel in this bathroom and this new home in broken arrow. So immediately upon walking in to the left, you’re going to have a separate room with a door for your toilet, which gives it a little bit more privacy. Having that door in there, uh, outside of that, as soon as you walk out of the toilet room to your left is going to be a large vanity with a sink. Um, this particular Broken Arrow Home Builders has about, uh, this, the sink is probably about, well not the sink.

The countertop is probably about six feet long. And underneath that you’ve got your pullout drawer with your spots for your hairdryer, straightener, curling irons, et cetera, so that you don’t have to leave those on the bathroom counter. I know a lot of people purchasing new homes in broken arrow. Well, men anyways, appreciate this because they’re woman stuff will not be all over the counter. Um, you’ve also got several cabinet or have you, I’m sorry. You’ve got three cabinets underneath the sink for you to put things in and then two drawers on either side of the sink. And then on the right side below that top drawer, you’re going to have two more deeper drawers continuing on. You have a jacuzzi style tub that sits in the corner and this new in broken arrow. So you’ve got your corner style tub here. Like I said, it’s a jacuzzi style tub with a large window so that you can see outside while you are bathing and just kind of enjoy that natural light.

This particular one has tile all the way around the top of it and then an additional ledge on the back side where you could set your candles or you could even perhaps put a TV if you were interested in having that there. Um, for while you soak in the tub, continuing our round, the back wall and this new home and broken arrow, you are going to have your large walk in shower. This particular one is all glass enclosed. And since this is a premiere community, uh, that we build new homes and broken arrow in part of the included options in this Broken Arrow Home Builders. It since it’s a premier community, like I said, is going to be the the tub or I’m sorry that the shower will be tiled, um, as an included option. Continuing on around to the other wall, you’re gonna have your master closet, which we’ll go into in just a minute. And then we’re gonna have your other sink opposite across the room from the first thing that we talked about. This one’s going to be have a little bit smaller vanity a, it’s going to be about three and a half feet long, um, but it also has a full size think several drawers and cabinets underneath. Now let’s go back in here in this new home in broken arrow to the master.

This particular master closet is very long and it’s got a lot of builtin shelves as well as builtin hanging bars. And this one, this new home. A lot of the new homes and broken arrow also have the new um, hydraulic pull down bars for seasonal storage. So you just reach up, you pull these bars down and you’re able to hang anything up that you currently don’t need. For example, right now it’s September. We probably in Oklahoma, it’s not time to get our winter clothes out yet. Probably won’t be until about January because it stays hot here. But a lot of these Broken Arrow Home Builders do have these new, um, pull down rods for your seasonal clothing storage. Okay, that completes our tour of the master suite, the bathroom and the bedrooms. So let’s continue back through the master suite. We’re going to walk back through the living room and then we’re going to discover the rest of the downstairs, which includes two more bedrooms and another bathroom.

So coming back through the living room and this new home in broken arrow, we’re going to go back and on the opposite side from the master bedroom towards the front of the house, you’re going to have another small hallway. Now you start going down this hallway to the right and this new home in broken arrow, you’re going to have a storage closet, which goes under the stairs and is actually pretty large to your left. You have a full size bathroom with a shower, a tub, a toilet, and a sink with lots of storage. Um, also pull out drawers in cabinets and a large mirror. This particular model of this Broken Arrow Home Builders also has a very unique tile in lay in the shower. That was done as an optional feature, very unique, very elegant. So continuing past the bathroom, you’re going to have your first bedroom downstairs, this particular bedroom, it can fit a full size bed, a dresser, a nightstand, um, and possibly even a credenza or another piece of furniture like a TV stand.

Um, or there is plenty of room to Mount the TV on the wall or in the corner. This bedroom also is going to have a pretty big size walk in closet for just a small bedroom and it would be a great room for a teenager. As a matter of fact, I feel like you could even fit a queen bed in here if you needed to use this as a space for your guests. Um, it’s also a little bit more out of the way because it’s in the corner so you’re not going to get as much traffic over here. So that’s another thing that would make it good for guests. Um, a lot of new homes and broken arrow are going to be functional to have people come, they’re going to be functional as far as having room for guests. All right, immediately next to that you’re going to have another bedroom. Now this other bedroom is about the same size as the last one we talked about, but still plenty of room. It’s, it’s basically your standard size bedroom. Um, you still have plenty of room for a queen or a full bed as well as a dresser, nightstand, and perhaps another piece of furniture. And then this one has a closet that’s not a walk in closet, but it’s got your double, uh, folding doors and there’s still plenty of room. This would also be great for a

guest. Um, or just a younger member of the family. Uh, both of these bedrooms on the side are going to each have a window to let in some natural light and they’re on the side of the house so it won’t be, um, anything that people who are driving by this new home in broken arrow are going to be able to see in. So like I said, it’s great for kids immediately outside of that bedroom is going to be your mud bench, uh, for kind of like your drop zone for when you’re coming into the house. And then to your left of the mud bench and drop zone is going to be your laundry room. This laundry room actually has a sink and a cabinet and a hanging bar. So anything that you would need for your laundry is going to be right there as soon as you come in from the garage.

Okay?

So it’s a nice way to enter your house, smell it, and then smell that fresh laundry. And it’s very welcoming to have that right when you walk in from the garage. We’ll see you next time with more information on Broken Arrow Home Builders.
