New Homes Edmond | The Addison Floorplan
New Homes Edmond | The Addison Floorplan
Today I want to walk you through virtually all of our floor plans that we have available in any of our big new home communities. The first floor plan I’m gonna tell you about, it’s called the Addison Addison. One story starts around 1,857 square feet. This is a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. This could be a big new home in any of our big speak communities. The cool thing about the addison is that it’s a split floor plan, so there are bedrooms and a bathroom on one side and then bedrooms and the kitchen on the other side has also walked through feature in the Addison in the master suite. This New Homes Edmond means that if there are two people that get up at separate times, one person can get up and exit the master bedroom into the bathroom, close the doors, get ready, change and exit through the master closet without having to go back and forth through the master bedroom over and over.
The other cool thing about the addison is that it has a second story option and the Addison second story is called the Addison p. This makes it a 2,421 square foot home. This could be a five bedroom home with three bathrooms, two stories in a three car garage, so this is our most square foot efficient five bedroom home. That fifth bedroom is a smaller 10 by 11 bedroom, but it does have a closet put. A lot of times people either use that for a study or a nursery, but New Homes Edmond if you needed that fifth bedroom, this would be the perfect five bedroom home for you.
The next big B new home I want to tell you about is called the crescent. The crescent built as a one story is 2095 square feet. This is a three bedroom home at two bathroom home with one story and a three car garage. The cool thing about the crescent is that there’s actually a hallway that bends around the study that there’s a study right in the front and down the hallway you’ll see two bedrooms as well. With some unique features in set in some of those odd corners, like an inset little wall shelf, it also has a dining room and a study with an open concept and a nice sized book. Physical thing is that the laundry room is actually away from the bedrooms, so New Homes Edmond if you’re the type of person to do laundry at night, the crescent would be a perfect floor plan for you. It also has an additional bump out in the master suite for any kind of additional seating or reading area. The Crescent has a couple upstairs versions. One of them is the crescent M, which makes it 2,593 square feet, turning it into a four bedroom, three bathroom, four bedroom, two bathroom home, two stories of the three car garage, or we can do the crescent, making it a two.
The Crescent P is 2,946 square feet, four bedroom, three bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage.
The next biggest b new home is called the Finley. This is the smallest home that we can build. It is 1,802 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. The findlay’s still has a really nice open concept design and one of the best bang for your bucks with our bigs new homes. The next floor plan on, I’ll tell you about, it’s called the Greenville. Greenville has several different versions as well, but New Homes Edmond we’ll start with the one story. So the Greenville one story is 2,257 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. The cool thing about the Greenville is that it has a really grand entrance, so super tall ceilings that are 13 and 20 feet tall. Even as a two story. Those ceilings are the same height, so you have a grand entrance there. It also has the most area dedicated to the master suite with the second version, adding two rooms off of the master as well. It also has a dining formal dining room. Well, it’s an open concept.
The Greenville to story version is the Greenville. He mingled. He is 2,987 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, so this is just adding one bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs. The Greenville one h is adding two bedrooms, the game room and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 164 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and the Greenville one l is adding three bedrooms, two bathrooms at game room upstairs, making it 3,400, 13 square feet, a six bedroom home for bathrooms, two stories. It was a three car garage.
The other version of the Greenville too, like I said, adds New Homes Edmond two extra bonus rooms off the master suite. They’re not bedrooms, they’re just ruins. One could be a study or an exercise room or just an auxiliary room, whatever you might find it useful for the Greenville to one story is a great big new home starting at 2,556 square feet. It’s a three bedroom home, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. The Greenville to eat. We didn’t add one bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 286 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Greenville to h is adding two bedrooms, a game room and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3,463 square feet of five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stores with a three car garage, and the Greenville to l as well as our biggest big speed new home that we can build. It’s called Greenville to l, adding three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a game room upstairs, and that would be 3,712 square feet. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.
The next series of homes I’m going to tell you about, it’s called the monroe. The Monroe has 15 different versions, so it was one of our most versatile, big speed new homes. The Monroe one is 2,274 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. The cool thing about the monroe is that it has a dining room and a study and our most open, largest living area of any of our floor plans with the largest back patio of any of our floor plans and a really unique master bathroom with two separate vanities. The Monroe one also has an upstairs version five different upstairs versions to be exact. The first one is called the monroe one e dot. This one is 3074 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Again, that just adds one bedroom, a game room and a bathroom upstairs, but the game room is actually a down a hallway above the living area.
The Monroe one age. Again, the game room is above the living area, but this is adding two bedrooms, a game room and a bathroom, making it 3,279 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Monroe one eye is adding three bedrooms, two bedrooms, two game rooms, and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3,671 square feet, a five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And the next is the monroe one p, the p version of the upstairs. Monroe makes this where you walk right into the game room. So going upstairs on Monroe, one P, you would walk right into the game room with a bathroom and a bedroom upstairs as well. This makes it 2,820 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The next version is the monroe too. So the difference between New Homes Edmond the Monroe one in the monroe too is that the Monroe to actually loses that steady instead. There’s just closet space there. And then also the it adds a walkthrough feature. So at swaps places from the bathroom and there was the utility room making the laundry room right off the master closet and allowing that master suite to have a walk through design.
The main road to his 2000, 172 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. The Monroe too has several different upstairs versions as well. The first upstairs version is the monroe too. He just add one bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom upstairs, New Homes Edmond making it 2,952 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories of the three car garage. Again, the Monroe is our most versatile, bigsby, new home.
