Happy Thursday, happy Thursday to it is may the fifth or sixth, May 5th or sixth. One is two, and this is my glue stack. Here. You got talking to guys about new home construction. In our view, in this current market, it is hard to find something that is current build that you like and you can afford. So the best way to go about it is to do New Home Construction and the best builder for new construction is Shaw. Shaw homes have been around since 1985. Shaw homes builds New Home Construction in all areas, but this week we want to focus our efforts on Edmond, Oklahoma Edmond, Oklahoma Shaw builds new construction in Edmond, Oklahoma, all flooring from as little as 2000 square feet, all the way up to 5,000 square feet. So it depends on what you’re looking for.

And then, and also if you need to leave for any reason, feel free to peace out and we’ll pick your tour back up at a later date, bullet three or bullet four, um, there’ll be no pricing. So this is a no pressure tour. It really is just you getting information and one price. Talk about that at the end of it, this is just information gathering for it really is, is she grabbing information and you get all the information you need so that you can build the home that you best want.

Well, she do that bullet number five or six. One of the photos will be forced, will be focused on functions behind the design of the plans on tour. So he’ll see what, so we’ll talk about the four point so far also why it was designed the way it was designed. Okay. And then from there, we’ll talk about, there is something for everyone because all of our plans are very versatile. I you’ve been from in one or two stored versions. And from there, how does that compare to what you’re currently paying now? Is that more or less? If you use a preferred lender, you’ll get an extra incentive. So just so you know, in order to build a shop, we give you an a, we’ll give you $10,000 and that $10,000 goes towards any upgrades that you want to do inside your home. You can do wood floors, sticky, beans, carpet, things like that, but just then what you want to do. If you prefer a lender, she, if you use one of our preferred lenders, who else would give you another firepower for knowledge, which can go towards, which will make that total $15,000. And if that’s the case of that $15,000, 11 of that recall towards your upgrades at four of that will move towards your closing costs. If that, so as it pertains to building the best way to go about it is to build with Shaw.

Shaw Homes builds New Home Construction Oklahoma, we’ve been built, uh, since 1985 and definitely know a thing or two about building something that sounds something that’s great or something that’s local, also something that’s warm as what people want now. And to continue on in our five step process. Step three is pick your place. In course, while you’re on your model homes or, or when we get into the thick of it, when it comes to where you want to feel, we have a lot of home sites to choose from. We call them home sites as opposed to lots, because it makes it feel more inviting for customers. And the conversation is closed a little bit better, but when you come across a home site, that’s nice and you don’t want anybody to participate. Get your home site. You can reserve that site for just a thousand dollars. Now a thousand dollars has to come in one way, has to be written on a check on a personal check, um, to made out to sharp homes. And it’s not anything that we’re going to cash. It’s just, it’s a check that will hold for seven days

And hold that check for seven days. For the simple reason, we don’t want you to wreck. We don’t want you to rush through this decision. So that is so that there is no rush decisions. It’s also assures that anyone compete, that it also shared that any competing customers are blocked from your home site while you are gathering information. Switching home sites is allowed during the seven days.

This was this way. You can take your time and get all the questions answered before moving forward with New Home Construction . You do this so that there are no surprises about what your total price will be. We will price it exactly to the dollar with only the features you specifically want, not an approximation.

You will receive an itemized price out sheet that any options you choose on the spot at this meeting. So there are no surprises. All pricing questions will be answered within 24 hours. Like I said, Shaw Homes to be transparent with all New Home Construction . We want to make sure that you know exactly what you’re getting. Transparency, honesty, trustworthiness, no shading and stuff like that. Okay. Now step five of the step of the five-step process processes, the purchase agreement. So once you’ve gone through step one, step two, step three, step four step. Once we gone through the first four steps and you’re okay with the first four steps, we’ve agreed on the first four steps you liked what you’ve heard support in first step, the first four steps. The last step is the purchase screen. So you were watching the formula video that will explain in detail the paperwork you are signing.

This is to make sure that the proper expectations of our New Home Construction processes are clear total, a one hour, total of one hour for meeting total of one hour before the meeting structural options will be final at this meeting plan, footprints Homesite garage or any patient are all final colors and finishes are not filed. You have 30 days after the person gave me to finish them into. And the designs to mortgage approval is due contingent 120 days with 48 hours Hertz accuse him or her right now, because within, I want to be able to knock it, but I have to worry about that. They’re not contingent and depending on how much you or how much your home is and the hermits. So anything up to $300,000 is 10 K in earnest. Anything between three and 350 K is 15 earnest, three 15,000 earnest and anything over 350, it’s 5% of your total arm’s monies this way, once you, that has to be written on a personal check, made out to Shaw Hobbs. I submit that to sharp home because like I said, new Palm construction in Edmond, Oklahoma is doable by shop homes and building since 1985.
