So we’ve gotten a chance to talk about our process and our steps and what leads up to our five easy steps and just how you own a home. This can apply to whether you’re looking at new homes and new construction homes and New Home In Edmond Oklahoma and these areas, and all of these apply to these different locations, needs different amenities, but we’ve gotten a chance to go through one door for kind of setting a good standard and a good expectation of what those steps look like. Step number five is probably the one that we wait. Obviously, it’s the very last step. It’s the one that has the most detail. I feel like leading up to it. With that being said, with step number five and the process of step number five, basically what’s coming then from there? What standard we set from there with with our process, with with the structure.
Step number five is just when you finally things and when you move forward. So it’s the final step in our process. It’s when basically at this time, your your mortgage approval letter is due. This is when the earnest money is due, but it’s also the stuff that we really focus on the most. Just setting good expectations for what’s coming next. Because really, from here, the next step from here is your New Home In Edmond Oklahoma. And it’s the longevity. It’s the longest part of your process and so on as part of anyone’s process as they walk and walk through the process with us. But at this step is when we watch it depend on the series that you’re in, but we go through in our third series, excuse me, the purchase agreement. VIDEO So at this time, this video is really there to work alongside you guys and we’re going cider buyers so that they have a good understanding of what’s to come. So with that being said, when I mean the what’s to come part, basically the structure and the mindset in mind with this stuff and this video is to guide our buyers along the process of, OK, we’ve reached this point. Here’s where we’re going next. This is what’s going to happen next. This is why our structure will be next in your new home process, in your new home structure and what’s to be expected. Different stuff like that. So that’s something to keep in mind. Basically, what we’ll do following this process and following the structure that we have. Step number five, the video that we have for step number five from there is then more than anything set up and structured to make sure that our buyers understand, like the design studio, they see what’s coming next in our design studio as a whole.
Basically, it’s a it’s the structure that states, OK, so you’re going to have your design studio meetings set up in this this structure. In this way, you’re going to have this many meetings with our design studio people. You’re going to go over this, this and this at your meetings. You’re going to have you’re going to go through this, this and this, you’re going to get homework at each meeting as well. So that’s something I always communicate with buyers. You’re going to you’re going to have homework and that’s OK. There’s nothing wrong with that. But with that being said, with that homework in mind, basically, it’s a it’s a process that we do that makes things just so much fun. I love getting the chance to walk our buyers through this and watch them as they make their selections, as they continue through their process to make sure that they’re getting a good understanding of what’s to come and what that looks like for them and how that that structure is more than anything, it set here to benefit them as a whole. It’s not just here for something that’s, you know, maybe a little confusing or they’re just not understanding. This first step is the whether you’re looking at new homes and new home construction in OKC or just new new home construction in general. This step has been designed to basically guide buyers to what’s happening next.
So at this time that we go over just like the planning of, we’re going to turn, you know, basically once all the paperwork you signed today, it go through each document of what exactly the buyers are signing and that’s what I’m trained for, especially here. So we really want to make sure that anything you’re signing, you have an explanation of you understand what and what’s being signed and what that looks like and why it is the way it is and how it protects you as a buyer and how it protects us as the seller. And there’s a lot that goes into it, and there’s a lot of information that we really try to provide to our buyers when they’re coming to us and when they’re working alongside us. So that’s something that I explain and just say, Hey, look at this, you know, this is something that we’re we’re actively doing. We really work to benefit you as the buyer and how that process works and how that structure is as a home for when it comes to new construction, when it comes to new home opportunities and new home amenities that you’re getting the chance to pick from, especially as the buyer. But when we go over the options that you’ve selected the options and in them that you’re going through the selections that you’ve made for your new home option, your new home opportunity.
And with that being said, with the New Home In Edmond Oklahoma in the new home amenities that coincide with the options that you’re getting for your new home options and the amenities associated with everything, because each neighborhood in each location has different amenities and different options and different opportunities, depending on where you’re looking and what you’re looking at in different stuff like that. So that’s something to keep in mind. That’s a process to keep in mind, and that’s a structure to keep in mind as well. Whether you’re looking at new homes and new home construction of fancy new homes, new construction homes and I’ve been to all of these areas apply. All of this applies to in the latter way working. But again, with that being said, the final step in our process has really been more than anything designed to protect the buyer to make sure that we are communicating to the best of our ability to make sure that every expectation has been met. All the standards of of different buyers have been met as well. So that way they feel comfortable. They feel like they’re being protected, they feel like their their needs are being met. Their wants and desires are also being met because it’s a very important need. That’s a very important necessity that I feel like some builders, they just build just to build. You know what I mean? There’s a mindset of what we’re just going to do this just to make money. And that’s not mean we’re obviously business. We have that goal in mind, but that’s sort of final goal. We also know we really want to take care of our buyers. Do we want to take care of the people who are involved? We want to take care of those that are involved in our process as a whole. We want to structure it to where it benefits every person in our process, and it really benefits those that are wanting to build or buy a home with us because there’s a lot that goes into it.
There’s a lot that people don’t know. They may not understand for structure and for our process. And we want to we want to explain that to them. We want to set a good standard and have a good idea of what’s to come and the expectation to come as well. So again, that’s a very easy, very simplified process. But within this part, these five steps as well. This first step explains the New Home In Edmond Oklahoma from here for those new homes and New Home In Edmond Oklahoma, new home construction. And then in these locations, I mean, for us, we want to set a good expectation of what’s to come. So like, it talks about like your construction manager and who’s over your home and what that looks like an excuse me and your superintendent and who’s going to be over your home. It also sets a good standard of like the design studio previously kind of like I spoke about earlier what that structure is, and I know there are no kids allowed and there’s a lot of choices to make. There’s a lot that goes into the choices, there’s a lot that goes into the decisions. So if we are getting the chance to talk about those decisions, talk about those options to the best of our ability. We’re going to try to do that. We’re going to make sure that we’re setting that standard setting that that understanding.
