We’ve gotten a chance to kind of walk through and get an idea of how the new home options apply in our process applies when it comes to New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma and new home opportunities. And here with us, Shaun, different things like that. There’s a lot that goes into our process. There’s a lot that goes into our new home options and new home amenities and new opportunities and stuff like that. So there’s a lot that we really like getting the chance to show off and make sure buyers have a good understanding of when it comes to the new home amenities, new home opportunities and this can be applied whether they’re looking at new homes at home and new home construction, or see New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma rooms and all the different areas like that. So it’s really fun going in and going and getting the incitement. But in reality and the truth of it all, we more than anything want to make sure that we’re calling them a full monthly payment. That’s a big point. The big part of our process is because that’s what they’re actually going to be paying. That’s a big but the most important thing. They’ll be paying a monthly payment. They’re not going to be paying, you know, 100 percent full price. We’ve got to figure out where they want to be out in different areas of town have different price points that we we really try to stick to to adhere to different stuff like that. So that’s something that we do on a very consistent basis. It’s very important to our process as a whole. And when I get the chance to do that, when I’m getting the chance to very consistently go above and beyond in the process that I offer and the connections that I have for my buyers, making sure that they understand we’re here to protect them and we’re here to walk them through our process and give them the right insight and information. There’s a lot that goes into it, there’s a lot that we we really consistently want to to do always do better for each and every one of my buyers. Not just the land, but they can reserve it and they can block competing customers from taking that land as well. It’s a really cool option that we offer. They can do home sit reservations, what is called. But more than anything, this is a great way to get buyers the right information per location that they’re looking at. And when they look at these locations, we go over options with them and there are just I feel like people are more susceptible to understanding exactly how we can apply new home options for the. Hmm.

Who were able to go over options because these new home amenities and new home opportunities that we have. They. Basically, we’re we’re wanting to walk people through our process and make sure that they have good understanding of the structures that we have, the options that we have to pick from, how we can work to benefit our buyers and different stuff like that. So that’s amazing. I love being very consistent about. Excuse me, and just going above and beyond in all that we do and all of the information that we’re gaining and giving to our viewers, so that way they know, Hey, this is why we do what we do, this is our process. This is the structure that we have. This is how we restructure things a certain way. And this is why we do things a certain way as well, because more than anything, we connect with our buyers. It’s giving them so much better information, so much more information and showing, you know what exactly I’m able to do to help buyers and to benefit buyers. So that way, they’re able to see just exactly what goes into our process and how exactly I’m able to talk with them and communicate properly with them as well. And so we’re not communication as consistent with their understanding has been said as well. I mean, it’s such a fun opportunity that we have just to communicate well and to communicate better than those around us, to set a good expectation and good understanding for what’s to come and just how that applies to each and every buyer in their process and their new home options and their new home opportunities as well. It’s a really fun process.
