Each and every buyer here that we have walked through the doors at Shaw Homes, we’ve got people that are looking for so many amazing, unique, different things. We’ve got a really cool structure and a really cool process that works very consistently to benefit every buyer that we get the chance to meet our goal as a whole. Excuse me, is to connect with buyers, to communicate with them, to really just say, Hey, this is what we hear at home homes, what we can do for you. What that looks like in regards to our process and our structure. How we’re able to to benefit you through the New Homes Edmond process, how we’re able to walk alongside you as you get more information on your homes and what that looks like as a whole. Because there is there’s a very important structure that we have here at our homes is a really important process that we keep in mind. And the reason why we have this process, the reason that we have this structure is not just to, you know, sound cool or kind of say, Look, we sort of have it together. I mean, that is very important and not for us to just maintain control because that’s not it at all. That’s not the truth of the fact of the matter. The going is the the mindset in this process and in this structure that we have is to communicate and consistently communicate and go above and beyond in our communication.
So that’s something that’s very important to us, especially myself. Proper communication, proper expectations, proper understandings of what’s to come. And you know why certain things, why that is a certain way, why our structures is designed a certain way. Because then for us as a whole here in our homes, when we do that, we remain consistent in our communication and our structure and our understanding. And then more than anything, I mean, I feel like we really we really get the chance to win, but we have an amazing structure and amazing understanding of what we can do for our buyers and why we have that certain process. And that as a whole has been created and have been designed to help set a higher standard, higher understanding for what can be done for each and every buyer, every person that walks through our door, how we can protect them, how we can walk alongside them through the new homes structure, the new home opportunities with us making opportunity as well because every builder is going to have a different way that they do things. A different process, a different structure, a different way to get to know you as a fire information or just their buyer’s information. And when we are consistent and when we really do make an effort to go above and beyond in everything that we do, whether that’s just straight up communication, whether that’s a good understanding of our homes as a whole, and that’s something we’re going to always try to do.
That’s a very important thing when it comes to consistency and our structure and our process. Why were you working in the more we communicate better? That makes sense, like how the higher structured communication, the better that we do here. Is it builder share homes as a whole does. So I think that’s very important to us. It’s very important to our process and especially with I mean, we’ve got an amazing structure, an amazing New Homes Edmond opportunity for each and every day that we work with and each and every person that we work with when it comes to shop. So when it comes to our different options and we’re going to want to consistently and continuously go with me, we’re going to want to set a higher and higher understanding of what shots looks like, how that applies to each and every fire because it applies very differently to each other. And I hope that it takes that understanding differently. They’re going to see and hear and take in information differently. And so for us, we we here at our homes as representatives, we want to we want to remain consistent in how we communicate that information because it’s very important. I mean, the communication factor is very important.
How buyers hear certain things is going to be different than, you know, what a different farmer here. So for us, for us, your show and our structure and our process, we very much we think that constant and consistent communication is extremely important. It’s a very important mindset for us. It’s a very important guideline that we really try to adhere to as our structure and our understanding of new construction and new home amenities. And we were consistently going above and beyond in our process, and we are consistently going above and beyond our communication. I mean, our buyers, they’re beyond happy with it because that’s that’s really important to us. I want what’s important to me as a person, I want to be communicated with. I want to have good communication with whoever I’m working with or whoever. I get the chance to talk with or get to know. I want to have great communication with them. I want to have that very consistent conversation because when I have that, when I get the chance to have that opportunity, then I’m getting the chance to create new, very healthy working relationships and also getting the chance to them. See exactly what I can do for buyers. I can hear them out more. I can hear exactly why they’re meeting with the meeting, whether they’re looking at our new homes and Edmund Burke. You know, construction, you see new construction homes in Ivan is different, very different markets that we’re building in. There’s different reasons and different opportunities in each of them. And I think when we get the chance to then remain consistent in our communication and our understanding of what what’s coming next basically and what’s to be expected next, buyers really understand that better and they’re happier because they have a good, a better understanding of what’s to come and why that works, why we work to benefit them. So I think that’s really important. It’s just very consistent and constant communication with each and every fire that we work with, every person that we get to know, every person that we get to understand why they’re meeting with their need and what their process is, what their structure or their needs and what will be in the future, you know, because every person said every buyer has a different life. No one is the same. Everyone is different. Everyone has different mindsets. The different structures for their house in their household that we really want to make sure that we’re adhering to. And when we get the chance to adhere to this and when we get the chance to meet and or exceed their expectations because obviously my goals always exceed expectations when I get the chance to do that and when I get the chance to have that structure and that understanding and that process with each and every buyer, then I’m winning. And I don’t see that as a a two year warranty. I’m winning because my buyers get to win. That’s for us here. That’s a huge goal for us. It’s a big understanding and a big part of our process is we our people, when we get a win, when our people are happy and our people have have a c-, a good understanding of our homes and our process and are structured, then we get to win because we get to build in the beautiful house. They get to follow along in their process and in their structure, whether they’re looking at New Homes Edmond. OK, I see new construction homes in Ivan. And then again, all these different areas we’re building in. When we get to remain consistent and beyond for them, then we get to win. And I love that feeling when I get to help my buyers and I get to help that process and help their structure to see that, you know, we can definitely do this. We can make this work. We can build a new home. We have this option and we’re able to do this. We can do this right now. It’s such a good feeling to see that that satisfaction and the understanding of, Oh my gosh, this can be done. This is a goal that for me, I’ve seen so many people who have had this goal and had this dream to build a new house, a new home or build a new home with us. Excuse me, in this dream has been coming to fruition, and they’re able to realize and see this is something we can definitely do.
This is an opportunity that we have that we can achieve and that can be done. So being able to to have that option of being able to provide that for buyers. Oh my gosh, this is such an amazing feeling and I love being able to provide that for each and every one of my buyer. Again, whether they’re looking at New Homes Edmond and I’m in new construction, I see all these different areas. We’re very consistent and we are very consistently and building and and selling homes, whether it’s in marketing, because sometimes that everybody needs 100 percent complete or excuse me, not everybody needs to build their home from scratch and everybody wants to build their house from scratch. They have certain timeline, but they want a new home. So we offer that we’ve got New Homes Edmond options. We offer amenities and opportunities that are maybe a little bit to their timelines. A little bit better for me, fit the family a little bit better for their wants and they’ve got a little bit better structure. They have a little bit better understanding of what can be done for them. I mean, there’s so, so, so much that goes into our process and our structure and our understanding as a whole that for us here at some firms, being able to communicate that and communicate that well is extremely important to us. That’s something that I find again, very, very important. I want to make sure I’m properly setting good expectations and setting good understandings of what’s to come and why that is and how exactly that applies to every buyer. Because again, every buyer’s different and every buyer has a different understanding. Every buyer has a different structure. And so when I’m able to communicate that structure very well and I’m able to be consistent in my communication and my understanding and then really getting the chance to create amazing, successful working building relationships for each and every one of my buyers. And that for us as a whole is a big goal we want to reach.
