New Homes Edmond | What Floor Plans Are You Considering
Speaker 1: (00:01)
Hey, welcome back to this podcast. And thanks for digging deep to find out all the information for you and your family. So you guys can make the best decision when building your new homes Edmond. Uh, we were just walking through all of our different floor plans that we have for your new homes, Edmund and what the differences are. And we kind of got stuck on the Monroe because the Monroe is one of our most versatile four plans that are 15 different versions, and there’s a bunch of differences and, and, um, those differences actually make a huge impact on the layout and the flow of the house. So the best thing you could do whenever you’re considering a Monroe is actually just walk through the three different single stories and then figure out what changes for the upstairs that way, you know, what version of the Monroe works best for you? Um, the mineral one we were just talking about is 2,274 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story.
Speaker 1: (00:56)
Um, and it also has, so it has a formal dining room and an office in the Monroe to, we lose the office and in the bathroom and the laundry room kind of switched places as well. So now you no longer walk through from the garage through the, you just walk through a utility room, not through the laundry room, um, but everything else kind of stays the same. And then in the Monroe three, um, there we lose an office again. So no office in the Monroe three, and then the garage is actually pulled back into the house. If you can imagine that. And one of those bedrooms is shifted off to the front of the house. So we still have three bedrooms down on a single story. Um, a really cool floor plan and the Monroe three and the mineral three is 2,112 square feet. Or the Monroe two is 2,172 square feet.
Speaker 1: (01:57)
So then the neuro three is the smallest version of the Monroe. And then it goes to the Monroe two. And then the mineral one is the largest version. Now each of these floor plans has the same five upstairs configuration. So if you want it to, you can walk upstairs right into the game room, and then there’d also be a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. And if that was a configuration, you liked, uh, it would be called a Monroe one P and that would make it 2,820 square feet for the mineral one P um, but then also if you wanted to walk up and you still wanted one game room, one bedroom, one bathroom upstairs, but you didn’t want to walk right into the game room instead, you’d walk into a hallway and then do a 180 up a few more stairs and go down another hallway to the game room.
Speaker 1: (02:46)
So the game room now would be above the living room and you’d still have a bedroom in a bathroom upstairs. Uh, this is called the Monroe one E so this one would be 3074 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two story three car garage. So if you wanted to, you could also have that same configuration walking down the hallway, upstairs to the game room and add two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom, which would be the Monroe one H which would be 3,279 square feet. This would make it five bedrooms, or you could have the largest version of the Monroe that we offer, where upstairs you have one big game room, one huge bonus room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom upstairs making it 3,671 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two-story home with a three car garage. So the Monroe one, I is definitely the biggest, uh, floor plan of the Monroe that we have.
Speaker 1: (03:46)
Now, again, all five of those are the same floor plan layout for them in row two. So if you’re looking for a new homes Edmond, um, definitely check out them in rows since it’s so versatile, I guarantee you’ll find a version that you like the Monroe to pee, and then you walk right upstairs into the game room. There’s also a bedroom and a bathroom up there that would be 2,700 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. You also do the Monroe two E again, you walk upstairs and then you come into a dead end into a hallway. So you have to turn and go back the other way.
Speaker 1: (04:27)
Uh, the Monroe to E will be 2009, 952 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, or you can have two bedrooms upstairs would that same configuration, which would be the Monroe two H. And that would be 3,177 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Uh, you also do them in row two. I let me know too. I can has a huge game room, a really big bonus room with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs making it 3,513 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three-car garage, and then all of the same ones happen on the Monroe three. So for new homes, Edmund, the Monroe is bound to be one of the top choices with a Monroe P you’re walking right up until the game room. It’s 2,658 square feet. It’s a little bit smaller, and this is a smallest two-story Monroe that we have, which would be three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 1, 2, 3, a this actually be four bedrooms, three bathrooms.
Speaker 1: (05:40)
You can do the Monroe three E which we configure as the upstairs to put the game room over the living room down a hallway and a bedroom and a bathroom, which would be 2,912 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Most of them in row three H which adds two bedrooms upstairs. The square footage for that house would be 3,117 square feet. Or you could also do the Monroe three, I, which is 3,379 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Another really cool floor plan that we offer for your new homes Edmond is the Monterey. The Monterey has a couple of different versions. Um, the Monterey one as a single story is 2,446 square feet, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a three car garage. And the Monroe two is 2,654 square feet, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, one story with a three three-car garage.
Speaker 1: (06:43)
So the Monroe are started. The Montereys are two of our really big single story home. So if you’re looking for a big single story home for your new homes Edmond, or maybe your, your community requires you to have a bigger floor plan and definitely check out the Monterrey, it’s a really cool floor plan. It does have a formal dining room as well as an office, um, and really cool Butler’s pantry walkthrough, and a couple of really cool things about the Monterey is that actually has private walkways into the master suite and into the secondary suite as well. So I’m looking for a nice open floor plan, but that’s also, um, creating some privacy for your bedroom. Definitely check out the Monterey, the Monterey, um, two story you could either do with a game room, one bedroom, one bathroom, or a game room, two bedrooms, one bathroom. Um, the Monterey one, he has just one bedroom upstairs, one bathroom, and the big game room is 3,265 square feet, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. You go, you could also do the Monterey one H which adds the two bedrooms upstairs, um, 3,448 square feet.
Speaker 1: (08:04)
This one would be four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms. Uh, one of our other really cool floor plans and our brand new model actually is called the Nottinghill. So Nottinghill is really cool because it’s a two story home and the master suites downstairs. It has a powder bathroom and a really cool office upfront and a wide open entryway into the living room kitchen area. So this is a really warm, inviting floor plan. Um, you just have to walk through it if you’re interested in your new homes Edmond. Um, the Nottinghill age is 2,400 square feet. Uh, this one has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and this one can only be a two-story home since just only the master bedroom is downstairs. The other bedrooms are upstairs. The Nottinghill L uh, adds to 2,618 square feet, four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms.
Speaker 1: (09:03)
This one’s a two story as well. And the Notting hill V, which is 2,593 square feet. So the Nottinghill floor plan is by far, one of our most popular floor plans are really affordable. Um, two-story floor plan as well. So definitely check out the Nottinghill for your new homes Edmond. Um, one of the other ones that we have is called a Prescott. The Prescott, um, has a couple different versions as well. Um, definitely check out Shaw homes.com to look at these different floor plans. Um, but the last one I talked to you about today is called a Redford. So the Redford is, um, one of our most popular floor plans and, uh, it has a couple different versions for it as well. So the Redford one, um, and the cool thing about the Redford for your new homes Edmund is that it has a really cool turn to island. So the kitchen is huge, our biggest kitchen at any floor plan and a really big note. So definitely check out the Redford for your new homes.
