You don’t know your significant other schedule, but we always like to schedule just to hold your spot so I can make sure I can fit you onto my schedule with all the other families that will be going on this tour.

At six Saturday at nine Sunday at five in Monday at six, during this tour, we will also go over your path to your new Shaw home. It consists of 10 steps. The first step is the model home tour, which we just booked from there we’ll go over financing. And after that, the next most important thing would be your home site reservation. So we can find that one of a kind home site for your new homes broken arrow afterward at the home site, we will then go on to a price out which will take about one hour. We will meet at your favorite home and we’ll give you itemized pricing of that favorite home that you found on that tour that we took from there. If everything is a go, we will go into the purchase agreement, the purchase agreement, it takes about an hour and we will get your contract signed. Your colors and finishes are not finished, but your home site and actual home you picked will be. Then we will, you will go to design studio plan review building closing in a warranty appointment.
