With the new home construction and Oklahoma Shore Homes is opening a neighborhood in Owosso on March 1st. And if you don’t know anything about Shaw Homes, Shaw Homes is a home building company. We build homes and we have a bunch of options to choose from, and we also sell market ready homes. We have over sixty three floor plans to choose from because of us having so many floor plans to choose from. What we suggest you to do is book a tour with us and. This will just narrow down your options depending on what your needs and wants are, the moral tours are very fun. All of our models are decorated and they’re furnished. This gives you a visual view of how your furniture is going to fit on how your bed would look. If you have any concerns about your dining room table, this is why we furnish our models just to give you guys an idea on that. Shore Homes We are currently building in eight different cities in Tulsa with the new home construction. We have 21 market ready homes available. Um, we do have a good amount of lofts available, but they’re going fast. So I definitely recommend if you are if you’re wanting to build barbershop for one in four to get the process started because everything is going pretty quick right now. Um, we have four different series. We have our Manchester series and these homes start in the two fifties. And go up to about the three 30s through 20s.
Um, then we have our Manchester premier series and. We have our Manchester premier series, and these usually start in the three hundreds and to about the three fifties, and then we have our heritage series, which started about in the three seventies and go up to about the four hundreds. And then we have our luxury, which of course starts at about 500 and goes up from there. And no matter what series you choose, the homes are all really good quality. You get to pick and design your home, your cabinets, your flooring, your walls, your exterior. Um, we just have a lot of options to choose from, which is neat. We are very upfront with our pricing. So and with the new home construction in Oklahoma, it can be hard to find a builder that’s up front with their pricing because they’ll tell you one price at the beginning and then it’ll change later on. So we’re very upfront with that and that’s why we have our price out meeting so we can tell you the exact amount on anything on your house. I’m currently in the Tucson Village community, and just a few features to point out as I walk into this neighborhood is is it’s in a really quiet area. There’s a lot of trees surrounded which I love and I do first come in this community. You got the brick and tree way and you got some pine trees lined up across this. And actually, as I’m driving through, I see a neighborhood pool of looks really nice, and I see a lot of people walking around this neighborhood, there’s a bunch of walking trails. It’s very peaceful. Oh, geez. And as I look to my left, I see two model homes the Newport in the Liberty model, the Newport is a four bedroom.
The fourth bedroom is a study in this model, which is like an office or B, a little game room or a hobby room, whatever you want it to be. But this room can also be turned into a bedroom, so the newport’s a four bedroom, two bath and it’s about 2100 square foot. And then we got the liberties sitting next to it, and this is a three bedroom home. And two baths, both of these homes have the snooze button, but the new home construction, it can be hard to find what you want, so choose your homes because we have so many options. You can call us at nine one eight two five eight six one six one, and I definitely recommend going to a website and scheduling to book a tour with us. Just a few things about shore homes. We do have a five step process, which is first we book our tour, I talked about that. Second, we pick your payment, we’ll do a mortgage. Applications will take about five minutes. If you use one of our preferred lenders, which we really recommend you to, they’re all amazing. They’re always there if you need to call.
Have any questions? They’re great. That’s why we have them on a part of our team. So if you use a preferred lender, you’ll get an extra incentive at the end when you’re closing. So and you can only get that incentive if you use a preferred lender. So we’ll pick our payment. We’ll see what you want as a monthly payment. We’ll try to work that out. Talk about what kind of loan you’ll be using and stuff like that. So third, we’re going to pick your place. So we’re going to see what home site your home, your floor plan. You picked how it will fit on, and then you’re going to reserve that home site to reserve the home site. It takes $250. We do not do anything with this check. This goes towards your closing costs. So we’re well, reserve your home site with that check, but we won’t cash it. And our home sites are one of a kind. So if you have one that faces a certain direction and it’s gone because you don’t reserve it, we can’t. That’s not refundable. We can’t give that back to you.
There is. You do have seven days after turning in the church to change your home site just in case you have you see another one that you like. Step four, we’re going to pick our finishes, this is where it gets fun with new home construction in Oklahoma. It can be stressful. And this is the fun part of it. So this is where you go to this design studio and you get to pick out all of your options, your flooring, your paint and all that fun stuff. So we’ll have a meeting and we’ll go over all the pricing. We’re very upfront with our pricing. So, yeah, and then we’ll go through the purchase agreement. So we’ll go over all the information you’re signing, we’ll watch a video that explains each paper that you’re signing. And we do require three point five percent of the price of your home to be put down. So that will be the cost she’ll be having to put down at the beginning. So anyways, with the new home construction in Oklahoma, there isn’t a lot out there, but you can always just shore and build your home from scratch and get to pick out everything you have, so.
