New Home Construction OKC | We Have It All

Sharma says the company is a really big game changer, and I’ll explain why. There’s a lot that goes into the process you were. There’s a lot that goes into information with our New Home Construction OKC, the steps that it takes to get in and stand with shot and make sure that we are providing the best opportunities and the best insight. But then there’s also a difference when a game changing aspect is applied, when it comes to our construction process, when it comes to our building process, when it comes to our communication process. There’s a lot that goes into it that we really strive to go above and beyond with, with everything that we’re doing for our buyers, making sure that we’re communicating well, we’re going above and beyond and everything that we do for our process. Different stuff like that. But there really are so many different factors that go into setting Shaw apart more than any other builder. And there’s a really big factor that, for me, I think, is very important in regards to a construction process as well.

There’s a lot that goes into obviously the preliminary aspects, whether you’re looking into new homes and New Home Construction OKC, new construction homes and then these areas that we’re building in. And there’s a lot that goes into the beginning steps like kind of like, we’ve gone over with the first five steps, you know, the five easy steps to owning a home and within those steps each have their own bullet points that fall below that, that we really have to follow to make sure that we’re getting all the questions answered, all of the information portrayed, excuse me, to our buyers more than anything. And when we get the chance to do that one, we’re following alongside that that process that we have and the information that we give. I mean, it answers a lot of our questions, if not all of them. But more than anything, our goal are mingle throughout. The steps that we follow are really to make sure that. Every question, every insight, every information needed, every piece of information needed, we go over properly, we go over well with our buyers and we go over well with our those that are building with us. But more than anything, I really love getting the chance to walk buyers through the process when it comes to building from scratch with us, because that can that can kind of look different. The process itself can look a little different than what is normally expected, most likely. And a lot of the times, a lot of different buyers just are not familiar with it. They’ve never walked through this process before. They’ve never gotten the chance to build with us before. And so more than anything, our goal was sure outright, obviously, is just communication. So when it comes to building in the construction process with us, you’re sure. Excuse me, whenever you move forward with us in your new contract, we figured out your floor plan, we figured out your location, we figured out your budget and you’re financially able to move forward. We’ve gone over the options that you can add into your home. We’ve gone into the options that you’ve selected and you know what price point you’re at and how exactly that looks in regards to your steps and your options and different things like that. So then from there, moving forward, basically hitting our goal moving forward from there is really focused on communication. That’s very big with us. It’s very important in this process and in our process when we’re able to provide great communication and insight into what exactly that looks like in regards to your build. Like even just today, I just had a new buyer.

Excuse me. Ask about their process and their structure and what exactly that looks like as a whole for their their new construction process and basically more than anything, we I got the opportunity to break down, sit down with them and break down what their new New Home Construction OKC process would look like from start to finish, then kind of gone to the we’ve gotten the chance to go through those options and that process with them, but they just needed a refresher. More than anything, a reminder of what’s to come. And so basically. Excuse me for their process moving forward. Basically, they got to understand that we’re in the preliminary stages of construction. We basically make sure that we are communicating well with them. It may seem like for a little while we’re quiet or are, excuse me, they’re not receiving news from our office or stuff like that. Not as far from the truth. We really strive to communicate the best of our ability. But for a while, we we get the chance to talk with buyers and we kind of get all of the admin stuff and all the administration options taken care of here assure behind the scenes. So like we get all the paperwork filed, we get all the paperwork ratified, we send out the purchase orders for all the options picked in the home. We then get the chance to pull the permits or for the city, get the the kind of the admin. Like I said, the building permits and everything behind the scenes taken care of. And basically, when it comes to that stage, it seems a little quiet for a time, but that is not at all how it really is. I mean, it’s it’s this stage that we get the chance to really pull permits.

We’re getting the chance to go above and beyond just behind the scenes, making sure we’re getting everything for the bill lined up and lined up perfectly. And more than anything, excuse me, it’s just a great way that we’re able to get a good idea of what’s to be expected. We have everything lined up perfectly for everything moving forward. And then from there, after all of that, we then get the chance to reach out to them and say, you know, congratulations are about to build your home. We are getting we’ve got everything pulled from behind the scenes. We’ve got the permits form, you’ve got the options ordered. And this again can be applied. Whether you’re looking at new homes in Erdman, new homes in OKC, new home construction in OKC and those areas as well. But then we’ll reach out in our construction manager reaches out and our office reaches out and we communicate well of, Hey, this is what’s going to happen in your home. So we’re about to, you know, break ground on your home. We’re going to pour your foundation here very soon and you’ll be receiving what’s called phase emails. And within those emails, basically, the goal is to communicate to the best of our ability and show exactly what’s going to go into the build of your home because your home, you know, may take certain features and different options in, excuse me, in the construction process and the construction aspect. So that’s something that we keep in mind and just make sure that we’re making note of for our buyers that they know and they understand exactly what’s coming next. And they also, I think a big thing as well. When buyers come into their homes, they’re like, Wait, what is this? I’m confused. I don’t understand what this means. I don’t understand what this means.

And so we send that email out. So it explains exactly what each thing that they’re seeing, what it means in regards to New Home Construction OKC . So they’re understanding construction on their home, I mean, more than anything. So when they get the chance to go through the construction process, they’re able to go, Oh, I remember I got an email about this. I got the phase email that explained exactly what this meant. I was able to see and I got an explanation of exactly what this meant as well. So it’s a great, great way that we can communicate properly and then show off, you know, exactly what can be done to me in each and every buyer’s home. So that way, they’re able to kind of see what stage their home is out there. Able to see this is to be expected next. This is what we know is going to happen in our home next. We’re so excited. You know, more than anything, I feel like a lot of miscommunication is what really causes a lot of problems with building. And that’s the farthest thing that we want to do. We want to make sure we’re over communicating. It may not be perfect. We want to set the right expectation, the right send the right information to our buyers as well. So that way, they can kind of see and they can get insight and information into what’s to be expected from here and what’s to be expected next. And all of those wonderful things that really break down the process and really give a good breakdown and a good understanding of basically what’s happening moving forward with Shah and how that pertains to buyers and just how they can, excuse me, gain insight and information into that structure as a whole. And then moving forward from there, what exactly can be done to benefit them and work alongside them? So that way they feel like they’re their opinion is being heard, their voices being heard and the New Home Construction OKC of their build. So they feel comfortable. They feel a good understanding of what’s to be coming next. And then also, we really make an effort to communicate with their construction. Manager or have New Home Construction OKC manager communicate with them, and that’s very important to us in their construction and in their process, because if we don’t do that, then I feel like a lot of windows, open ended questions are raised. That’s not what we want to do. We want communication set and we want that set well and we want to go above and beyond with that communication. So that way, there’s no room for unhappiness, there’s no room for frustration for each and every buyer. And that’s a standard that we really go try to go above and beyond with here at SHA. That’s very important to us is proper communication, proper expectations and just great relationships. Excuse me with our buyers.
