Speaker 1 Shore Homes has been building New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma, for a couple years now. They have several different communities. Woodland Park, in particular, is a family friendly, amazing community with so many amenities and so many nice and friendly neighbors. Woodland Park is one of my favorite neighborhoods because of the family family friendly orientation. It has a clubhouse. It has a swimming pool. It has a fitness center and a walking trail right there, almost in Arcadia area. Edmond address. It’s amazing. Another neighborhood we have in the Edmond area is Fox Layer and Rush Creek. These neighborhoods are amazing. New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma heritage series homes on a half acre two three 4th acre lots. Another neighborhood we have is twin silos. Twin silos is a little more west than the Edmond area, but it is in Deer Creek schools, which is a great school district and it is in this next couple of months it will serve phase two, which means all of our neighbors are going to be getting their swimming pool and their walking trails and their clubhouse.
All of those things that they’ve been waiting on for so long and we are so, so excited. Whenever you’re building with Shaw Homes, it’s super easy and simple. We have five steps. It doesn’t matter if you’re from out of state or you know you live down the street, you make it all easy for you. I currently am working with two people from out of state, and they said that this is the easiest process. It’s even easier than buying a used home from out of state. They get to go online to their all of their designs and their floor plans and their home site. I face time them to make sure their home site is what they want and what they enjoy. And then we move forward with contract and I update them on their house every step of the way. And here in about a year, they’re going to have a brand New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma waiting for them in Oklahoma City, which is just awesome that I can do that for them. No one else has ever lived in that home. No one else has ever walked on the carpet with dirty feet or been in the shower or use their toilets or anything like that. This is a house brand new to them and a brand new area completely new. It is just all new for them, and they’re moving forward with their life and it is amazing. I love being able to show them a house that they’ve never lived in before, nor has anyone else and a brand new area that they’ve never seen or lived in before. Working with the out of state people, it’s been super fun because we can pick our plans over Zoom or over phone call. So I listen to what their needs are and they’re once and I come up with some floor plans that are based on that. Once we find that floor plant floor plan, then the rest is really easy. We, you know, go through our our survey, they are able to take a survey of the options they want so I can price them out at an estimation of what it’s going to cost them. They’ll get pre-approved by one of our lenders or one of their lenders, and then moving forward, they pick their home. So I’ll go to their community. If they cannot come here over Zoom or face time, I’ll walk them around on their home side so they can see it from, you know, another perspective not just a plat or a satellite picture on the internet like I can actually show them, walk around on it, get some feed on it, show them what their views are going to be from their bedroom window, things like that.
And then after that, we take them to the design studio. So I’ll show them over Zoom, some colors or whatever I can do. If they’re buying heritage, then they’re going to go see Olivia and Oklahoma City, and she’s going to work with them on getting all of their colors and options. And then we sign contract and that’s, you know, again, super easy. We send them all the stuff to sign. They can sign from wherever and then they send it back. It’s it’s a done deal with Zoom. We face time and then in 30 days, we we start, we start building their dream home that they got to choose over Zoom or face time, which is incredible. And then when they’re ready to move down here, they move down and they’re in a brand new dream home. It’s amazing. We’re building a lot in the Edmond, Oklahoma, area. Many new construction communities are going in and we are looking for more. During the five easy steps, will you know, pick your plan? We have seventy four plans to choose from, so it’s very big options.
We have anything from two to five bedroom homes. We also have many houses with flex rooms and our functions are great. Flex rooms can be turned into a study, a bedroom and office movie room, a living room, a hangout, whatever you prefer. It’s just an open space in your in your house so you can create however you like. Then you can also choose from game rooms to play rooms, two dining rooms, two studies. We have so many different options and our New Construction Homes In Edmond Oklahoma floor plans, and it’s so much fun to go through them and just get all the needs and wants from a client and give them that floor plan with everything in it. See their light, their face light up. It’s amazing. You also are able to choose how many bathrooms you want. We’ve got so many floor plans with, you know, two bathrooms to two and a half bathrooms, three bathrooms, two, three and a half bathrooms, whatever you prefer. We’ve got it. We just have to do some digging to find, but we totally have it there. We also have some floor plans like our Retford with like eight different options for you. You know, do you want the upstairs in the Redford? Do you want the downstairs? You know, just this bedroom, this study, this game room, like, what do you want? We have so many options. So many. But yeah, after you pick your floor plan and you know, we’ll go to the payment or price, you will get your estimations set in place, then we’ll pick your place and step three, we’ll pick your home site. I will literally go to the community of your choice. We’ll get out there. We will set foot.
We will walk around, see the trees. Or, you know, maybe there’s some city things there that you know you may want or not want in your yard. See where the sidewalk is going to be placed and where the driveway, you know, just try and picture the house of your dreams sitting on this piece of property after you pick your place and we’ll go to finishes, we’ll go to the design studio. Like I said again, you pick absolutely everything you want in your house. If you don’t like it, we won’t have it in there. Well, it’s not easy. It’s that simple. You pick all your options. There are so many options to choose from, and once you finalize on all your options, we go straight to contract and after contract and 30 days we start building your house, and in the next year you will have your house built.
