New Home Construction OKC | We’ve Got Your Upgrade

When you work with Sean Holmes following our process and following our our structure as a whole, we’ve got a lot of really cool men. It is really new, a really cool new home opportunities. And we’ve got a really cool structure. Whether you’re looking at new rooms in admin, New Home Construction OKC, new home construction, new construction homes in Edmonds got a lot of different opportunities. A lot of really cool amenities in all of these areas that we’re very actively building in. We’re really actively striving to go above and beyond for our process, for each and every new home amenity and new home opportunity, depending on what different buyers are looking for, what their amenities they’re meeting or what amenities they’re needing. I should say how exactly that applies to their process and their new construction opportunities alongside us here at Shore. And just more than anything, how exactly we can work to benefit them and how we’re able to work, just go above and beyond in their structure, in their process as a whole. And for us here at short, it makes our process much more enjoyable. It makes our structure much more enjoyable as well, because then I feel like I’m getting the chance to connect with my buyers and make sure that they’re being heard. They’re protected as they walk through with us, and they have a better understanding.

But more than anything, our goal was they were looking at new homes and then new construction and New Home Construction OKC and been is going to have the same process. We have the same steps that we’ve got walk buyers through, and this has been tried and true over almost 40 years of business and of service for buyers and for those looking at amenities and new home opportunities in all different areas. So that’s again, something that we’re doing on a very consistent basis. But our process is basically designed to communicate well, set a good expectation like I just mentioned and to communicate above and beyond with each and every buyer. So as we walk buyers through our process, as we guide them through the new home amenities and new home opportunities alongside Shaw, and as they’re gaining insight and information into what we can do for them, what that process looks like as a whole and basically here at Shore, our guide and our desire as a whole is to excuse me, connect and communicate well with our buyers, connect and communicate well and through their build. And then also as they’re building alongside us, as they work alongside us for us, then basically being able to show off and say, Hey, this is what we can do for you. This is why we do things a certain way, but basically getting started. The goal getting started with us here at Shaw Homes, more than anything, it’s been designed to really more than anything. Walk us through the process. So our very first step, it’s called the Model Home Tour.

This structure, this setting is to meet with the buyer in person, meet with our clients and get to know them. Talk to them. Figure out what they’re needing. Figure out why they’re needing certain things in their home. Figure out why you know what certain amenities they’re wanting through their new construction process and how that applies. Because each and every buyer is going to be different, their application is going to be different as well. So when they move forward with us and when they move forward alongside us, basically from there, excuse me, our goal is to walk them through four plans. We focus on the function of the floor plan. We we make sure that we go over the function and how it fits their family, kind of like I just said. So basically, as they they are getting new, new home amenity information and new home opportunities, whether they’re looking at new home construction, seeing New Home Construction OKC and then they’re getting the chance to see, Hey, this is what floor plans they have to offer in the price point that we’re looking at. It’s just an information gathering to basically say it is structured to show what we can do for the buyer and how that applies to them. As they walk through with us, they can bring their family. I’ve even had buyers that they’ve brought, you know, the friends, their family with them. So that way they can see how they’re they’re entertaining, you know, they are entertaining, they can see exactly how that applies and also how they’re able to fit their family in a house. But more than anything, this this setup has been designed to get buyers information. So that way they are able to see exactly what we can do for them, how that applies to their process and how that applies to their new construction, amenities and their new home opportunities alongside us here at SHA again. Basically, the goal in mind for this this structure in this process is to then make sure that we are communicating while we are showing the different home options that we have and basically what can be done for their new home communities in their new home opportunities. And we also give them the payment. So I like to joke and I say it’s three birds, one stone. They get to see the floor plans, the communities and the amenities. And also the price of the homes are the rough idea of the pricing for those homes next. From there, we basically then get. Excuse me. We then get. The monthly payment figure out, as we figure out, kind of like the pricing, like I was talking about. We figure out why buyers need a certain price point. We get them that price point. We go over the locations that they can put it in and they can reserve the home sites of blocks competing customers from taking their home side as well. That’s something I love getting the chance to go over as they walk through the process with us. They are able. Obviously, a lot of buyers have lots of different questions, so I want to make sure that we’re communicating and connecting with them to get them that information. And when we do get them that info and when we do walk them through that process and we do get a gauge, basically their timeline, get them the info that they’re needing in the process and the structure that they’re needing as well. When we do this, or we’re then getting the chance to excuse you competing customers, they can reserve a home site when there is a wholesale excuse me. Like I said, they’re blocking competing customers from taking that from them. They are are getting there basically in this time frame, they’re getting all their questions answered. They are walking through the process with us to get a good understanding of what we’re able to do for them, how that applies to their process. Excuse me. And their price point, their floor plan that they picked out. But basically, the mindset within this step is to kind of put a pause button or press pause on their their new home search. So that way, they’re then able to have a good understanding of what’s to come, what new home amenities they have that we have to offer and how exactly that applies to their process. So then they’re able to see exactly what can be done throughout the New Home Construction OKC process, in the new home opportunities and the new home amenities as well. And just because there’s a lot that goes into it, there’s a lot that we really strive to communicate and strive to go over with our buyers to make sure that they’re they’re getting a good understanding of what’s to come and what’s expected next from them.

But basically, the next step from there is we do what’s called a. So in this in this step and in this structure, the price that has been designed to get our buyers information on what they can add and how they can customize their home, their home can be customized. So many different ways. We’ve got different options and different opportunities per different location. So that’s something that we like keeping in mind for our buyers to say, Hey, this is what we can do for you in these locations. This is the price point. Here’s what you can add or take out from your your new home auction and these amenities that we’ve got for your new home opportunities. So in the mindset in this process and the mindset in the structure is to go over exactly what can be done for buyers and how that applies to them and how that applies to their process. And basically, I mean, it’s it’s a great mindset to make sure that the communication is there. The understanding of what’s to come is there as well. So each and every buyer can communicate well and they have a good expectation for what’s to come and for their process as a whole. Because everybody’s process is different. Everybody’s understanding of building is also very different. So our goal is to again communicate, go above and beyond expectations. But this this first meeting is a 30 minute meeting. We are striving to be the most transparent that we can be here at SHA and we meet at the model that you like and we go through the options for that home and we go over the opportunities for that home in that location as well. And basically within this timeframe, the goal within this timeframe in this mindset as well is basically to to go over the pricing.

We price it exactly how you want it down to the dollar with all the options that you want for all the amenities that you’d like as well. There’s a lot that goes into that. There’s a lot of new home amenities that we want to make sure we’re going over. We’re communicating well and we have a good standard and a good understanding with and within that. Basically, the goal within that structure and within that mindset is to communicate and connect well with our buyers. So that way they can see, you know what, what can be done throughout their process and why that is and exactly how we’re able to meet their needs. And we can go above and beyond in their needs and their expectation for new home construction options and new home amenities with shower homes as well. So basically, without being kept in mind and with the new home option in mind, we want to strive for great communication. We walk you through these five easy steps on purpose and with intention. So that way you’re getting the the most updated information, the best information, no matter what you’re doing and through every, basically every structure here at our homes and all the new home amenities here at our homes as well. So that’s something we really, really want to keep in mind. We want to go above and beyond with with your process to communicate well, whether you’re looking at new homes and I’ve been in New Home Construction OKC, new construction homes in Edmond and all those different location and all those different amenities.
