This is where we offer you your own personal design consultant to help walk you through the process of picking out the colors and finishes in your home. You will be in very good hands, as our design staff have been intimately involved in the selection of the colors you see in our award-winning model homes. We have the most well appointed design studio in the Oklahoma City area. It is filled with everything you need to for your one stop shop for visual aesthetics in selecting your color pallets. Plus, it takes up the hassle of having to drive to 20 different warehouse is all over town. And once you’re finished choosing your colors, we’ll finalize the selection with your signature as an approval.

During the building process of the home, the construction site is open to you to visit at your leisure. As we go through the building of the home from groundbreaking to closing, you will receive weekly updates from your construction manager on the process of your home complete with pictures and other information. And when you’re home which is 100% completion, we will schedule you for your first orientation meeting. This is where we get a room by room walk-through of your new home with our quality control manager. They are here to help you understand how everything in your new home works. And this is also where we do our quality assurance walk-through.
