Once you select your homesite, it’s time to do a seven day refundable deposit called a homesite reservation. At any time during the homesite reservation period, you can move forward with the purchase agreement. At the time of purchase, we will apply the funds from your homes are reservation and an additional deposit towards your purchase. At this time, all decisions for the structure of your home you to be final. This will include the number of garages, whether it’s a one-story or two-story, the bedroom count, and anything that will affect the footprint of your home.
At Edmond Home Builders you will have your own personal design consultant to help walk you through the process of picking out the colors and finishes in your home. You’ll be in very good hands, as our design staff has been intimately involved in the selection of colors you see in the award-winning model homes. We have everything you need to be your one-stop top for your visual aesthetic in selecting your color palettes. We took out the hassle of having to drive to 20 different warehouses all over town. And when you finish choosing your colors come out we will finalize the selections with your signature as an approval.
During the building process of the home, the construction site is open for you to visit at your leisure. As we go through the building of your home from groundbreaking to closing, you’ll receive weekly updates from your construction manager on the process of the home with pictures and other info. When you’re home which is 100% completion, we will do your homeowner orientation meeting. This is where we do a room by room walk-through with your quality control manager as well as do a quality assurance walk-through.

And once you have selected your one-of-a-kind home, it’s time to find that one-of-a-kind piece of land a place it on, the homesite. And that you find your homesite and plan, we will me back to your favorite model home and review all the included features as well as all the optional features that are available to you for the plan that we create a price quote for you.

An agent of the title company will walk you through the paperwork and give you the keys when all signatures are completed. Once your closing has occurred, you will begin your warranty period.
In your home owners manual, there are emergency numbers if you need answers or help during nonbusiness hours. We have our own in-house warranty coordinator and warranty text to help assist you as you breaking your new home.
