Good afternoon. It is May 3rd, 2021. The summer is approaching fast and furious and I am too excited. Um, cold weather is not my forte. I like warm water or actually hot weather. So I’m super excited about that. Um, but just wanted to, um, talk a little bit about some new home construction. We’ve got new construction happening all over the area. Shove homes is one of the preeminent home builders, um, in this community. Um, started out in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1985. Um, so we’ve been doing this for a while now, just a little bit while, so we kind of know what we’re doing. Um, and we’ve ventured out now to Oklahoma city, Oklahoma. So we’re pretty good, pretty thorough. Uh, we’re also starting in, um, in Edmond, so shallow home fields in Edmond, Oklahoma. Uh, we have new construction offered in Edmond, Oklahoma. So feel free to check out shar.com, Shaw homes.com to check out our floor plans, our communities, um, and all those great stuff that we have going on.

One thing good thing to solve is, um, shop bill Shaw has built New Home Construction and the St Jude tone for the past couple of years. So that’s a good thing for Shaw bills before they didn’t ask him really. And then we optioned the home off and then the proceeds go towards St. Jude. So that’s a good thing this year, his girlfriend is a Valencia, um, and it’s getting built in stone Creek, um, which is awesome. It’s in Watsonville. So if after the opportunity, which I think it’s almost done. So, um, if you wanna check that out, feel free, check that out, but they’re concentrating all of our efforts right now to Edmond Edmond, Oklahoma child homes builds brand new houses for free check. So, and that’s that talked about our connect card, our connection card. So part of that connection card is you got customers that come in and they ask what, what, um, our approach, our supervisors called the four debit questions. So the four daily questions are, what’s the square footage of the home. How much does it cost? What are the upgrades? Oh my God, I forgot to work. Oh, I’m trying to plan it. Shouldn’t have that burger for lunch. Oh my God. Give me heartburn. So, but let some way about that. But anyways, and so I was in a meeting with my colleagues scratch Friday, and I got asked the question. Of course, as I do this more, I gain more competent, know that about myself, but it’s always sensitive. You said that when you put it on the spot and with your peers and knowing your peers, um, have you done
Speaker 2: (02:59)
This long when you have the B, if you’re also the only person of color, so you feel that extra person that depression, and I know, I know my stuff, I know I’m good at what I know, but it just, I really have to get out of my own head. And that’s just something that’s going to come with time and I’m grateful, appreciative, excuse me. I’m appreciative of the patients, um, that I’ve been shown. Um, so Debbie got set up and ran it. Um, but it does build in Edmond, Oklahoma, we build all types of poor plans to deal with everything from, um, uh, Westport H to one of our luxury series of Chelsea. Both are nice. Um, but yeah, so feel free to check us out. shopping.com. You’ll be disappointed, but in terms of just what we got going on today, I’m actually sitting here looking at our transparency and four plants notebook to note that they put together and give ourselves.

At first, I thought it was like, when am I going to meet this for New Home Construction ? But the more I look over it, the mark of the nanny, whose reality is you get the stuff that’s pertinent to your everyday conversations, kind of customers come in and they want to see what the Redford. And then it asks a question about the Redford man based upon their conversation and their connection card, even though what Redford foreplay to them, because some people may walk up to my current model. And the current model is Bradford is the rector, the Redford one age, which is the fully decked out five bedroom, two story version. Not everybody wants a five bedroom, two story house. Some people want a three bedroom, one story. And where that puts us at the Redford point, which is a three bedroom study, one story house, which is 23 Andrew square. Now you can add a game room to the second floor, and that puts you right at 29 50, just under 3000 square feet. So keep him on the gambling, my side’s game. Like you definitely get your worth that you check that out. You can also get it where you can only get three, can only get the anchor room and upstairs and the upstairs bedroom, or just depends how you want to break it, your choice.
Speaker 2: (05:30)
But I finally had someone come out today and add light bulbs to the lamps. And, oh my God, the difference is night and day, like night and day, I am thoroughly impressed, found out to see, did he come upstairs? I don’t think he came upstairs. Oh, snaps. So Bryce did come upstairs. Look at this, look at this stuff, but
Speaker 3: (05:57)
Yeah. Yeah. See you add light to things. New Home Construction It makes everything so much better, like so much better and Prater and there is no fight. No it, yeah. I see, oh my God, this thing right in this, I sent an email back in March and February. How about, what about just twisted lights being out? And I hadn’t heard anything hadn’t seen anything happened. And since then more lights have going out email last week, this time I followed the problem, I followed the proper procedure attached pictures and the format. So probably they were probably waiting on that.
Speaker 3: (06:49)
So when I sent it was like, okay, let’s see what happened with this one Senate last Thursday, you got somebody out on Monday, proper protocol. They have the way of doing things. So the lesson is, make sure you do it. How they want that. What do they think? Don’t they won’t do it. People. I like that library. That’s how they want it done. So until you get the message that are going to pretend like you didn’t send it and not respond. That’s the other thing about this? Nobody responds to emails like that is a pet peeve of mine. Like hands down. If somebody takes the time to send something, just shoot a quick response to this. Have to be, doesn’t have to be a long response. Just something quick.
Speaker 3: (07:53)
That’s just common courtesy. In my personal opinion, like nobody has said that email people prefer to respond to your mouse, but if you get an email just respond instead of sending a text, if somebody sends something just a quick text, Hey, we can’t respond, call you back later. I can’t do a party back later or what’s going on short sweet. And to the point, I guess I’m built different. And also get to the point where I’m accommodating to a certain degree. Once it stops being a certain degree, all hell breaks loose, but yeah, so saw home builds homes in oh, Edmund, Oklahoma, new home construction, dead ended
Speaker 1: (08:55)
