So today I’m going to be in the Magnolia model. This is our Manchester premiere series. It is a two story. But first, before I get to talking about this floor plan, I want to talk about Shaw and why Shaw is amazing and why you should build with us and what sets us apart from other homebuilding companies. First of all, I want to start off by saying that we’re a family here and you have so much support and it’s just it’s amazing. It’s an amazing company. We have been around since 1985. That’s when we got licensed to build and we have sixty three floor plans. We’re currently building in 32 communities and we have about New Home In Oklahoma City. So not only do we build homes, we sell spec homes, which we also build. Like a cool thing about Shaw is all of our model homes are furnished and decorated, and we actually have more furnished and decorated model homes than any builders in the eastern Oklahoma, which this is good because when it comes to buying a new home, one thing is like, Oh my couch fit in this room or oh well, my bed fit in this room or whatever.
And having a visual look of furniture in the home you’re going to be living in or thinking about building helps a lot. Just having that visual look. So another thing about Shaw that’s amazing is if you use one of our preferred lenders, you do get a $4000 incentive at closing, which is awesome. Oh yes, we do make the building process very easy and simple and also fun. We have five steps. Pick your plan, pick your payment, pick in place, pick your furnishings and five is a purchase agreement. So those five steps kind of narrow it down for you and kind of answer all your questions and it kind of settles your nerves and it answers a lot of your New Home In Oklahoma City questions. And we do have the best warranty and prices in the marketplace, and that’s why I would encourage you to do your research and read the reviews about us. So the cool thing about shows you could depict the color of your cabinets. The design of them, we have some options for those and we had to pick the color of your walls so you get to pick your flooring if you carpet or tile or what floors. We do have vaulted ceilings, which that’s what sets us apart from different homebuilders is that we do have vaulted ceilings not only in our great room, but in our nooks, in our master rooms. So that’s really neat. So now I’m going to go on to talk about the Magnolia model. So this is a 20 300 square foot home. It is two storey. Just to point out some things before I get to talking about it.
This home does have a built in study desk, a two and a half garage car garage, a master makeup vanity. It has a game room. It has a flex room. And it does have a mud bench, which all of our homes come with mud benches, which is what sets us apart from other homebuilding companies. But moving on. So as you walk into this home, you have a little entryway. And if you look to your left, you got two bedrooms. So you got the front room, the bathroom in the middle and the third room. Let’s just go into bedroom number two, good sized room. It’s got a decent sized closet. I like how the bathrooms in the middle of this floor plan. Then we go to the third room of the same size. We’re a little front room also has a decent size closet. So then we walk out of there out of that hallway where those two rooms were in the bathroom and straight ahead. We have the New Home In Oklahoma City upstairs, which will get you in a minute, but if you go left, it leads into the great room. In this great room, we got the optional fireplace that you can put either in the corner or against the wall. It’s got four windows in the great room, so it’s bringing in a lot of natural lighting. We love that. And then you look to your right and you got the Nook area and the kitchen and you’ve got your pantry, a really nice size living area. Then right outside the Nook area is your patio. This patio, there is an option to expand it if that’s what you’re interested in. Then we walk into the master bedroom in this bedroom does have a vaulted ceiling. It gives it more and makes it feel more spacious and more roomy, more open. I would say we go into the master bath, we got the makeup vanity, we got the single sink and we have the tub with the shower. I love this bathroom. You got your vanity, you got your sink in. You have a tub and a shower.
Then you’ve got your toilet area. It’s kind of got walls around it. I like that. Then we go on to our master closet. Lots of room in this closet. So there is another option in this floor plan for our bathroom, the other option for the bathroom. It looks like you still got the tub. You still got your shower. But you got to vanities or two things and a vanity. And has the same sized New Home In Oklahoma City closet anyway, so we walk out of our New Home In Oklahoma Citycloset and you got the utility room. You keep going and you got your laundry room. So when you’re walking in from the garage, you’re not walking straight into your laundry room, which is neat. So you turn to your left and boom, it’s right there and just walk over and throw your clothes in there. All right, so let’s go upstairs if we go back to where the entryway is.
So as we walk up the stairs? We have the upper hall. Let’s see, as you go straight, you have a little pockets built in study desk, which is neat, doesn’t take up a whole room. You can just be kind of hidden and still have that desk area. So as you turn to your left, you have your fourth bedroom. It’s got a decent sized closet in there, pretty decent sized room. It’s got a nice window. So as we walk out of that bedroom and go back to our study area, we got the New Home In Oklahoma City bathroom, it’s got a tub, shower and of course, a single sink. And as we go straight, we go to our fifth bedroom. It’s got a really decent sized closet in this room and three windows to bring in that lighting. Another option for this upstairs would be a flex room and sort of the fifth bedroom that can be turned into a flex room with the open doorway. So that’s the other option. So this is the magnolia floor plan, very big for one of the bigger floor plans. And overall, my favorite part of it is definitely the upstairs. The first option?
