Don’t make the mistake of buying from another builder, come by with shore homes, shore homes makes it easy and affordable to build your absolute dream home. We have over 70 floor plans to choose from and we have over. We have four different New Homes Edmond Oklahoma series you can choose from currently in Oklahoma City. We have two series you can choose from. We build in our communities and we build build off site homes. Off site homes means you will find the acreage of your dreams and then we will come and bring our construction team out and build one of our homes on your land. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that your land has to be 15 minutes or less from one of our communities, so our construction team doesn’t have to go to and from this, your site, that’s over forty five minutes away. We like to keep all of our homes that were being built very close together so we can finish them up in a good amount of time for you.

We like to keep our customers happy and we like to keep family first. So in all of our communities, if you choose to build in our community, we always have some kind of family oriented thing, whether that be a swimming pool, a walking trail, a nature trail, a. Clubhouse, maybe a park or a splash pad. There’s so many amenities that we have added to our New Homes Edmond Oklahoma neighborhoods to install that family feeling and every single one of our communities. We also tend to put really beautiful abstract big signs on the front of our communities, just so you know that this is your home, this is your community. When you’re pulling in and you want to show it off, not just your house, but your entire neighborhood. Here in twin silos, we actually have named our community after the twin silos near us. So for the sign out front, we actually made a duplicate duplicate of two silos and put them on either side. And it’s very big and very broad. And anyone that lives in this area, if you say you live in twin silos, they know what you’re talking about just from the outside sign.

We also care about our roads, and we always tend to make our roads a little more curvy than straight. Just so you’re still getting that family friendly area, straight roads will lead to people speeding, and we don’t want that, especially whenever we’re encouraging our families have their kids play outside or go walk to the park or our nature trails or to the clubhouse by themselves. So we do always make sure we put in our curvy entrance to the neighborhood, and each individual road has its curves of its own, so it’s never a straight shot road. So no one can ever go above the speed of twenty five miles an hour. It’s it gives you a sense of confidence that your kids can play outside and not have to worry about someone speeding down the road. A couple homes in the Edmond area, or I’m sorry, a couple of communities in the Edmond, Oklahoma area are building an acreage. So if you care about having your kids play outside or maybe having a shed or having like some dogs and cats and they need space outside, we actually have two communities currently in Oklahoma City Edmond area that are building on three four to one acre lots. That would be Fox Player Estates and Brush Creek. They are really nice, very beautiful, and they are built on our heritage style homes. Our heritage series, these homes start in the mid four hundred thousands and go up to about six hundred thousand dollars right now. We also have our Manchester series, we have one that’s um, the Deer Creek school districts that would be our twin silos community. It is just. It is just west of Edmond, Oklahoma, and just east of Piedmont, it’s right there, kind of in the middle. It does have an Oklahoma City address. Whenever you’re buying with shore homes in the New Homes Edmond Oklahoma area, we have four different communities. But don’t forget that Edmund is still growing and there’s still a lot of land, especially near Arcadia area. So if you ever fall in love with a piece of property, then we can build on it. We can build an offsite house with one of our floor plans, so don’t ever hesitate to reach out to us and ask if we will build on your property because most of the time we will. When you’re building with us in Edmond, Oklahoma, there are five easy steps to go through.

One is picking your plan after you come in, whether you were a call or a web inquiry or just a walk into one of our model homes. We will book you for a model home tour so you can go all around Oklahoma City. See all of our model homes that we have built. Currently, we have four model homes built in Oklahoma City, and three of those are going to be our heritage style homes. After you look at all of the different model homes, you then will be able to choose your floor plan from what you tell us, whether how many bedrooms you want or bathrooms, or if you want an upstairs downstairs from your needs. We will pull all the floor plans that fit your needs for your family and you will pick the one that you want. After that, we will call up our lender, your lender, and make sure you are able to afford this home. We will price out this home, get an estimated price, and then the lender will be able to tell us how much downpayment you need.

What price it will be for your payment each month. How much interest is the house going to be? And really, just if this is a good move or not for your you and your family next, after we get the price figured out, we will move on to picking our place, our home site. The piece of property that you will build your home on your dream home on. You will go with one of your sales representatives, drive the community that you choose and pick your New Homes Edmond Oklahoma site whenever you find the home site that you want. You will put a home site reservation on it. You will write us a check for a certain amount of money, depending on if that’s Manchester or heritage.

We will hold on to that check for seven days and then that home site will be available for you. If you sign contract in the next seven days after seven days, we will move on to whoever else wants that home site. After you pick your New Homes Edmond Oklahoma place, you will pick your finishes so you if you are in the heritage style home, you will go to the design studio and you will pick everything. If you are in a Manchester home, you will come back to the model home and you will pick all of the finishes that you have in the model home. Heritage does have more options and upgrades than a Manchester series home will after you pick your finishes, all of your colors and options. Then we will move on to the purchase agreement. A purchase agreement is just a contract stating that yes, we are going to build your home. You are going to pay for it. And then we will start on your home. Your home should have the foundation started in the next 30 days after you completely signed and after you signed your contract.
