We recently have gotten the opportunity to change, adjust and update a lot of our process. We’ve got a really cool structure and a great ideology and understanding of just how to to benefit each and every one of our buyers that we get the chance to work with here at Sharp. There’s a lot that goes into the steps as a lock at the center of the process. And for us, we want to make sure that we are very consistently going above and beyond with each and every one of our buyers that we are connecting and communicating with. There’s a lot that we really try to do and we really strive to do for all of our buyers, and a lot of that comes into play when it comes to their new home options, new home amenities, new home opportunities and different factors like that. There’s a lot that I really love getting the chance to go above and beyond with and making sure that I’m connecting with them. There’s a lot that I really want to make sure that I’m getting the chance to go above and beyond with four, each and every one of my buyers. So that way they feel very heard their needs and their understanding is being met for their New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma expectations and different stuff like that that there’s a lot that goes into the new home process and there’s a lot that goes into the new home and then it is a new home opportunity to shine. And for us here at Shire, we really strive very consistently to go above and beyond and all of that.
But when we do and when I speak about that, that can apply for new homes and I’m in new construction homes, in admin and New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma in general, these are all areas that we’re very active in on a very consistent basis. So for us here at Shore, there’s a lot that we put into our process and there’s a lot that we put into the new home goals in the new home amenities that we’re properly communicating with our buyers. So when we do that on a very regular basis, there’s a lot that we’ll try to go over and set a good expectation of from start to finish with us here. Or shall we get the chance to do that or when I get the chance to set really great expectations and go above and beyond very consistently with my buyers? That’s such a good feeling when I get the chance to do that, when I’m getting the chance to show off what I’m able to do for my people and for my buyers on a very regular basis. So more than anything, and when I get the chance to connect with people, my very first step and what I do first, more than anything, I do what’s called the Model Home Tour. So I set up a structure that and basically I meet with them and I walk them through different options and walk them through different models that we have.
It’s really cool. I was talking, I say, it’s a great way of, you know, so you get to see what things look like on the inside and you’re going to have a better idea of what our structure is and just how that applies for our process as a whole here at Shore, because our process is very different compared to different builders. And our goal as a whole is we’re going to do everything that we can to set good expectations and communicate really well for each and every one of our buyers. And they have a good idea and a good understanding of what’s to come for their process. But more than anything, we’ve designed our process this way, and we’ve designed our structure this way to have a good idea for buyers to say, Hey, this is what our structure is. This is why we do what we do. This is how we do what we do. And this has been designed to keep your home in mind. And why we do. This is basically more than anything to have a good process and a good structure for each and every one of our buyers, no matter what their, you know, no matter what home they’re building, no matter what process they go through with us, it’s it’s quite fun being able to very consistently go above and beyond for buyers as they walk through the process with us and as they walk with us and walking alongside us makes. Excuse me, makes for quite an amazing structure and quite an amazing process with us here at shows more than anything when we were getting the chance to set good expectations on a very consistent basis. And when you know that buyers feel comfortable moving forward with you, they feel protected. They understand what’s going to go into their new home amenities and new opportunities. I really feel like we get the chance. I get the chance as a representative of Sean to incentivize an amazing structure that we’ve got just some amazing opportunities that coincide with our process and our new home structure and new home amenities, different things like that.
There’s a lot that goes into it. So the better that I do with that process, the better that I communicate in the new home structure, in the new home amenities as well, the better that I do, as with age. Just as a representative of your homes as a whole. So more than anything, we’ve got a really great structure. We’ve got an amazing process and there’s a lot that goes into our new home amenities and our new home opportunities. And the more that I go above and beyond with that and the better that I do as a whole. So for me, it’s quite fun being able to to show off what I can do for my buyers and how that process is structured to to benefit them, to benefit their their new home amenities and new home opportunities as a whole. So more than anything, the better that I do as a process and the better that I do as a representative offshore and looking at New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma, new home and decent new home opportunities with me and really helps as a whole to show off what can be done, whether they’re looking at new owners and their new home construction, OKC, New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma of different areas that we’re building. But with that being said, and kind of what what that process means for us and what that means coinciding working with us can also weighed on to our realtors as well. I mean, we get we have some amazing, wonderful realtors that I absolutely love working with. It’s so fun getting the chance to connect with them and help them with their buyers to make sure that their needs are being met. And they understand that we’re more than anything. We’re here to make sure that they understand we want to follow their process. We want to make sure that they understand this process is. I’ve been tested, tried and true time and time again. And for us with realtors, I want to make sure my realtors feel protected. They feel like they have a good understanding of our process here. They know what to expect. They know what’s coming next. So that way, if they do move forward and when they move forward with us, they’re then getting the chance to see exactly what process we have to offer and more than anything, just how that applies to them as well. Because I feel like when realtors, when we make sure to keep them in the loop and we keep them keeping communication with them and as they walk with us in this process, they feel really protected. They feel like they’re being taken care of. And for me, that’s a big part of my process. It’s a big part of my structure as a whole that I want to make sure that I’m very consistently, consistently going above and beyond with and all that I do. So I love making sure that that those needs and desires and those warrants are being met as well.
So that way my buyer feels like they they know what is to be expected. And same with realtors when I work, when I get the chance to work with realtors. I just always try to make sure that I’m being very consistent with their process and with their their new home options and their new amenities. And because when I get the chance to do that, when I’m very consistent and then getting the opportunity to help them and be a tool in their tool belt, and again, this can be applied with new homes and minimum construction in OKC. These are all different areas that we’re very actively building in, and this is something that I really like doing on a very regular basis, just making sure that any and all realtors know that we’re here to benefit them. We’re sure to benefit their process because I want to make sure that they have a good understanding that I’m here and more than anything to make sure that they have a good understanding of what’s to come and how that applies and different factors like that, because there’s a lot that goes into the New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma process and new amenities. And the more that I communicate that, the more I communicate a good process and a good structure as a whole. I really am building my realtors, and that’s very important to me. I want to make sure my realtors that I’m I’m here to protect them and I’m here to work alongside them here at home. And whenever I get the chance to do that, it’s just go above and beyond on a very consistent basis that I’m getting the chance to set a better example for myself and for my buyers and their structure and their process and everything that coincides with their new home opportunities in their new home amenities as well.
So it’s quite a fun option that I really love getting the chance to very consistently go above and beyond with with each and every buyer that I’m working with and each and every buyer that I’m getting the chance to connect with. So whenever I am and very consistently going above and beyond and everything that we do and all the processes that we have here at show, then I know I’m doing something right and I know what. I have a great process and a great new home amenity and new home opportunity that I’m offering for my buyers. And as they walk with us, they’re alongside us. And that’s something that I really make an effort to do on a very consistent basis. So more than anything, the more that you know, the better that you do when it comes to share. And that’s something that’s very important to us, and that’s something that I love getting the chance to provide for my buyers and stating, Hey, look, this is what we can do for you. This is why we do what we do here at shop. This is our process. This is our structure as well. This is something that we love doing for a buyer. So it’s really fun. It’s quite easy. Whenever I’m connecting and making sure I’m communicating properly with my buyers, just explaining both to them and realtors that they work with. Now we work with just what’s to be expected from here and how whether they’re looking at new construction homes and I mean, new home construction in OKC, we’re here to protect them and walk them through and more than anything, guide them through the process that we have here at our homes to get them the best information.
