It has a three-car garage as well as a large great room, a nice covered patio, large nook. We also have the Monroe too. This one is allow, uh, in elevation a or elevation B and elevation B. You would get a nice covered front porch. This one is twenty one hundred and seventy two square feet with Shaw homes, Edmond new homes. We have the Monroe to, and this one offers an option of the game room with a third bathroom and a bedroom. Number four upstairs. We have the Monroe two E. This one is coming in at twenty nine hundred and fifty two square feet.

So this one would allow you to have a game room, a bathroom, and a fourth bedroom upstairs as well with the three car garage. The Monroe two H is one of our larger floor plans at 3,177 square feet. This also has five bedrooms, a game room and a bathroom. Um, two of the bedrooms and the game room and a bathroom being upstairs. The Monterey one is 24 46 square feet was Shaw homes, Edmund new homes. This one has a large master bath with a soaking tub and a large five foot shower. The Monterey one E is a larger one of our floor plans at 32 65 square feet. This is going to be with Shaw homes, Edmund new homes there, elevation a and B offered in this one, as well as the next four plane we’re going to talk about is the dawning hill L L it’s 2,618 square feet.

You have the option of an upstairs with a game room bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, four and bathroom two and Shaw homes, Edmund new homes. The Nottinghill V as in Victor is 2,592 square feet. This one has the option of an upstairs with bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, four bathroom, two and game room. We also have another floor plan and this one is called the Redford one. The Redford is one of my favorite floor plans because it is customizable in five different ways. Uh, the Redford one is 2,349 square feet. This is a single story with three car garage and four bedrooms or three bedrooms as well as a study. The Redford one is 3,178 square feet. It is optional to have a game room, the fourth bedroom and bath number three upstairs. We have the Redford one H this is offered in a two-story as well with the game room, the bathroom number three, bedroom four and bedroom five.

This one is 3,343 square feet. Another of the Redford floor plans is the Redford two H this is 3,158 square feet, and it offers the option of a game room bedroom, three bedroom, four bathroom, three upstairs. The Redford three is actually one of my favorite floor plans. It’s a single story and it’s 2,354 square feet. It has one of the largest nooks that we offer in our homes, as well as optional fireplace in the nook, which adds to the warmth and coziness of the nook. This one is a single story. It has three bedrooms, a study, um, again, a large great room, three bass, I’m sorry, three car garage covered patio. The Redford three a is going to be your option with just the game room upstairs. And that one’s going to be 2,928 square feet in further videos. I will talk about the rest of our floor plans in our heritage series, as well as our luxury series.
