So whenever anybody walks into my model, the biggest thing I always want to make sure if is to go over the path. Now we’ve gotten the chance to go over the path in the past, kind of walking through the five steps to owning your Shaham so they know what to expect moving forward. But my second favorite thing to do with them is to go over the brochure that we’ve got that would give to everybody, every client, every realtor, anybody that walks through. I always like to make sure to go over this. Now, a lot of people don’t know, um, exactly what to expect with a new builder, a new home builder, New Home Builder in Edmond , and a Tulsa new home builder. But basically this sheet, this piece of paper does that job wonderfully for us. A lot of people are shopping builders right now, and they’re trying to figure out what builder works best for them, which they prefer what may offer the best of amenities and opportunities, or honestly, just who’s the best overall.

Obviously I think that’s Shaw homes, but I’ve got a list of reason. Why reasons, why I’m not just going to say one thing and then not deliver, not explain why I believe that show homes has been around for over 35 years now in the Tulsa area and the New Home Builder in Edmond There’s a reason we’ve been around for so long. Mr. Shaw does everything so ethically and does a wonderful job of conducting his business that we’ve been around for such a long time. We’ve gone through different stock market crashes, different markets, different, um, environments and situations with new home industry and home industry in general. So it’s wonderful to see a company that’s been around for a long time. That can be the first thing that people can take from show homes. Now, the most important thing I like going through is the first option where the most award-winning builder in Tulsa, we’ve won about 32 awards in the last five years.

And I can probably tell you right now, that’s gone up. Even in the past couple of years, we’ve gotten the chance to build the St Jude dream home and we’re last year and we’re building it again. This year. There are beautiful, gorgeous, luxurious homes that off, um, that we help fund the St. Jude, um, dream opportunity St. Jude opportunity, their kiddos. And it’s such a wonderful experience that we’ve gotten the chance to take part in. But with that being said, since you’re getting an award-winning home and award-winning floor plan, that’s going to benefit you in the long run when you go to sell your home, if you choose to do so in the future, because you’ve got a floor plan that was so meticulously designed to be an award winner and the best layout everyone’s going to love it. And as soon as they walk in, it’s going to benefit you, um, so much more in the long run with resale value and selling it very quickly, because it’s going to be a highly desired floor plan and layout of your home, where Oklahoma’s highest and most reviewed builder.

We’ve got 4.8 out of five stars and over 700 now, most likely 800 reviews. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather go with a builder that has almost thousand reviews on their website versus one that has maybe 10, obviously not everybody. Um, that is super happy with their experience is going to be posting on there or not. Everybody that has had the most wonderful experience will be posting on the site. But it’s the fact that we have 4.8 out of five stars. We’re the highest reviewed New Home Builder in Edmond and the best reviewed builder, just because you have a lot of reviews, doesn’t make you the best builder, but we’ve got the most or the we’ve got the highest reviews, best reviews, people that love their home, make sure to leave their feedback. They’ll make sure to leave their experience. And for you as somebody who’s looking for that experience, this helps explain it perfectly, gives a great expectation of what to see moving forward with your home.

We’ve got the more, most furnished and decorated model homes. It’s easier to visualize than just a piece of paper that lays out the floor plan. It’s a way that you’ll be able to know what your furniture fits. You’ll be able to figure out if your family fits. You’ll be able to figure out how the flow is with your family. And if it’s laid out properly, because your home, maybe your family be able to fit in at home. But the floor plan may or may not be laid out properly, that it gives a great flow and function for your family. We’ve got more choices than any other builder in Oklahoma. Right now, we’ve got 63 floor plans. We’ve got 33 communities, we’ve got over 400 home sites to choose from. And that soon we’ll be increasing. We’ve got over eight cities. We build in where a new home builder in Edmond, as well as in Tulsa, but he’s got over 440,000 pre priced options in our design studio.

We really value being transparent in our pricing and our options in our floor plans in our locations, in our neighborhoods, in our cities, when we want to give you the best experience and the best options that you have, we have to offer. We have Oklahoma’s largest customers. And to have that goes back to our monthly incentive that we offer each month now with the market being what it is, I don’t know exactly where incentive will be next month, or if Mr. Shaw will even give an incentive next month. But I can say that this month we’re offering $4,000 towards your closing costs with the use of a preferred lender. And then on top of that, we’re giving you a $11,000 that you can use towards your home, either in options or off the price of your home. We have Oklahoma’s best warranty. We’ve got a 10 to one-year warranty.

Most builders you’ll see has just a one-year everything warranty, but Mr. Shaw wants to take care of his customers so much more. Even after their homes complete, we’ve got a one-year everything, a one, a two year mechanical, uh, more Tisa that covers a lot of stuff hidden that you can’t see. So like your air conditioning, your HVC, your plumbing stuff behind the walls, and then a 10 year structural. So your foundation, your framing and your roof, we want to make sure that we’re taking care of you. Like I was saying a little bit earlier, we’ve got the most transparent pricing. You can get your pricing before you go to contract. That’s a huge thing with builders nowadays. I feel like everybody’s so wary about building with a builder or going with a new home because some builders will quote them one price. They go to close and then it’s $20,000 over what they thought it was going to be.

It can be really scary and it can be really frustrating because people sometimes can’t use their, or they lose their financing. At the last moment. That’s not how Shaw homes wants to structure things. We want to make sure this entire process is extremely smooth for you. And we want to make sure that you feel comfortable moving forward with us. So we give you the most transparent pricing. Many price, many builders will give you pricing after you commit. They’ll make sure you sign that document, signed the dotted line. And then from there, go into the options more and you see the numbers just rising and rising and rising. What we do with our price out. We meet you. We go get everything down to the dollar. We price it out the way that you want your home to be priced. And then from there, we’ll move forward with a purchase agreement. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable. Everything is transparent and you know exactly what home you’re getting, the exact price you’re doing and all the options that you’re putting in.

We’ve got the easiest customer process, for New Home Builder in Edmond the five easy steps to owning a home. This is that path that we were talking about earlier. That helps go over what exactly to expect from Shaw home. We’ve got structure to the way that we do our, our, our homes and build our homes and with our customers. We want to make sure that you know exactly what you’re getting into. A lot of builders. You may walk in and they’ll start by doing a tour. They’ll kind of get you some information. They may get you some pricing. They may help you pick a couple options out. And then you sign in the location that you kind of know on a floor plan. You can know with options EMI. Now for us, we wanna make sure you know exactly what’s coming next. So for the first step, it’s always going on the model home tour.

Next is we help get you financed. We figure out if you need financing, if you need to get approved and we help get you to Islanders. From there, you pick the neighborhood, you pick the Homesite, you reserve the homesick, so that competing customers can’t take it away from you. After that, we meet during that seven day timeframe of reserving that home site, we pick out your finishes, we get everything down to the dollar, get all of the options, the way that you want them to be in the home. And we price it out exactly how you want it. And then from there is the purchase agreement. Then we finally move forward and we set the expectation for building what to expect when you build who your construction manager might be, what to expect in the months moving forward. And so that way you feel comfortable with us.

After that, we’ve got weekly construction updates for all New Home Builder in Edmond for our customers. It’s not going to be a, when will my home be complete? I don’t know sometime soon. I think we’re at framing. Now. We don’t want to do that with you. We want to tell you exactly what stage your house is. That pictures of what they’ve done that week and what to expect for the following week. Our construction managers do a wonderful job, being extremely thorough, getting you information every week. You’ll be able to see what your home is at, what stage it’s at, how much longer you can kind of guesstimate that you’re away from closing. Of course, we won’t have an exact until we’re about 30 days out. And then from there, after you’ve completed in your home, or you’re now in your home, we’ve got an in-house warranty department. We’re not going to send you out to a third-party to get a warranty taken care of or something in your home fixed. We’re going to do it here. And at our main office, you’re going to talk to people who work specifically for Shaw, with Shaw and alongside Shaw. And that’s our main goal for you as a customer of ours, as we want to help you from a to Z from start to finish, even after your home is complete.
