Whether you’ve heard of shore homes just recently is known us for a very long time. We’re a company that’s been here for almost 40 years. We’ve a company that’s been in this industry for almost 40, you know, for decades, and it’s quite an honor to be able to be a part of this industry and be able to impact this industry overall. But the reason why is one of the greatest companies and one of the greatest new home construction builders is is really just because of how we handle our buyers, how we handle our clients, how we handle our process because there is a lot that goes into it. And for us as a whole, we want to make sure that we’re communicating well, connecting well and getting the chance to see exactly what we can offer our buyers and learning from it as well. Because we do have a process, we’ve got a very, very good process and structure, a very good process in mind that we benefit people with we walk buyers through so they get a better understanding and an idea of what’s to be expected for their new construction process and just why we do what we do. I think that’s really important to to mention and make sure that people are keeping that in mind because we do things a certain way and there’s a reason why we do things a certain way. I think that’s very important for for buyers to understand and to to have a good representative of, especially when it comes to our homes and when it comes to new home construction with our homes and alongside shore, there’s there’s a lot that goes into it and there’s a lot that we do and there’s a lot to our structure that we keep in mind just to make sure our buyers are their needs are being met, their wants and desires are being heard and. Excuse me, other factors like that, there’s a lot of factors that come into play with our process and with our new construction process. So really what we do and really what our goal is throughout process, throughout the construction is communication.

We try to do the best communication that we can and setting a good understanding for what’s to come and what that process looks like and what that that structure looks like as a whole. Because everybody structures different, everybody’s process may seem different. You know, obviously our goal as a whole is to just communicate well. And I know for me, especially as a as a representative of Shore Homes, I want to do the best that I can to communicate to the best of my ability because I feel like a lot of my buyers trust me more. They trust our process a little bit more when they see that we’re here to excuse me and communicate well and set a good understanding for what the structure and the processes wish for. And you know why we do certain things, why we do things the way that we do. So that way, that way we’re able to up the the trust level, I think is a very good understanding and a very good structure is to up the reason why we do things a certain way and the reason why we have a certain structure and the reason why we process things a certain way. Because then I mean, more than anything, it’s a it’s a great understanding that we provide to our buyers and to our those that are looking at new construction and new home, new home construction options and new home construction opportunities because there’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a lot that we have have to offer, and there’s a lot in regards to structure that we have as well. There’s there’s a lot that we do and there’s a lot that we really work towards when it comes to the new construction process. That is very important to us, and it’s very important to our process and our methodology that we have. We have this structure. So that way buyers feel protected. They feel like they’re being taken care of. And also, there’s no open ended questions because I feel like if we don’t go through the process and walk through that structure with our buyers, then they they just don’t know what’s happening next. And most of the time when they don’t know what’s happening next, there’s just the lack of the communication and there’s a lack of understanding. And that’s that’s far from the truth. That’s not what we want at all to happen. We want there to be the best communication and the best understanding for what’s to come and what’s what’s expected moving forward from here. That’s just something that I love getting the chance to keep in mind and make sure my buyers understand and they know what’s coming and why things are a certain way and why we do things a certain way. Just when we’re when we get the chance to do that, when I get the chance to set that expectation, well, then I’m really getting the chance to win as a whole.
