Speaker 1 I get to take buyers through our steps into our New Homes Edmond process every single day, either whether they walk in or if they’re looking for information. There’s a lot that I love doing and I want to make sure that I’m showing off to my buyers to make sure that they have a good understanding of what’s to come. But we have available and what that looks like for their process and their structure. Again, with that being said, my goal overall, basically in and out is to go through options. So basically the options part that I enjoy, it’s called the price.

So it’s a step in our structure and in our process and that basically it’s step number four. It’s a guideline to help show what we can do to get people in a home and to help them kind of customize this house and make it their own home. So with that being said, there’s a couple of steps that lead up to this before we just jump right in. So basically, up until then, buyers have come through and they’ve done what’s called a model home tour. And this is this is apply. This applies to New Homes Edmond, new home construction and new construction homes in these locations. Pretty simple, simplified to the options that we have and what we show to our buyers and show off for our buyers. And again, basically the mindset of this is to go through and say, Hey, this is what your homes can do for you.

This is our structure from A to Z. Whether you’re looking at new homes and new home construction, OKC, new construction homes in advance and then just New Homes Edmond, as well as in Tulsa. But these areas, these guidelines that we have for the new construction process, like I was telling you that very first step, these are put in place to guide the customer alongside us that alongside our process. So that way, they get a good understanding of what’s to come, why we do things a certain way. What’s expected from them or why that is, excuse me. But again, more than anything, kind of walking through up to that fourth step, fourth and fifth step. That first step being the model home tour is just a good guide guideline to figure out the floor plan, figure out the function and why buyers want a certain floor plan. We’ll figure out what works for their family, what their family’s needs are, why that is. Excuse me what that looks like in regards to our process in our homes. The next step is the finances. We figure out their financial status and what their purchasing power is more than anything with that purchasing power. Our goal in and of that is to communicate properly, set good expectations for what our home costs are, how that applies to them. What that looks like throughout their their structure and their new home process in their New Homes Edmond. And again. With that being said, we want to make sure we’re figuring out their purchasing power and what they’re comfortable with and what we have that fits within that comfort zone. Next from there, basically.

They get together their land. It’s a super fun step, I love walking buyers through this. It’s so exciting. I think I mean, because they’re really getting the chance. Excuse me. They’re getting the chance to see what can be done for them and why we do things a certain way and what our process is and how exactly they’re able to start, you know, trading their home on paper. I mean, it’s a beautiful. It’s such a fun process. We’ve got some beautiful homes and beautiful neighborhoods. So we also try to like go through the amenities and list out those amenities and options for buyers so they can see what we can do for them and why that is and what that looks like in regards to their structure. So whatever they they walk through, whenever they connect with us and communicate with us, they can then see how our structure is going to be to benefit them. And again, that structure is set in stone as a guideline because every, every builder does things differently.

So for us, we want to make sure that we’re setting a good expectation and showing off what can be done for buyers to protect them, to protect them as they walk through the process, to protect them, as they get more information and more insight into why we do what we do and just how exactly it works to benefit them in their structure and in their process. But we’ll continue going down through the line. We’ve got many opportunities and many New Homes Edmond options that we are like walking by here to show, OK, here’s step one. This is your floor plan. You know, we’re going to go through the Model Home Tour. These are the floor plan options. Step number two. As we get it, get your purchasing power figured out. We figure out your finances. Step number three is picking out your land. You reserve it, you block competing customers. You’re getting to figure out whether you want a north facing south facing, east west facing home site, you know, de sac corner, lake greenbelt, whatever you want, we go over those options. We go through that.
