Did you know what she says, probably one of the best New Homes In Edmond processes of any bill are out there to offer some of the best opportunities, the best incentives and the best selections when it comes to your new home process. I’d love getting the chance to work my fingers through that, setting the right expectations for their understanding of their practice as a whole. So that way they they have the chance to really go over what we can do for them, what that looks like as a whole and how we’re able to work to benefit them in the process. It makes our of our structure really fun. It makes our structure very enticing in regards to the new home construction opportunities and different things like that.

The two things that are really amazing and really amazing structure and that we really work on and we got our buyers through to make sure that they’re understanding exactly what they’re getting and how they’re benefiting from this process. More than anything, I mean, that’s a huge goal for us. We get the get the chance to work with some really amazing people and amazing buyers. And more than anything, we really want to do what we can to connect and communicate well with them and make sure that their needs are being met and their wants are being heard for their home. It’s just a big part of our process and our structure as a whole and not a place, and they’re looking at New Homes In Edmond and then new construction homes and new home construction in OKC and then just new home construction in general. So with that being said, and with them in mind, I mean, we love more than anything. I love getting the chance to connect with wonderful people and some amazing buyers. I love getting the chance to answer questions and going over the new opportunities in the new options that a lot of people get that when it comes to new construction, just because there’s a lot of stuff, there’s a lot of excitement, information, things that we can do for our buyers and what that looks like in regards to their process and their structure. And there’s a lot that goes into it. So for us, your shot, I mean, we really strive to go over options, go over insight and information and different stuff like that when it comes to our process, when it comes to our structure. One of my favorite things that we do as a part of our structure and I get a lot of questions about it in regards to just the steps that people walk through, the purchasing power that they get and exactly what options they can pick from and just how they’re. It’s always a question of how much can I customize in my home, if you know what I mean?

That’s something I love getting the chance to, to go over and kind of showing off to my buyers for their process, for their structure. Excuse me. And as a whole and basically what that boils down to and what that process looks like to make sure that we’re getting the right insight and information for our buyers is that of the price out step and the price and what that looks like as a whole. And the price whole process is probably my favorite. Basically, the structure is the same whether you’re looking at New Homes In Edmond and new home construction or new construction homes, and then it’s the same structure no matter where you’re looking. But meaning like in both of our markets that we’re building in and we build homes in, excuse me. So that’s a really nice that the structure is the same. But basically what it is, it’s a really cool guideline that people basically up until that point, they’ll have their floor plan picked out and they’ll have their location and kind of their monthly payment solidified for their home. Next, from there, the very next step that we take them on is that person. And at that time, what we’ll do is, excuse me. We will make sure that a survey is sent to their phone, and it’s a really nifty tool that they basically are able to see what exactly comes included, they’re going to get pictures of what exactly comes included in their home and then they’re going to get pictures of what options they can add into their home. So. Excuse me. So this is basically what we guide them through and the options that we walk them through for their home and their process as a whole, so they’re able to to see that and they’re able to start getting. I think I definitely feel like a lot of people they love pictures. Pictures are a necessity to helping along with the guidelines and figuring out what works best for each buyer. And basically, whatever we have that. Excuse me.

That structure of pictures of what comes included and what they can and set up, this can be applied to New Homes In Edmond and new home construction or if you see new construction homes and have. These are all very areas that were very actively building in. And so when we do build on those or we do set a structure in those locations and in those arenas, basically our next step. It’s just the customization process and what that looks like, because it’s different for buyers, different per location and for opportunities. So we’ll go through basically in that structure, not with that mindset. And we will then go over what they’re wanting to change, why they’re wanting to change or what that looks like for their process and what that looks like for their structure in their home and other things like that. So that’s something that I like to keep in mind for. For buyers just making sure, Hey, this is where it’s going to go in your house, this is what your structure will be like. This is how we like to structure it as a whole here at Charlotte, because just we’ve done this a few thousand times. We’ve done a ton of times and we we like having a good process and a good structure set in stone.

So that way buyers can feel like they’re being taken care of. They’re being protected throughout their process. They feel like their their needs are being met, their wants are being heard, they’re necessities are being met as well. So that’s something I liked, making sure that I’ve communicated properly and communicated well. And when I get the chance to do that, then they feel a little more relaxed, a little more at ease with their structure and their process. So again, going through that, it is very simple. Going through that structure, that process is not difficult. It’s something that we do consistently and constantly every day on a daily basis. So again, more than anything, being able to go through that process and go through that structure is super simple. It’s very easy and simplified just because we’ve done this a few thousand times and we really do the best that we can while walking buyers through our process. But again, with that being said, with that structure in mind, with that guideline in mind for your new home and for new home opportunities, basically what we’ll do is we meet in person and we start, get new estimates, we start, get new ideas, we start giving you a better understanding of our process and what that looks like and how that structure is set in stone and how that process really benefits you and how that process works, how we work to work for you. More than anything, I mean, that’s that’s the biggest thing. So that’s something that we do on a regular basis. That’s something I love doing on our on a regular basis when it comes to the new construction process is just showing off. Hey, this is what we can do. This is what we normally have done. And then also figuring out, you know, the purchasing power that the buyers have because buyers really get the chance. I mean, we want to see their their inner creativity shine, and that’s something that our design department and our design team has set up and structured. So that way they come in and it really is. I mean, it’s a way that they get the chance to go above and beyond in our process and the amenities that we have and the opportunities that we have. Because there’s a lot, there’s a lot that we can do. There’s a lot that we try to do for the buyer and we really try to go above and beyond with in our structure and our process. And the more that we’re doing that, the better that we do that, the better process, the better structure that we have more than anything. So it’s something I love getting the chance to go over with buyers and go over with those that are working alongside us, making sure that they feel like they’re being heard, their needs are being met and, you know, different stuff like that. So that’s something that I keep in mind and I make sure that I communicate well. But more than anything, this is whether you’re looking at New Homes In Edmond and many on construction in OKC, new construction homes and Edmond and OKC. These these are the areas where we’re very actively building in, where we’re in very high standing when it comes to construction in our construction process. So that’s that’s something that we talked to her buyers about. We kind of walk them through. We set good communication standards. But more than anything, it’s where they pick out their colors, their style, their design, their if they want farmhouse contemporary, traditional. I mean, you know, like everything from A to Z, this is where we go through that. This is where we get that structure. This is where we have that set in stone and that mindset in place here as well. So that’s again, very fun process that I love getting the chance to walk buyers through. It’s so easy to do and it. It is a step that it is not something that you’re required to sign at the end of, it’s not something that you do after you sign it, something that you do before. Just make sure that we are being as transparent as possible.

We’re getting you the information as best as we know how. So that way you feel as the buyer, you feel protected and you have a good understanding of what’s coming next and how exactly that works to just benefit you as a whole in the in the structure and in the process. But it’s really fun whether you’re looking at New Homes In Edmond in new home construction or new construction homes and then a structure, an appraisal is really there more than anything to walk you through what’s going on and have a good expectation, a good standard for our process and our standard of what we do for our homes as well.
