It’s not the chance to go over the process that she has for buyers. So we’ll start with the simple questions that allow us to chunk our decision categories and move on from there. So basically, we offer people like picking out whether they won’t pay any cabinets or steam cabinets. They can do that for their main cabinets or their. Filing cabinets and they can do 30 or 40 inch cabinets, they can pick up their crown molding that comes included. They’ll get to pick up their cabinet style. And this is also in our Manchester price. Those, erm, you just your price out. It’s going to be a little more budget focused, more budget friendly. We really make sure that we focus on what buyers can afford, and that monthly payment is what we’re really focused on for buyers making sure that they feel comfortable within that and they’re happy with their decisions that they’ve made in their home and in that opportunity in their home. So that’s something that we like to keep in mind for that price point. But then moving on, they get to pick their countertops, you know, the sickness that they like or get to pick up their flooring, whether they want carpet to their house, they won’t house their house, they won’t tile in certain rooms. It will hardwood in certain rooms or engineered and pre finish word like there’s so many different options that buyers get the chance to pick from. So that’s something that we make sure that we go over. This is a look at. New Amsterdam, new homes in Edmond, new construction homes in OKC. All these different areas that we’re building in. But then they get to backsplash, they can pick out their appliances. They can, you know, like an example. You can exhaustive into the exterior of the home. You start picking out your plumbing fixtures to the house, like your kitchen, your bathroom, your sinks and showers, your tubs. Different stuff like that. You’re getting the chance to forget your plumbing fixtures. We’ve got so many different options of like your sinks these new overnight or undermine. You can do stainless steel. You can have a composite for stuff like that and pick out your colors. You’ll get paint colors to the house that you could pick out. Excuse me. There’s about five different ways that you can build up your master bathroom as well as we go for each of those, whether people are wanting fiberglass inserts, tub and shower combos, separate tubs and showers, five foot showers, towels, showers, insert showers, seats, different stuff like that. So there’s a lot of different options that we really try to go for it with our buyers. And then they get to pick out an enclosure and different colors. So like if people want darker black fixtures for their house, they just pick out gold, oil or bronze. They can do that for their plumbing fixtures and for their glass enclosure. And then on top of that, they’ll get to pick out their cabinets and their vanity, their vanity color. They’ll pick out there if they want head knockers or not. They got out their countertops in their bathroom, whether they want what’s included or they can add like a granite or quartz. They can do a single sink or a double sink for hardware. They could figure out like your ear and. Towering your paper towel holder, your. They cooks for your towels and then a towel bar, so stuff like that. And you could have the master bathroom in the second bathroom in their bathroom, they can all match and they cannot be the same, or you can have it to where it’s two different colors and options. It’s really up to you, whether you’re looking at. Choosing new homes and new home construction in OKC. All of these different areas that we can move on, then to the laundry room, picking out a cabinet in your laundry room if you like, you can make the connection electric gas and electric or gas and electric. You can change your life pictures, you’ve got a couple of different packages you can pick from the new ways you get to pick.
Obviously, you’ll have to like included in certain areas and you can add it in others you have under cabinet lighting that you can earn in your master. You can add a big ceiling fan and recessed lights. You can add ceiling fans to all the bedrooms lighting fixtures you can add, like recessed lights in your bathroom, over your tub, over your shower, over both in the great room, you’ll have a big fan. You can add recessed lights, you can add a floor receptacle, you can add an HDMI pole tube, which is a way to mount your TV and hide the cords. You can have window headers, you can add door headers, you can add blinds. You can change your doorknobs to knobs, to handles if you like.
You can choose the exterior door knob so you can do deadbolts or no stent handles. You get an option, a door style through your front door and your back door and your interior door. You can add cabinet hardware if you’d like. You get to choose your toilet style, whether you want the included or elongated or 8ay. You could add a fireplace. We get the chance to go over your exterior and how you can make that your own and how you can customize it with brick or obviously siding paint colors when no colors if you want to add a third car garage, if you want to extend your garage, if you want to add a half car garage. That’s an option, too. You can do two or four foot extensions. You can add a garage door opener. You can add a garage entry door.
We go over the colors. You can add sprinklers in certain homes. You’ll get a metal roof. You can add fencing if you like, you can on a gate. You can see how far back you want it. You can figure out how much fencing is already there for your neighborhood and what covenants and specific areas require certain searching for your gutters. You can add full gutters from the back. You can extend the patio concrete and basically also if you do a video testimony, you can get free upgrades in your home. So the cool thing is we’ve got so many new homes in Edmond options for our customers to pick from.
