When you come to your homes, you’re going to get the opportunity to have something be top experience and the best interaction with some of the most amazing people that we offer a service for. Can we get the chance to work with some really wonderful people and we love working with realtors as well? It’s a really important factor that we try to make sure that we’re waiting on all of our buyers to make sure that they understand that our goal in the long run here at Shire is to work alongside you, your representatives and whoever may be bringing you to shop homes. That’s the thing that I think a lot of people don’t realize when it comes to new construction and new home opportunities is us here at Chaubey. We’re really trying to work and we really work to benefit every, every person involved. And we also really want to make sure that if somebody brings you to your homes, if somebody tells you about your home, if somebody represents Shaw homes, we really strive to make sure that they are being taken care of and we we want to take care of you. So for example, if you’re a realtor and you have some buyers that are looking at building or purchasing with showrooms, we want to make sure that you, as the realtor, are being taken care of. If you bring them to us here at Shore, it’s really important to me to feel like a lot of builders, especially nowadays they make an effort to cut realtors out of deal, and that is not something that we’re wanting to do at all. We really value and understand the benefit of working alongside realtors in this industry, and we really want to make sure that we are going above and beyond for our realtors in every step of the way. Basically, whether you’re looking at new homes and even new homes in Edmond, new home construction and OKC, all these different areas, we’re really involved in the process and we’re really involved in the business and that’s something that we absolutely love being able to do. And there’s a lot that goes into the process of a lot that goes into the structure that we have. But that’s something that I really strive as a representative of Shah to go above and beyond with. That’s just something I keep in mind in regards to my buyers and in regards to their process as a whole, because everybody’s is going to have a different structure, everybody’s going to have a different idea and a different understanding to what comes next when it comes to.
Different stuff like that. But I love being able to connect with some wonderful people. And I also want to make sure that I’m benefiting my realtors as a whole when it comes to the process. That’s something that’s really important to me, and that’s something that’s really important to my structure and my business. I really like connecting with my realtors. I really want to make sure that that I’m staying in contact with them and that they understand that no matter what, my goal is going to be to benefit them as a whole, and it’s going to be to make sure that they’re protected and they’re taking care of as a representative and as a representative of their client. More than anything, I should say. But again, more than anything, our realtors and big goal for us here at whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmond and I’ve been in construction of the new construction homes in OKC. Our goal overall is really to make sure that we’re representing a buyer as well, representing the realtors just as well, if not better, to make sure that they feel comfortable working with us in the future. That’s something that’s really important to us.
That’s a really important factor in our process as a whole, because the more that we protect our realtors, the more that we benefit our realtors as they walk their buyers through our finding these steps, the better that I can make sure they understand what’s to come. That’s something I highly value when it comes to our process, when it comes to the process as a whole. I love being able to communicate and connect well and make sure that no matter what my buyers are taking care of and more than anything when I do that, when I say it’s meaning taking care of, I really strive and make sure that I am walking our buyers through our process and. When it comes to your process, when it comes to the structure that we’ve got, it sharpens meaning basically. I want to make sure that I’m walking them through this. I mean steps now the five easy steps are pretty much the very first step are steps are very simple. When I break that down, basically, our steps are mainly there to make sure that our buyers understand what’s going on, what’s moving, what’s going to happen moving forward when they move forward with us here at Shore. And then another factor is just basically how I get the opportunity to show off what I can do for them and what that looks like as a whole. And basically our structure and our five easy steps, whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmond and then doing construction of fancy new construction homes in OKC, these areas that we’re very actively building in very much consist of. Walking through the middle, sometimes it’s our very first step. It’s called the model home to our goal overall in this process and in this step is to show off what we’ve got to offer and see how it fits with each and every buyer to make sure that they feel comfortable moving forward. They feel taken care of moving forward. Different stuff like that. That’s our goal. More than anything is to show off the the options that we have for them when it comes to our process and basically how that can be applied to their new construction process and figuring out how the floor plan and the function fits their family, whether they’re looking at three, four or five bedroom single storey or two storey one or two car garage or one or two. Excuse me, two or three car garage, two three four bathroom. I mean, we’ve got something for everyone. It’s a really fun process. I love being able to help my buyers and kind of explain and show off that she really strives to go above and beyond and everything that we do. We really want to make sure that we’re going above and beyond with our buyers and with our realtors as well, making sure that our realtors are connected and they feel comfortable moving forward with us. That’s something that, again, I love being able to do. It’s very important to me. It’s a very important structure that I have in mind with each and every one of my buyers. So that way they feel comfortable. They feel like they’re being taken care of. They feel that this structure as a whole is really made to represent and to benefit them as a whole. So that’s one thing I keep in mind. And then the very next step is one of the also one of the most important steps is the financing. So it tells whether they’ve. Gotten the financing, whether they excuse me, whether they. No, what role they play. They want what they want to stay around, why that is what they’re wanting to put down, what loan option they’re looking to do and all of the factors that go and coincide with that because there’s a lot that goes into it.
There’s a lot of structures and there’s a lot of loan programs. There’s a lot of interest rates. There’s a lot of factors that can really determine different structures of why people are able to get a certain loan amount for today and it may change tomorrow. So our goal overall is to. To communicate and to communicate properly, so that’s really important to us as a whole. And to me as a whole, that’s very important, especially when I’m working with my realtors. I want to make sure my realtors and their clients feel like they’re being protected when they come to us and they understand that they get the chance to meet the foreign officer that they’ve been working with. They get the chance to meet a certain person that they may be working with in the long term and more than anything more than that. So it’s really important for me more than anything going above and beyond in the structure that we’ve gotten, the opportunities that we have to make sure that our realtors feel like they’re being taken care of and their clients are being taken care of. But that’s our step number two, is the financial aspect of it. So then from there, step number three is picking up the land. So that’s when we get the chance to find the location of where people are wanting to build. We get the chance to find. They can pick up the land, like I said, they also get the chance to reserve it. If they like it, they can, and this can be applied whether people are looking at new homes in Edmond and new home construction and see new construction homes and admin at all the areas that were very actively building. And this is something that I love being able to show off to buyers.
You know, once they pick up their floor plan, they can get their options. They can figure out their financial status and what their purchasing power is, and then they have the opportunity to. Pick up their land, reserve it, they can block it from competing customers basically more than anything. And then step number four is one of my favorite parts of basically then getting the opportunity to pick other options. They get the chance to start detailing and designing their home. And that is such a fun process. I love getting the chance to walk buyers through because it’s so exciting. We’ve gotten to the point where we’ve pretty much narrowed down. There are options. We’ve narrowed down our opportunities that we can pick from. We’ve gotten the chance to start narrowing down how the house wants to be, how our buyers want to build the house on paper. Basically, it’s it’s where they get to start designing their home. It’s so fun. I love being able to help buyers who walk through the process they can get. We’re very transparent. We give them all of our pricing. We get the chance to go above and beyond more than anything in the structure and in this process. I mean, it’s something I love being able to do, no matter what they’re looking at, if they’re needing market ready or if they’re needing something from scratch. Because we’ve got options of both, we can show options of both for each and every buyer and each and every location. So that’s something that I really strive for, something that I really strive to go above and beyond with in this process and in this new construction area area. Excuse me, because I feel like a lot of buyers say they’re feeling sad, like they’re losing out on what’s on the market because they’re having to, you know, fight different bidders to having to fight for the home. When it comes to new construction, that’s not something you have to do. That’s something that whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmond, new construction homes and all these different areas that we’re very actively building, and it’s an honor to be able to go above and beyond the process with our buyers to make sure that they understand they’re not going to have to fight for their home. They get to pick out their home, how they want it, exactly how they like to design it.
