Broken Arrow Home Builders | We Are Happy To Serve You?

Again, today we will be going over the two homes in my Broken Arrow Home Builders model. The first one today we’ll be looking at the Greenville. Greenville is unique in that it can be built in 10 different ways. I forgot my water, so I’m going to go back over there and get it, but it can be built as a Greenville one or a Greenville too. Each of those has five different types of floor plans that it can vary eight in. Um, it’s very impressive when you walk in because of the high ceilings in the metal door. It is hot outside today. I think fall is almost here

and the grass is green. Not a cloud in the sky, but it is very hot. All right, walking into the Greenville, there’s a large steel door and it’s very heavy. You don’t want to get your finger caught in it made of glass and rod iron. Inside of the front room. We have wood and wood entryway that goes all the way throughout the dining room, uh, directly. As you walk into the Greenville, you’ll see that we have a two bedroom in a single bath. For the purpose of this model, the first bedroom at the front of the house is geared towards being a study, but it is intended to be whatever the customer chooses it to be.

Okay.

There is also a bathroom in the middle of between the two rooms. Inside the bathroom there’s quite a bit of options. A tile floor can I have a 86 inch mirror that is

um,

framed, has a light. So the sense of ACE has cultured Melbourne marble countertops with the toilet. So nice hardware in the bath tub, which is made of fiberglass with a shower curtain, a towel holder and the stain on the cabinets and frame of the window is Brown. We went to the next room. There are lots of airplanes in this room. It has Broken Arrow Home Builders window with a very large closet that goes underneath the staircase. Like I said, there’s lots of airplanes in this room. Has a very, very large closet, plenty of room for anything you’d need to store. There is a dresser, a chest, multiple paintings. Color of the room is beige and includes a fan. There’s some lamps, some picture frames of book by Mark Twain, the adventures of Tom Sawyer, Broken Arrow Home Builders. There’s a chair with a decorative pillow and has a horse.

Decoration was keys on the wall. They walk into the formal dining. There is a large table with four chairs. Chairs have a fabric cover on them in there. We have two decorations on the wall that are mirrors with three lights. There are plenty of plugins throughout the uh, dining room. I count three with very high ceilings in this room at 20 feet. There’s a large China cabinet that has displayed in it. Some decorations, a clock, some plates, glasses, vases, small boxes, a vase with seashells, um, that is decorative with the lamp and other assorted fake plants. Right across permit is the staircase. And we will go upstairs shortly inside the kitchen. It is a marble counter top with the tile floor, the black scene with a washing or dishwasher or refrigerator, a oven, a microwave, a in a stove top with a hood vent. And plenty of different plugins for all your accessories inside the kitchen.

It has recess lighting with also a vaulted ceilings. That cabinets stain in this room is Brown with the exception of the Island, in which case it is a kind of tan cream color that has bordering painting on it that is Brown. Inside the note there is a dining area. You had a dining room table with four chairs, has a very large window in it with curtains and other decorations. It is tile as well. The window in here has casing but does not have a header. It also has a door that goes out to the very large patio that is uh, has a light. It has plenty of your room plugins as well, but has plenty of room for all of your outdoor, uh, furniture. There are two pendulum lights inside of the kitchen with recess lighting as well in the living room or great room, Broken Arrow Home Builders. We have carpet with a very large sectional couch with the Ottoman in the middle. All sorts of decorations, a bird, some fake plants of vases, some secular fake succulents. Um, large bistro table with very large painting, two fake flowers on the wall. The fireplace,

it’s very large. It has stone and rock on it. The stone is a dry stack stone and it goes all the way from the floor to the plate line. So it is an option that is very pretty. There is a paint over the mantle. The mantle is stained with the Brown, um, wood stain. There are books and candles, fake plants. Um, the fireplace has an electrical switch which does not go out in situations like inclement weather where there is no power to the home. It, it uses, um, electromagnetic to light it.

Four, it will still work when there is no power to the home cause I walk into the master bedroom. There’s a small hallway where there is a mirror and some war books, a fake plant and a little stand. As I walked into the master, it is carpet very large with a recess lighting and vaulted ceilings. There is a fan, three windows in assortment of furniture including a chest and arm wall, a dresser, a couple of chairs and nice stand with some lamps and candles. Picture frames, sort of decorations on the wall. This is where the D the difference between the Greenville one in Greenville two takes place. Within the master bedroom there is a a what would be a door that goes on. It is unique to this because through this door you’re able to go into two additional bedrooms that can be used as an exercise room or a study.

Before I go further into the master, I need to check to make sure we have no clientele how front. So I’ll be walking back through the dining room through the hallway and to the [inaudible], to the office slash bedroom to look out the window to see if we have any clientele. We do not have any, so I’m going to make my way back through to the master bedroom so I can finish talking about all the different features that are within it. I forgot to tell you that the corners are bullnosed and arched over into the hallway to the master bedroom. Uh, going into the master bath, we have a bathtub, a closet, or excuse me, a shower with a large window with some curtains over it. We have a sort of towels and candles and other fixtures on the wall. The shower is very large with a glass enclosed meant there’s no bench in this.

There’s a soap dish tray, shower head and um, um, drain inside of it. There’s also a toilet. It is not elongated or ADA. It is a standard toilet. There is no head knocker within here. But in the master bathroom is a very large, um, vanity has two sinks in it. It is the longest of any of the four plants that we have within the heritage series. It has a very large 86 inch in height, a mirror that is framed with the Brown staining of walls, the cabinets, there’s a towel holder and other candles and um, an area to stick your toothbrush with all sorts of cabinetry. As we go through into the um, master closet, we have seasonal closet, which is going to include, um, either the, your choice of a Shepherd’s hook or a, um, hydraulic pull down. The joke is we can also put a trampoline into the floor so that they can jump to the very tough to put up the close Broken Arrow Home Builders.

There’s lots of areas to hang your clothes as well as cabinets or cubby holes designed to put shoes, um, or whatever your closet needs may be. There’s also a very large window that looks over into the Stonebrook where you can see out of big grass electrical plugins, the two air conditioning units as well as some guttering and the fence line of the other house. Also as we’re going into the uh, laundry room, there is tile on the floor with marble countertops, some cabinets, more space for hanging things and a large mud room piece that has cubbies on top of it. It is stained Brown and it’s very pretty and practical for people with kids to leave their backpacks for a spot to leave your shoes or just an area that’s not cluttering or getting in the way of everything else. Thank you so much. Broken Arrow Home Builders.
