New Homes In Edmond | Are You Wanting Something New?
Did you know that when you come to your homes, one of our very first steps to getting you the right information is we want to get to know about you. We always really love getting the chance to meet our buyers and understanding why they need what they need new homes in Edmond. It’s a really big benefit that we see is really important to do so more than anything. Our very first step. I know my first step whenever I get the chance to meet some wonderful people is I really try to get down and ask why they need what they need, what they’re looking for or what price point. Why that price point and you know how they came to a certain conclusion of a certain number or a certain size at home. Because really, more than anything, I’ve had so many people come in saying that they liked one thing and they expected to get this one house in the certain home worked best for them in their family. You know, they that’s so they absolutely believed was going to be best and come to find out. We did a tour and walked through some homes and then maybe, maybe showed him a couple different options that varied a little bit and what they were looking for, but it fit perfectly what they were needing.
So it was a it was a wonderful opportunity that really we got the chance to. Obviously, I asked questions and made an effort to see what exactly they needed and why they needed it. And then from there, I got the chance to kind of expand on that. Ask more pointed, detailed questions regarding whether they’re looking at like new homes in Edmond new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in OKC, all these areas that we’re we’re very actively building in because from there that I can really provide the benefit of having, you know, pretty much some limited knowledge about our homes and just meaning, excuse me, meaning like the floor plan options and the floor plan opportunities and different stuff like that. There’s so many options and there’s so many opportunities and things to pick from that I really try to excuse me, make sure that I’m going above and beyond with my my selections and making sure that I’m showing my buyers more than what they bargained for, more than what they expected they were ever going to get. By doing that, that I’m able to show consistency and more than anything, just being able to go above and beyond what expectations people have in regards to our process or what they’ve seen or what’s to be expected. Other stuff like that. So that’s something that I weigh very heavily on. I want to make sure that I’m doing the best that I can to provide incentives and provide opportunities that buyers just may not have expected. I think that’s a big thing is people expect certain things sometimes when you know, they’ve only heard one way or they’ve only seen things done one way. So my goal is to take that expectation and make sure that I’m competing well with it to be able to say, Hey, this is your expectation, this is how she does it. So this is how I’m going to work and benefit you guys and do this for you or do that for you and other things that follow along alongside that process. Because whenever that expectation is set, that better expectation, that better understanding moving forward has been set them overall, all the options and all the opportunities that we have to offer, we consistently and continuously get the chance to exceed those expectations and exceed that understanding of what’s to come and options moving forward in different stuff like that. So that’s a big factor. But one thing I know when getting the chance to get to know a buyer, get to know a client, they they had a very valid question of what makes Shaw stand apart from, you know, this builder, that builder, other builders and that they’ve seen in the market these days or that they’ve gotten the opportunity to get to know. And I basically was like, You know what? Let me tell you a story. So here’s some insight and information about Shaw Homes from my point of view, because I feel like everybody can. They can go into great detail on, you know, I chose Shaw because they have the best price or I like shock because they build the best home. I like this. And I mean, while all of that is very true, I really love to boil options down and boil reminders and opportunities for buyers down to showing off and reminding them the people behind it. Because I think people forget that we’re not just a builder, we’re people or a company filled with good, hardworking people that really want to do everything that we can to benefit every buyer that comes through. So basically, with that being said, the goal overall more than anything is that I’ve seen when working with Shaw, we want to do everything that we can to go above and beyond with the process that we understand when working with our buyers to set the right expectation. The best to understand. For what’s to come and what’s expected moving forward. And then from there, we get to build some really amazing, beautiful homes while we’re walking through the process with our buyers.
So while we get the chance to do that, while we get the chance to exceed expectations more than anything, then I get the chance to talk to buyers about what I feel about our homes and why I think show homes is the best. And it’s really the story of how I got the chance to come to show homes. So with Shar and a couple of years ago, I got the chance to hear about this company. I’d never built a home, but I had heard about it through, you know, friends and family that have built homes. I have friends and family that are still in their home after 15, maybe 20 years and their home. They’ve never had any problems with it. They’ve never had to worry about if you know, their structure was going to collapse, if they were going to have structure problems or roofing problems or this and not problems over a long period of time. They’re never having to have that worry. That may coincide with some stuff like that. Some, you know, just things that you walk through with different buyers. And that’s not something that our buyers have to worry about. We build one of the best homes because, like I said, I have friends, I have family that they’ve built and they’re still in their home. They’re still with their shore home that they were originally that they originally built, you know, decades ago now. I mean, we’re literally, quite literally in some situations looking at decades. So it’s quite amazing to see that effect that shore house, whether you’re building a new homes in Edmond, new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in OKC and Edmond, these areas that we’re building in. I mean, one of the great things is just how we get to impact the the building, the industry, the community. And that’s something that I really love. Getting the chance to talk about is the community, because it’s the people, it’s the people that we get to work with. It’s the people that we’re communicating and connecting with on a daily basis. So I get to I get the chance to talk about the people. And then also, it’s not just kind of like I said, I mean, we’re not just a homebuilder, we’re people as well or people that really try and strive to do everything that we can to benefit every buyer involved and to benefit every person involved in the process. So that way, excuse me, we can see just exactly how Shaw works and buyers can see exactly what we do to really try to benefit them and how that works in regards to their process as a whole.
Because I get the chance every day to really fight for some, some of my buyers to make sure that I’m setting the best expectation. I’m talking them through certain options, I’m talking them through certain processes. So that way they get the best information and they get the best insight into what can be done for them and what can be done for their process and their their opportunities as a whole. Because there’s so much that goes into this. There’s so much that can be done for each and every buyer. And if they don’t see that we really strive to do everything that we can to show options and give them the best new homes in Edmond service available then. I mean, for us as a whole, for me as a whole, that’s something that I really strive to go up consistently and constantly above and beyond with with my process, with Shaw’s process, with the structure that we have in place in the structure that we really hold in high regard.
So again, that’s very important to us. So it’s very important to our our structure, our process, our understanding of the building because we’ve gotten the chance it is 50000 times and that’s a fun joke. I love getting the chance to tell. I mean, we quite literally have done this a few thousand times and we’ve walked buyers through the process so many times, and we’re still one of the best builders are still one of the highest rated builders.
