Edmond new Homes | Walking Up the Stairs
There are a number of two story floor plans that we offer at shaw homes for custom homes, broken Arrow, and Edmond new Homes like similar to the one story floor plans. Um, we’ve got a few more options as far as two stories. Um, these are going to range from around 2,400 square feet, a two, a little over 3,700 square feet. Um, so you’re going to see a lot of variety here in the floor. Plans that we can offer. That will be two story. Um, I’d like to tell you a little bit about these floor plans themselves and what they offer within that range. The first is going to be the Addison p, so it’s going to be the two story version of our addison. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a study as well. You’re going to have a nice sized game room upstairs as well as one of your bedrooms and bathrooms. Edmond new Homes, this is kind of a nice sweet. If you have maybe an older child that wants to have a little bit more privacy, or you would like to have more of a guest suite upstairs. The Anniston p offers
the most rooms and amenities. I’m in a 2,400 square foot home. So that’s really going to be the highlight here with the, uh, with the Addison floor plan. The next floor plan is going to be our crescent floor plan. Um, the crescent m floor plan has 2,593 square feet. It is our two story crescent. We have a crescent, m and a crescent p. those are both going to be two stories. They both offer four bedrooms. Um, the crescent m offers two bathrooms and the crescent p offers three bathrooms. Edmond new Homes, the crescent P is going to be 2,946 square feet. Um, so that’s gonna be the biggest difference between those two floor plans. And the crescent am simply offers a, um, a game room upstairs while the crescent p has a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Um, so like I said, you are going to still have ’em. The main difference here is you’re going to be having, um, then number of bedrooms and the number of bathrooms here on this, uh, on this floor plan,
the next, um, so the crescent p is going to have 2,940 square feet. Edmond new Homes So you almost have 3000 square feet in that home versus the 25, 93 for the crescent in the next two story floor plan is going to be our Greenville. Now our Greenville, we actually do six ways as a two story, um, this is gonna be the Greenville one or the Greenville too. Um, and for custom homes, broken Arrow, there are two ways we can do our Greenville and the second way has two private rooms off of your master suite. They can only be entered from that master suite. Um, and that’s really going to be the highlight here on that Greenville too. Um, the Greenville too. We do three different ways. We do an e and h and l we do the same thing for the Greenville, one in e and h and l. um, so really what you’re going to see with the he is you are going to have four bedrooms and three baths, one of the bedrooms and baths is going to be upstairs with a game room, the Greenville Age, you are going to have two bedrooms and one bathroom.
And then finally with the Greenville Ell, you are going to have three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Edmond new Homes, so that’s gonna be the way they eat and the h and the l are going to be laid out and they’re going to be laid out the same way for the Greenville one and the Greenville too. So the only thing that’s changing here is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. So the, he has four bedrooms, the age has five bedrooms and the l has six bedrooms. The Greenville one, he has 2,987 square feet. The Greenville one has 3000, 164 square feet. And the Greenville one l has 3,413 square feet. Now the Greenville too, he has 3000, 286 square feet. The Greenville to h has 3000, 463 square feet and the Greenville to l has 3,712 square feet so that Greenville to l is going to be our largest home. Um, it’s going to have the largest amount of square footage because you are going to have those two additional rooms that you can access off of that master bedroom. And then you’re going to have three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Um, you’re gonna have your master suite and two bedrooms downstairs with a,
with a master bath and a second bathroom downstairs as well. Um, you’re also getting a formal dining room with, Edmond new Homes, with this layout as well. So you’ve got a lot of space in this at Greenville too. Well, just something to keep in mind now our monroe is going to be the plan that we do the most ways. And so obviously seeing it as a two story for custom homes, broken Arrow is really going to give you all the different options here. So there are 12 different ways to do that. And then row is a two story. We have three different versions, the Monroe one, the monroe too, in the monroe three. Um, the biggest difference here is going to be the monroe one offers that formal living, formal dining room and steady Waldman road two and three only offer the formal dining room, um, that can be used as a study as well. Um, the monroe to also, um, changes the location of the laundry room and the
bathroom. Um,
and the Monroe three changes the placement of that third bedroom so that it’s just off from the garage. Edmond new Homes, so in all these different ways, um, we do an e, h I n a p on the Monroe, one, two, and three. So the, he is going to give you four bedrooms. I’m one of those bedrooms and bathrooms is going to be upstairs. The age is going to give you five bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms are upstairs or the bathroom upstairs as well. The eye is going to give you the,
um,
the eye is going to give you, the, the eye is going to give you, Edmond new Homes, those two bedrooms, the bathroom, a bonus room, and a game room upstairs as well. And the P is going to give you one bedroom, one bath, and a game room. Um, so those are going to be your three different options. The Ehi and the p. So the, he has four bedrooms, three baths. The h have five bedrooms, three baths, the well, the eye has five bedrooms, three baths as well with an additional bonus room upstairs. And the PPI has four bedrooms and three baths.
And we do those three different ways than the narrow one. The Monroe too. And the mountain road three. So the Monroe one, he has 3000, 74 square feet. The Monroe one h has 3000, 279 square feet. The Monroe one, I has 3,671 square feet. And then Monroe, one P has 2,820 square feet. The Monroe too, he has 2,952 square feet. The main road to h has 3000, 177 square feet. The Monroe too. I has 3,513 square feet. And the mineral Tupe has 2,700 square feet. Um, these are all going to be built for custom homes, broken Arrow, and that men row three, he has 2,912 square feet. The middle row three h has 3000, 117 square feet. And the Monroe three, I has 3,379 square feet. Edmond new Homes finally the Monroe three P has 2,658 square feet. So these are going to be all the different square footage and all the different layouts that we can do for them. Monroe as a two story, this is definitely our most versatile floor plan and there are a ton of options, um, when building with custom homes, broken Arrow, all of the different ways that you can build a monroe and all of the different ways that you can get a different square footage with a similar floor plan from those three different versions.
