This February, Shore Homes had a Valentine’s gift to our customers. We did a free master shower upgrade and we pay $4000 toward closing costs if you use our preferred lender. This ends February 28th of 2020 and this is for our Manchester series and our Manchester premiere series. Just to give you a little information about why you should use one of our preferred lenders with our New Home Construction Oklahoma. So our goal is to provide the best customer service from start to finish and the home building process. So just to say a little bit about, shall we? Of course, our homebuilding company, we build homes and we also build spec homes, which are market ready homes, and we currently have twenty one available market ready homes. We’re building and we are building it and seventeen communities and the New Home Construction Oklahoma. We have sixty three floor plans. So we do have a lot of floor plans. And choosing from that many four plans can be difficult. So that’s why we have our model home tours, which. What we’ll do is we take some information for me about what you’re looking for and we help you narrow down your options and save your time. And we give you some choices. So a really cool thing about Shawn Holmes is that we all of our model homes are furnished and decorated, and this kind of gives you an idea of where your how your furniture is going to fit and stuff like that. So we do have more more choices than any builder in Oklahoma.
But the new home construction Oklahoma, we built an eight cities and we have over 440 400000 thousand proposed options in the design studio. We are Oklahoma’s largest customer incentive. So it’s the New Home Construction Oklahoma. We do have the most transparent pricing. You get your pricing before contract. We are very upfront with that, which sets us apart from other builders. We give you that exact exact price on whatever it is in the home that you need to know the exact price on. So. We actually have Oklahoma’s highest and most reviewed builder on Google. We have 4.7 out of five stars, and we currently have around 900 reviews. So I am currently sitting in the new port model, and this is in the Tucson Village community, just to tell you a little bit about the community, this it does have a pool. It has a beautiful entryway. We got some looks like pine trees, Gerwyn. It’s in the middle. I don’t want to say it’s in the middle of nowhere, but it’s in a very quiet area. There’s not really anything around it, so that’s neat. It has walking trails. And so, yeah, but I’m currently sitting in the Newport model. This model is a four bedroom and two bathroom, and some cool features about this model is once you walk in, you have a 15 foot entryway. It has a window at the top of that.
So it brings in that natural lighting very pretty. Also, it has a lecturer, which is a study. So like for an office or an extra game room or anything an actual living room, you could turn it into a dining room. So that’s what that extra room could be used for. And also in the living room, you have the 12 foot vaulted ceilings. This is my favorite part about Shah is all we do vaulted ceilings, and that’s also in the master bedroom in this model. Another neat thing about the Newport model there is the snooze button, which if you don’t know, it’s from the master bathroom into the closet. It leads into the laundry room and out to where the garage is, which is neat. Here’s a question. What are your homes overall home costs? Well, that depends on which series you’re going to build.
fSo we do have, um, with the new home construction Oklahoma. We have four different series, so we have the Manchester, the Manchester Premier, the heritage and the luxury series. So let’s start off by talking about the Manchester series. So these plans start at well. Fourteen hundred square feet and go up to about twenty two hundred square feet. And these homes now start in the high two fifties. So then we go on to our Manchester premier. These homes start at about 7500 square feet and go up to twenty three hundred square feet. These homes start about in the three hundred thousands at the moment, and then we got our heritage series and these homes. They start at about twenty one hundred square feet and go up to about thirty four hundred and these homes start about in the four twenties and then the luxury series, which is of course going to be the most expensive. These homes start at about 3000 square feet, up to five thousand. These are very large plans with tons of it included. I’ve included features. So these start and probably around this six hundred thousand. But this all kind of depends on which community you want to build in, what what you choose. Start all plays a factor in it. So.
