I’ve gotten the chance to go over our structure in the past that shore Holmes has, but it’s really, absolutely amazing. Our incentive, our opportunities and our amenities that we have and that we provide for our buyers and for our clients is really amazing New Homes In Edmond. I mean, there’s a great structure that’s set in stone and that we have set in place to to benefit every person involved and every buyer involved to make sure that they have a good understanding of what’s to be expected, what’s coming next and then why it is the way it is. But more than anything, the more that I’m able to communicate and set good standards, better standards and better understandings of what’s to come. I feel like my buyers always really appreciate it more. And the way I’m able to communicate better, I’m able to set better expectations. And then more than anything, people just feel protected when you really care about them and when you try to communicate to the best of your ability and you try to set great expectations. Buyers really thank you for it. And I feel like that’s very important because I’d want something someone to do the same for me. It’s a really important factor that I really keep going to keep in communication and good contact with my buyers to say, Look, this is this is something that’s important to me, so I’m going to strive to make sure that I make it important for you as well.
So our process is really been tried, tested and true, and we get the chance to work with some amazing buyers. Does it doesn’t matter if you’re looking at New Homes In Edmond, new home construction, see new construction homes and different stuff like that. So really, being able to to provide some amazing opportunities for buyers is a very easy thing for us. And it’s a very it’s a super fun thing. I love getting the chance to do that for my buyers. And just in regards to communication and setting better expectations for what’s to come and why we do things a certain way and why it benefits them, because really, more than anything, it does benefit our partners. That’s why we have a process to make sure our communication is is top notch and make sure that our buyers feel like they’re being protected. And they have a good understanding of why we do certain things a certain way and why their their home is being built to a certain standard and how exactly that applies to them and their process and in their structure.
But more than anything, I think communication is one of the most important things when it comes to any process, whether you’re building from scratch, whether you’re buying a mark, one of our market ready homes, whether you’re just coming in to get some information. I think communication is seriously one of the most important things that we can do for any of our buyers, especially for us as a sales team. That’s something that’s very important to us as well. We really try to have the best communication among all of us as well as our buyers. So I mean, why would we want to do you know anything less for you? But that’s a big reason why we’ve been in this industry for almost 40 years now. That’s a big reason why we’ve been in this market for so long and why we do things differently and why we do things a certain way is because we’ve seen the fruits of of doing things the proper way and setting the proper expectations and making sure that we’re going above and beyond for each and every one of our buyers. We’ve seen that benefit and we want to have that consistent benefit throughout everyone’s process. We don’t want to just, you know, benefit one or two people and kind of have a be a decent process for them and then somebody else get something totally different. I mean, that’s not the goal. We want to remain consistent. That’s why we’ve been in this industry for so long is because we have remained consistent. Obviously, we’ve that’s consistency in updating and upgrading are two very different things because we’ve done that for sure. We’ve also gotten the chance basically kind of like I’m saying to two here, watch the trend, see what’s new and what people are asking for. And we make that transition to benefit our buyers because if buyers are needing something different, if they’re needing a different process or a better understanding or a different structure, whatever it may be, and they voiced that we listen, that’s something that’s very important to us as well, especially Mr. Shah, as a whole. I mean, his structure and his process is obviously the most important because he’s the one who’s who’s leading and guiding this this vessel to success. So it’s quite an honor to get the chance to work with him and see exactly how he’s worked in the past and just the impacts that he’s made in this industry over the last almost 40 years because he’s been here for a very long time. He’s been in this industry for a very long time, and he’s been doing things differently for a long time as well. So that’s something that I like reminding buyers and just kind of stating, Hey, look, this is why we do things a certain way. It is done to benefit you. It’s it’s been tried, tested, and it’s true of showing just how the benefits come into play and showing exactly why things are done a certain way. And more than anything, when I feel like when I get the chance to show my buyers and state, Hey, this is done a certain way because it’s done to benefit you, we’ve seen the benefit with our buyers and. Exactly how it works to to make the process more seamless and just much easier, and they have a better understanding of what’s to come and why things are done a certain way. And how exactly that’s done to to benefit them in regards to their process, because that’s that’s the goal. We want to benefit them. That’s that’s the the thought process.
That’s the understanding and mine is to make sure that our buyers and our people feel protected. They feel like they’re being heard. Their needs are being met. Their voices are being heard in regards to their structure and their process. So especially for me as a representative of shock, I want to put my best foot forward with every client that I get the chance to meet and every buyer that I get the chance to talk to or connect with because not everybody may buy, but everybody is looking for information. My goal is to make sure that I’m providing the best insight and the best information for every person that may be interested, because even if they may not purchase, they may have a friend or a family member that might be interested. And I may have helped get their questions answered that they didn’t even realize or know that they had. So that’s really important to me. I think it’s being polite. You know, being nice is going to get you really far in life and especially being nice to wonderful buyers that we get walking through the door and we get asking for questions. So it never hurts to communicate

Speaker 1 and to just have good understandings of what our process as a whole is and why that applies to different buyers and how that expectation can be set properly. Because I feel like lots of different builders, they may state one thing and they’ll do another thing, and it’s just unvoiced. Expectations always go unmet. So for us here at Shaw Homes, again, whether you’re looking at New Homes In Edmond, new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in Edmond, these are areas that we’re building in. These are areas that were very active in and so we must we got to be proactive in them, as well as not just the active and active part, it’s the proactive part that’s very important. So again, more than anything, with that being said and our process being kept in mind, there’s there’s a goal that’s very much so in focus here that we want to make sure. Excuse me. We want to make sure that that expectation has been set and has been met and with our process and with that structure in mind, there’s a lot of different buyers and there’s a lot of different people who have got the chance to walk through and

We want to create some amazing benefits and we want to create some amazing opportunities for them just to show off and show exactly what can be done for them and why. That is because I feel like a lot of people come and they have a lot of question with exactly why things are done a certain way and why, you know, they might have built with us in the past. But things change. And that’s something that I’m also reminding my buyers. I mean, we have a very similar process and it hasn’t changed very much, but it’s updated. It’s upgraded with the changing of the markets and it’s updated with how we do things differently and why that is and why exactly that process has changed and why exactly that process has been

It doesn’t matter where you’re looking at all of these are going to be the same. We’re going to consistently have a very similar structure, but we’re also going to make sure that our buyers are feeling heard, their needs are being met. And that means sometimes that just means that we have to update and change and an upgrade are our ways of doing things in our process as a whole. We have to change it to better our our buyers and then better those that are walking alongside us as they build their new home with us. So that’s something to that I like. Keeping in mind is just kind of stating, you know, look, we’re here to build a beautiful home for our buyers. We’re here to to make their process as seamless as possible, whether they’re looking at New Homes In Edmond, new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in Edmonton, all those those different locations with all the different amenities associated with them. But there’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a lot in regards to our process.
There’s a lot that we have to say in regards to our process and what we we really keep in mind for what we can do for different people. And with that being said, with that structure being kept in mind, I mean, Shaw Homes is one of the best new construction companies here in Tulsa as a whole, as well as New Homes In Edmond, new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in Edmond and all those areas that were very active. And it’s an amazing opportunity that we get the chance to impact so many different people. We get to the chance to impact so many different communities do because it’s not just the people. We’re building up communities, we’re building up neighborhoods, we’re building up, you know, new structures in
