One of the things I want to discuss with you guys today is pricing. I’ve heard a lot of people come in recently and talk about prices are going up. I talked to a builder and they said, this might be my price. But if the cost of lumber goes up, they’re going to charge me for it on the back end and come ask for more money. After I’ve already signed a contract with them. That’s a problem. Anytime that happens, you should cut and run. If Shaw Holmes builds your Edmond new homes, your twin silos, new home, your Fox layer, new home, your Ridge Creek, new home Ridge Creek.

Edmond New homes are diamond in the rough by the way. Um, but if we build your home for you, we’re not gonna play games. Um, when it comes to twin silos, everything’s locked in at the time of purchase agreement on your twin. Silo’s new home. Everything you select, yes, you select it’s locked in. You can’t change it. I can’t change it. It’s done because as soon as that purchase agreement reaches our main office, we start ordering things that next day. So it’s, it’s a done deal. Um, I will tell you that prices will go up and we’re not going to charge you for it. That’s on us. We will eat those costs, uh, which is a good deal for you. Um, there’s going to be some equity built up in your house before you’ve even lived in it. That’s a plus. Uh, but you’re getting a brand new home.

I mean, this is supposed to be an exciting process. Um, whether it’s a twin silos, new home Fox layer, new home, I mean, Shaw homes is going to treat you right. We’re going to build you a great quality product. And, um, I can tell you right now, uh, we’ll stand behind anything we put out there. Uh, we will stand behind anything we put out there. And, um, I really do believe we’ve got an awesome QC process with a number of different people, going through an 11 page single spaced sheet of details that need to get looked at. And we, we really do our best to leave no stone unturned. Um, but twin silos, new homes, Fox layer, new homes. We’ve got a lot of great options. Um, I would love to show you around so that you can see what we’ve got. In fact, if you’re, if you’re trying to be sub three 50 deer Creek schools, you need, um, you need access to the turnpike.

Come talk to me in twin silos. I mean, we really do have some great options. Um, you can get a tricked out house, um, tricked out house for a sub three 50 in here. Um, the amenities in twin silos for these new homes are amazing. I mean, you get a fitness center, so you don’t need a gym membership it’s included in your HOA. That’s $600 a year, break that down. It’s 50 bucks a month. Um, you know, it’s a very, very pretty community. Like I said, easy access to the turnpike. I mean, shoot. Even if you work down in the Yukon area, kill Patrick’s right here. I mean, you’re a jump hop and a skip away. So keep that in mind. But as I go through here, I mean, there’s a number of options to choose from number of great options to choose from. I mean, one of the things I like to point out about our twin silo’s new homes is we’ve, uh, we’ve just got such a great feel to our floor plans, the function of the space and the design.

It just, I know our designers deck deck these out, but, um, we’ve got just such a homey feel to our houses, uh, very traditional, uh, with a modern touch and a lot of people like that. This is a great time to buy great time to build great time to build. Um, just know that things are moving. Things are selling fast. Problem with that, but we found that including it, when a lot of people aren’t using it, it’s just kind of a waste. And so, you know, some people that’d be a nice natural spot in addition to this wall, but that’s a good spot right there where you could just put an entertainment center with your TV. So keep that in mind. Um, I think everybody just needs to be a little weary. Uh, when you talk about price nowadays, you know, if shell homes is going to build your Edmond new homes, your Fox layer, new home, your Ridge Creek, new home, your twin, silo’s new home. You’re going to know what you’re signing up for at the time of purchase agreement. Okay. And just remember, I mean, things are supposed to be fun. This process is supposed to be fun. You’re getting a new home. Um, we don’t want it to be stressful.

We don’t want you to lose, sleep over things. Um, this is supposed to be fun. So just know that everything’s going to be okay. We’re going to do things the right way. We’re going to be transparent and talk with you through everything. And, um, our process is awesome. I think in time, you guys will see that. Um, but we’ve got a lot to offer deer Creek schools, Edmond schools, new homes, Northeast Edmond, new homes, east of [inaudible] new homes, Shaw homes, Edmond new homes, Fox layer, new homes, twin silos, new homes, Ridge Creek, new homes, new homes, and Ridge Creek. There is a beautiful house on Ridge Creek, south off coffee Creek road, beautiful white house elevation B backs up to the trees. That’s a show home. That’s a shallow home. Um, and we can build you one right next to it. Can’t build you the same floor plan, but rich Creek new homes are great.

I think Ridge Creek is a hidden gem. A lot of people don’t know about it. They know about Woodland park. They go on Cobell road, but coffee Creek road is not, uh, as highly traveled. And so there’s a lot that remains to be seen out there. But, um, our model house there is beautiful. Um, we do have a move in ready home that’s available.
