New Home Construction in Broken Arrow | Going through the Checklist

Today at the village had Southern trails, new home construction in Broken Arrow. We’ll talk about the new product line Manchester. Premier Manchester premier product line will be opening up and the second neighborhood and the price point starts at two hundred and thirty seven eight for a base price. And that’s what full break. That’s our smallest product. The, they move up in price depending on size, up to around live to 78 to 80. Um, generally upgrades are approximately $12,000 depending on whether or not you want to add a fireplace or a garage. Um, this product is once again, full brick it’s currently, and one community with full brick and the other community with, um, the masonry product siding on the front, um, prices are going to be under 300,000 and the broken school district. This is the Manchester premiere series. Um, I’ve been a hot seller and, uh, different areas and growing that product and other communities, they, uh, the houses have an optional fireplace can also add a third car garage. They are master plan communities with swimming pools and parks walking trails.

We have, um, where in the villages, Southern trails, new home construction in Broken Arrow, Shaw homes are currently in a two story Monroe TUPE and, uh, we have two specs available or currently available to choose finishes. And this neighborhood village Southern trails, they, um, just started to break ground. So this would be a great time to pick your color choices and the finishes that you want. Those will, those are currently for sale, and, uh, you could adjust that pricing based on your choices. We also have four more market readies in rush, Bert north within a half a mile from village at Southern trails, new home construction in broken arrow and rush port north. We have a Notting hill that is a four bedroom with an office. And that house I believe is, um, well, it’s I think $348,000. That one is ready to go, and it does have, it is decorated and staged for.

So the, so the bill, so the buyer can see what it looks like, the furniture, and then rush Brook north. We also have a spec of a Liberty and they can Cade and a pain. Those are lower price points. So, um, more bang for your buck and that premier community. The Liberty is a three bedroom, two bath, two car garage, and the Kincaid is a four bedroom, three bath, three car garage. The pain is a four bedroom, um, blue, but it’s three baths, three car garage. And the Notting hill is four bedrooms, an office, and like three and a half baths. That was our, uh, in a good location in broken arrow village at Southern trails, new home construction and rush Burt north and new home construction in Broken Arrow by Shaw homes. Um, we have 36 different neighborhoods, 83 different floor plans and, um, over 550 home sites. So plenty to choose from. And, uh, we are currently in villages that are in trails, in broken arrow, new home construction, Shaw homes.

That one will have elevation B, which is the white, modern farmhouse Spanish. Uh, Work sighted about that going in and, uh, Phil just Southern trails, there’s new home construction in broken arrow. And, um, that is right off of a hundred and first street between 120 ninth and 140 fifth. So easy to access the Creek or highway 1 69, um, food shopping all within a short drive. Um, we are currently building a model of the Kincaid over in, uh, another broken arrow

That is the Manchester premier product. Those houses start at 2 37. They can, Kate is a four bedroom, three bath, three car garage. And some of the lots available over in 700 south are very nice lots, including some call the side plots, but the big pie shaped yard, nice big backyard, plenty of room for a pool. And, um, we do have multiple broken arrow communities to build in such as Ashbrook on half acre to an acre Highland Creek, right, and village seven Oaks out villages, Southern trails, rush park north, and also, um, the new spring hill at forest Ridge, um, out there at about 273rd and 71st street. So not too terribly far from, um, shopping and food. So, uh, lots of conveniences and our neighborhoods got, um, the, the lower price point beneath Manchester. Premier, you have the Manchester and those neighborhoods are crystal Craig, silver leaf and Tucson village, um, gives us a surprise point of 180 to two 20 and that product and the Manchester premier about two 17, uh, to about, um, two 80 ish. And then of course, heritage is the two 50 to four 50 lots of variety, lots of things to choose from some other products and YouTube design studio. Some of it you do with your sales associate right now, we’re in village at Southern trails in new home construction in Broken Arrow. Um, Shaw homes has been around for almost 35 years.
