We take a 90 minute model home tour taking you through six to 12 different homes, completely decorated and furnished so that you can get a feel of what that home would be like. If you lived in it, new homes Edmond creates a space for you to walk through rather than looking at a two D piece of paper.

Our 90 minute model home tour takes you through different communities and floor plans so that you can get a feel of what it would be like to live in that home yourself. You drive your own vehicle so that if you do need to leave the tour at any time you can do so, the sales person will drive their own vehicle and take you from community to community in new homes, Edmonds. When you take the tour on the first step, there are no pricing talks at this meeting. The pricing is held for a specific time so that we can all focus on it with great intentionality. This meeting time is so that you can feel out the floor plans and the functionality that your family needs. This is just an information gathering tour. There is no pressure to make a decision.

Today. When we do that tour, we run our tours at different times on the weekends and the weekdays. We have availability at 9:00 AM, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on what works for you. New homes Edmond takes this tour as the first step so that you can pick your plan. We focus on the function behind the design of the plan on this tour. There is a floor plan for every family because all of our plans are very versatile and many of them come in one or two story versions. We like to say our plans come in small, medium, large, extra large, and even extra, extra large versions, depending on what your needs are. New homes. Edmond has a second step, which is called pick your payments. We want to know what kind of payment you’re comfortable with because we don’t want to over bombard your price point.

We want someone to be comfortable with what they’re going to pay for their mortgage. We include the full pity payment on this. That is P for principle, I, for interest T for taxes. And the last I is for your mortgage insurance, we want to make sure that we give you a full pity payment so that there is no hidden fees in your mortgage payments. We want to know what you’re currently paying on your home. Now, whether you’re renting or have a mortgage so that we can compare what that would be like. We want you to feel comfortable in new homes Edmond so that we know how to help you best. We have preferred lenders that help make this process so much smoother than if you were to choose a lender of your own. At Shaw homes, we have sorted out many different lenders, separating out the good and the ugly separating out the good, bad, and the ugly so that we know who can serve our clients best.

If you do have a preapproval letter from a lender that you have used, our preferred lenders can offer the same program and interests match and match closing costs with anybody. The reason we really believe in our lenders is because they have worked hard to earn our trust. We think it is worth $4,000 of your closing costs for you to use one of our preferred lenders. That is step two in the five easy steps to owning a Shaw home in new homes. Edmond, step three is choosing the location where you placed your home is of utmost importance. We can recreate any floor plan, but we can not recreate the beautiful sunset with the tree in the backyard of the lot that you choose with our place choice, you get to choose what Homesite you want to reserve. We have a $1,000 Homesite reservation fee that is refundable, and it goes toward your down payment on your home.

This is a seven day refundable deposit. New homes Edmond creates this policy so that you have time to think we don’t cash the check this time. And there’s no rush decision to be made. We want to ensure that your specific home site has been reserved while other people are also looking at the same inventory. We don’t want someone to take a Homesite. That means the world to you while you decide whether this important decision is right for you or not new homes, Edmond creates this so that you can take time to think on what you would like to do. Homicides are one of a kind, when that Homesite, that faces the direction you like with the backyard is gone. We cannot reproduce it. Our homes come in many different floor plans, but it is the inside and the outside that make it unique. We have a selection option survey that lets you choose which items you want to put inside of your home. When you do this, it allocates a price depending on the floor plan that you have chosen. And I can then give you an exact transparent breakdown of every item that you have chosen.

We will answer all of these questions within 24 hours. While we have a meeting to decide what features are worth keeping in the home and what features you may not necessarily need or want. During the purchase agreement, you will already have your price for contract so that there are no surprises.
