When you come to your homes, you’ll get the chance to experience some really amazing service. I’ve gotten the chance to work with shore homes for almost two years, though, and I’ve only gotten the chance to see some amazing, prosperous progress and amazing processes change to benefit each and every buyer that we work with. We’ve got a really great structure that really we focus on benefiting each and every person involved. We really strive to succeed and go above and beyond for all of our buyers so that they feel comfortable moving forward with us. More than anything, I love getting the chance to work with some pretty amazing people to find a home that works for them and that benefits them in the long run throughout the whole process. So that’s something I love being able to do that something I love getting the opportunity to kind of show off more than anything when it comes to our homes and our process. It’s really easy to do and it’s really fun, but we get the chance to meet some really amazing people. Excuse me and some amazing buyers when you come through it. Like I said, I mean, we build both here in Tulsa and then we also are involved in new homes in New Home Construction OKC and all different areas kind of that coincide alongside that. So that’s something that I love being able to show off, and I love getting the chance to kind of give a good expectation and a good understanding of what’s to be expected here at shop if you work alongside us. So it’s really fun. More than anything, the fact that we’ve been here for almost 40 years in this industry and in this market, we’ve really gotten a chance to impact it so much. I really got the chance to talk with a realtor who has been in the real estate agent and been a real estate agent for almost 40 years or, excuse me, almost 30 years. And they’ve gotten the chance to see your home grow, and they’ve worked with Shaw Homes for so many years.
It was such a wonderful blessing that we’ve gotten the opportunity to really grow and change and make some amazing, beautiful homes and beautiful neighborhoods to benefit so many people involved in the process. That’s something I love to get to do, something that really offers for a lot of different people, and it’s an amazing opportunity that we get the chance to. We get the chance to. I like saying it just kind of like show off more than anything because we’re seriously one of the best builders here in Oklahoma, here in Tulsa. I’ve heard through and through for so many years just the impact that Sean makes and the impact that we get the chance and the opportunity to make on so many different neighborhoods and so many different communities. And for so many different buyers that it’s quiet. I mean, it’s such an honor being able to be here as long as we have and do everything that we can to really benefit our buyers in the long run and as a whole when it comes to their new construction process, when it comes to their process in regards to new homes and adding New Home Construction OKC, new construction homes. And I mean, all of those different areas and those different locations that we’re we’re very, very involved in and we’re very active in. So I mean, as a whole when it comes to new home construction, when it comes to new homes with Shah, you get a really amazing structure. You couldn’t really amazing process that we’re going to make sure to walk you through and guide you through. And more than anything, our goal as a whole is to set a good standard, set a good idea for this industry and what can be done for the new construction process. So more than anything, it’s so fun to do. I love getting the chance to work alongside some pretty amazing buyers and then also those in the real estate agency. That’s something that we’re also very active in. We really strive to work and benefit a lot of realtors and. In the process, you know, they’ve got fires, they have people that they’re trying to find a home for as well. And whenever we get the chance to work alongside them and benefit benefit them as a whole in this process, then we’re getting the chance to really benefit our buyers. I mean, it’s people that it’s very average people that need a home and it’s not, you know, we’re nothing. Obviously, we built some really beautiful homes, some amazing homes. We’ve got some amazing opportunities for our buyers. But whether you’re looking in new homes and New Home Construction OKC, I mean, or just new homes in general, we’ve got so many different options in so many locations. And our goal and our incentive overall is to go beyond and exceed beyond expectations that a lot of our buyers have when it comes to new construction. Because a majority of the time a lot of our buyers have never built a home before, they’ve never come through our homes before.
They don’t understand what the new construction process looks like. So for them, it’s a very foreign experience, and that’s the last thing that we want to do for them. We want to make it a very easy process, very easy experience. So that way, they feel like they’re being taken care of. They kind of understand what the steps are. And that’s a big thing is just the steps in the process and making sure that people and buyers feel comfortable walking through those steps and all of that jazz. I mean, it’s it’s very important. It’s a very amazing option, an opportunity that we’re getting the chance to show our buyers and work through. So that’s just kind of one step in the process that we really try to focus on. But out of amazing opportunities here and just some amazing options that I feel like a lot of our past for the chance to see until they come in, until they work with us again, just because there’s a lot that goes into new construction, whether you’re looking at new homes and I’ve been in the OKC construction or see all these areas we’re building, I feel like a lot of a lot of our buyers just don’t know what goes into New Home Construction OKC until they come in. So that’s something that’s really important for us to really try to show off and make an effort to go above and beyond with when it comes to new construction. When it comes to the process, for sure, there’s a lot that goes into it and there’s a lot of insight and information if we really do all that we can. We really strive to go above and beyond with and through our process. And excuse me, who are our construction? And for each and every person that we get the chance to work with, for every buyer that we’re getting the chance to show off and kind of explain what our process looks like as a whole. And it’s really easy to do. It’s really easy for us to explain. It’s easy for us to grow broken beyond with and no matter what we do in this process and in this new construction structure that we have. There’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a lot in the process that we go over. There’s a lot in the structure and the understanding of how the construction goes that we really make an effort to talk about go above and beyond with no matter what. Again, our goal as a whole here is to connect with our bodies, communicate well and exceed expectations. So more than anything, whenever we get the chance to meet with buyers. One thing that I have such a blast, getting the chance and getting the opportunity to do with requires is I walk them through the process and when I get the chance to walk into the process, basically what that looks like. My goal is to set a good standard, set a good structure of what’s to be expected. So basically went to a comes into our homes when they walk in and when they begin their steps in their process with us. Here are the very first steps that we do with them is kind of like I’ve gone over before as a model and we set them up for a time to meet and walk through some homes and walk through some models and go over some options that we have when it comes to the new New Home Construction OKC process. And there’s a lot that goes into it.
There’s a lot of information and insight that we really strive to provide so that we were being as transparent as we possibly can. You know, a bunch of options like that for our process and for our insight into our homes and different stuff like that. So that’s the very first step. The second step is we make sure that we get their financing taken care of. We help them in their financing and in the structure that we have with them, with buyers, what it looks like in regards to their process and their options. They get to pick from different things like that.
So that’s something that I like to keep in mind, and I love to communicate well to every buyer again that whenever they do get the chance to meet with me, whenever I do get the chance to connect and communicate with buyers, then we move to step three, whether they’re looking at new settlement New Home Construction OKC, new construction homes and having all these areas. And I’m getting the chance to Mr. Sharon’s getting the chance to build. And it’s so much fun and it’s such an amazing opportunity that we really get the chance to drive and go above and beyond with each and every buyer when they walk through with us. They get the chance to see what homes we can build for them and. Excuse me what floor? That they have that we have available and different stuff like that. There’s a lot that really goes into that structure. There’s a lot that really goes into that process. So that’s something that I love getting the chance to do. Showing off more than anything to buyers kind of saying that that expectation. But really, the first three steps are very fun for us. We’re able to do pretty much on setting. We get a chance to be buyers for their children. We go for financing and what they’re comfortable with or what that looks like. And then from there we get the chance to show off our neighborhoods. We can drive them around to help them get the pricing per home pricing and for all the information on their homes and different stuff like that. And then boom, there they get to move on and they do what’s called appraisal. And that’s one of the most fun steps, but we’ll get into that later.
