Edmond new Homes | Exploring The Master Suite

Edmond new Homes | Exploring The Master Suite

For custom homes Edmond new Homes we like to offer a variety of sizes. With our floor plans, we offer one story and two story options. There are 15 different varieties of one story floor plans we offer at Shaw for all custom homes, broken Arrow, um, and those are going to be our addison’s floorplan. And the Addison floor plan is a one story floor plan with 1,857 square feet. This floor plan offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a three car garage with a study as well. The second floor plan that’s gonna be a one story is going to be your crescent, one of the crescent one is also going to offer the three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a three car garage. This floor plan also offers a study as well as a dining room, and that is 2095 square feet.

Another option for one story for plans is our Finley and the Finley comes in at 1,802 square feet. It is actually the smallest square footage home that we offer. That is three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three car garage. And this offers a study as well, Mrs. a great floor plan, Edmond new Homes, for those that are needing a three bedroom with a study, um, but want to do it a nice smaller square footage. Um, so it’s just a really great floor plan to have with Edmond new Homes Another option is going to be our Greenville one floor plan, or Greenville Bill. One floor plan offers three bedrooms, two baths, and an open dining room. Uh, the Greenville one has 2,257 square feet. It’s a very open floor plan with a very large, great room. And, um, knuck and kitchen as well. There’s a second Greenville option or Greenville to the Greenville to is 2,556 square feet.

And you’re gaining 300 square feet in this home because there are going to be two smaller rooms just off of the master bedroom. You only can access these two rooms, the master bedroom, and they can be used as a study, an exercise room, a craft room. I’m an extra closet, a storage and media room, whatever you want to use those for. They’re just going to be two additional rooms off of your master bedroom that are private to that master bedroom as well. Another one story floor plan for custom homes, broken Arrow, his arm and Roe. Uh, we have a monroe one. I’m in row two and a monroe three. These are all going to be one story floor plans. The men wrote two has 2000, 274 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a three car garage. And this floor plan offers a steady and a dining room Edmond new Homes.

Um, it is the largest of the monroe one stories because it does offer that formal dining room and that formal study as well. The Monroe too is going to be our second monroe plan. That is a one story. It has 2000, 172 square feet. And it also, it offers a dining room but not a steady. Edmond new Homes, if you would like to change those and um, and have used that room as a steady instead, that’s, that’s up to you. Um, you will have the utility room off of the garage and the second hallway bathroom off that utility room. Your laundry will actually beat just off of the great room and off of the hallway to the two bedrooms, and you can walk through the laundry into the master closet and walk in the master closet into the master bathroom. Um, what sets this apart from the monroe three is going to be the placement of that hallway bath and the laundry. So in the Monroe three, you actually have the third bedroom that is going to be just opposite from that, the laundry room and the hallway bath is going to be right off of the utility from the garage, but just on the opposite side. And then monroe three is going to be 2000, 112 square feet. Um, and so that is going to be our monroe three. Another option for a one story home is going to be our Monterey. Edmond new Homes, we have to Monterrey options that are going to be one story. The first Monterey single story comes in at 2,446 square feet.

And it is a great floor plan that offers a formal dining and a steady. Um, you do have a true split floor plan. The two bedrooms around the other side of the great room and the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house. The Monroe too, is the second one story floorplan, Edmond new Homes, again, it’s going to be a split floor plan with a formal dining and a study. Um, what’s really going to make this different, uh, the monroe one versus the Monroe too, um, is going to be aware of the, the biggest difference you’re going to see here is going to be the width of the home. So the size of the great room and the Monterey to offers a 21 foot seven inch by 24 feet and five inch. Whereas the monroe one is a 17 foot seven inch by 24, but five inch. Um, so you’re getting a little bit more space in your, um, in your great room in that second floor plan, um, the monroe to his 2,654 square feet.

Um, these are both really great floor plans. Um, as a one story, uh, the next one story home is going to be our Prescott or Prescott. Single stories are really beautiful home with 2,404 square feet. It is a three bedroom, two bath with a steady any formal dining room. The formal dining room is open to the great room and off of the entry of the other unique feature here is going to be where the bedrooms are located just down a hallway. Edmond new Homes, the master bedroom is going to be on the other side of the great room and your laundry is going to be located adjacent from that. So all the way adjacent to the other end of the house,

you get a lot of space in this floor plan. It’s a very open layout and it’s very spread out. Um, for 2,404 square feet, this is a really beautiful layout as a one story. The next one story floor plan that we offer here with custom homes, broken Arrow is going to be our Redford. Edmond new Homes, we offer a red, uh, for one and a red for two, three as a one story. I’m the biggest difference here is going to be the front porch. Um, with the Redford, you are going to have three bedrooms, two baths, um, and Edmond new Homes, studying. You’re going to have our largest oversized nook and then most cabinet space in the kitchen. So you’re really gonna have an open floor plan here with a lot of space in the kitchen as well.

Um, but like I said, the biggest difference between the Redford Redford three is going to be the size of that front porch. We pushed the garage out just slightly, so it widens that front porch and gives you the option to have a really wide front porch there. The red for three, it’s still the same amount of square footage because we’re just pushing out the garage. So they’re both 2,349 square feet. The redford is one of our most popular plans and it is becoming one of the most popular one floor plans as well. And that’s both ways. Now the last two floor plans that we have that are going to be our one story floor plans are Wyndham plans. We have a Wyndham one and a Wyndham to the Wyndham. One story for plan offers, three bedrooms, two baths, and a formal dining room. That formal dining room, um, has a and opening off the entry and it also has a walk through through Butler’s pantry right into your kitchen. I’m on the other side of the kitchen. You didn’t do have a good size breakfast snack for a breakfast table in your utility room is going to be right off your garage. Edmond new Homes just across the hall is going to be your laundry room that feeds into your master closet. And the,

the Wyndham one and the Wyndham to, or just slightly different from one another. The Wyndham to what you’re going to see with the Wyndham to. We just pushed the garage out slightly so that you do have a, Edmond new Homes, another window there right off of that bedroom that’s at the front of the home.
