New Home In Edmond Oklahoma | Its All Wonderful With Us

You know that here in Oklahoma City, as well as in our Tulsa market, Shumlin says some of the most amazing communities and amazing development either available already or coming available, and this can apply to whether you’re looking at new homes and then new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in them and then this New Home In Edmond Oklahoma in Oklahoma in general. But the cool thing is the next one that we’re opening, which I’m so excited for the neighborhood is called Stone Creek of Owosso, so it’s a beautiful, smaller, nice neighborhood. It’s a smaller meaning. There’s only one phase of the community. So it will be an extremely large community, which I think is a very high value for a lot of buyers looking at those options. And then on top of that, we’ve got lots of very large sites available and coming available. We’ve got a really big reserve that goes through a big chunk of the community, and I absolutely love it because it gives more and more buyers more opportunities to have that greenbelt home side or that little bit larger on site or that corner homes that just with how it becomes set up. So I absolutely love the set up as a whole and how that process is. But we’ve got I mean, it’s looking like at least see.

About 50 to 75 different sites. I think it’s about 75 home sites in this community alone. So we’ll be able to accommodate some amazing families in this neighborhood. But it’s close by so many amazing options. It’s really close to the heart of a warzone in this location in this community. So that’s something that I love being able to show off and I’m very excited to have as an opportunity for buyers here in the coming future. So that’s one. It’s got a big reserve and a big pond, and it has an aquatic ecosystem preserve what it’s called and it’s a easement in an area that I think will have a lot of trees and we’ll get the chance to grow up here real soon. But it’s a very quiet neighborhood in a quiet area that’s attached to. Stone Canyon, and so it makes it a very high value neighborhood for all the opportunities that buyers get in this neighborhood. And then on top of that, we’ve got a neighborhood called Pixie Meadows coming very soon. We’re super excited for that one. It’s going to be a little bit larger community as well, I think, with a couple or a little smaller with the couple and. A couple faces in it as well. And it’s looking based on what we’re seeing, it’s going to be a gorgeous community with tons of space like half acre home sites for buyers. And I mean A. It’s going to be A. Plus home sites. It’s very large sized plots of land and communities that we’re building in, excuse me, with different reserves available as well. And it has tons of cul de sac options. I love how this community has set up its some amazing communities and amazing opportunities in the phases that they have it broken up into, and it backs up to some really pretty acreage and backs up. I mean, the home sites themselves will have a really gorgeous acreage, and they’ll have different big reserves and different gorgeous sections of the community.

And then on top of that, so that big city matters. And then we’re also offering here really soon and a another section of a community called Transit The Preserve. So in this this community, it is a neighborhood that is an amazing location out here in Broken Arrow. It’s very close by the highway. It’s very close by the high school here. It’s minutes away from the shopping center. Excuse me. And the community amenities like that. But that’s one of our neighborhoods or at least a couple of our neighborhoods. We’re actually building in here at Shell, so that’s something I’d like to point out. And then, of course, I think I got the change. I was so in New Home In Edmond Oklahoma in trying to preserve and then we’ve got big city meadows coming available like I went over. But these are all different communities that we’re building in and we’re we’re growing too. So it’s a really great opportunity that we’re seeing with getting the chance to expand to and being one of the largest builders here in Oklahoma. I mean, it really is such a wonderful opportunity for our buyers and for all of those that are just check this out because for us, I mean, it then gives us the chance and the opportunity to to really get the chance to show off what we can do for our buyers because our floor plans, more than anything, really speak for themselves. It’s something that we get the chance to show off to our buyers. It’s something that we walk them through and they instantly fall in love with for our locations and stuff like that. But something that I really like reminding my buyers and reminding my clients is just that we’ve got amazing locations too. I mean, we’re since we’re one of the biggest builders, we have some of the top locations and the best opportunities for locations, for our buyers and for our clients and stuff like that. And it’s such an amazing opportunity that we get the chance to show this to our buyers because more than anything, I feel like it gains more trust to show, look, that we’ve been doing this for so long, we’ve been working with buyers and we’ve been building in different location locations and expanding to new communities for so many years. And I think more than anything, it helps build trust with our buyers and with those that are building it, purchasing with us, and that this is this applies for new home construction in OKC, new homes in Edmond, Oklahoma, new construction homes. And I mean, these are as well as new home construction in Oklahoma in general.

So all of these these areas. Excuse me, but we’re building or buying in and for our clients and for buyers. We’ve got a lot of options. We’ve got a lot of amenities and got a lot of selections that they could pick from and they can work with us more than anything in order to benefit them, benefit their process, benefit their understanding of what’s what, the next steps are, and they’re able to see all the locations. They’re able to see all the amenities and all the opportunities that we have for so many, almost a hundred different floor plans. I mean, we’re we’re a big builder for a reason. We do things differently for a reason. It’s it’s an awesome option that we get the chance to offer and and being able to break that down for buyers and being able to make them feel secure in their selections and their opportunities that they’re receiving for their new home. I mean, more than anything that gives me as the as the person, a point of contact, as the representative of homes. That gives me such a great feeling, especially the fact that we get the chance to build some amazing working relationships with some amazing people, whether they’re looking at new homes and new home construction in OKC, New Home In Edmond Oklahoma homes and had been all of those locations, all of those amenities and all those opportunities that we’re offering per location and per option. And they get to see all of that. They get to see all of the impacts that we’re getting the chance to make. They’re getting the chance to work alongside us and they’re getting the chance to really understand our process as a whole and how it benefits them as a whole. Because I feel like a lot of buyers and they’ll come in and kind of say, you know, all that’s cool or Oh, that sounds great, and they don’t really understand.

They don’t really fully let the the structure in the process as a whole sink in because more than anything, we try to do everything that we can to show and explain why our process is the best and why we have this process set in stone for our buyers so that they can feel comfortable and they can understand why we do the thing that we do, why we do things, do things a certain way. ‘Scuse me. And again, being able to to select that and have that option for for buyers and for those that are excuse me. For what they can do and what we can do for them, there’s a lot that goes into it, there’s a lot that we really have a good structure of and we desire to consistently do better when it comes to our homes and our process. So with that being said, I mean, our structure as a whole has been designed to communicate with our buyer and make sure that every objection is found. Every concern is overcome. And we are doing our best to communicate.

But basically, that structure we have is set in stone so that each fighter knows exactly what they’re getting when they start building with us, and they have a good understanding and a good idea of what that looks like and just how exactly it benefit them benefits them. Excuse me because it does benefit them. I mean, this is something that’s such a necessity, and it’s so important that we make sure we go over that with them and we make sure that we explain exactly how everything benefits them. And with that being said. We consistently and continuously, I know I do. Communication is one of the most important things to me. And so I constantly try to make sure I’m letting my buyers know what’s going on and just how everything works for them and how the process will work and how I will stay in communication and how the New Home In Edmond Oklahoma structure will be from there. So our goal, more than anything, is making sure there’s great communication, making sure buyers understand that this process has been set up to benefit them, and this process has been set up to guide them through how to build and buy a home.
