Shaw Holmes is one of the biggest New Homes In Edmond builders here in Oklahoma, and we’ve been one of the biggest builders for so many years. We’ve got some amazing opportunities and amazing incentives that really work to benefit every fire that we work with. And more than anything, this this mindset, this guideline that we have has been created. It’s been designed to walk buyers through the process, but also it’s it’s been designed to help get them the most updated, most correct information regarding their home and their process and their structure and survey the different new home process. People looking at different areas for improvement, you know, construction and new construction. And I think the new construction homes in Oklahoma, just like, for example, just I mean, those are different areas that we’re we’re very actively building in those different areas that we’re very consistently trying to make some good changes and trying to make them have some good opportunities for buyers.
So basically, what we’re able to do for them and how that applies to them, what that looks like with that process sounds like the structure is and as we walk through that, as we guide them along in our process and guide them along and really what we can do for them, because that’s really what it boils down to. It’s our process and what we’re able to do for the buyers to to benefit them, to work with them, to have a good New Homes In Edmond structure, to build a great working relationship and to be a builder that goes above and beyond in their process and in their new home opportunities. That’s the mindset that we we have and we try to stay consistent with 99 percent of the time we do, and we really just talk to buyers and figure out what their needs are.
You know, why they’re needing certain things and how exactly they’re that processing applies to really benefit them. More than anything, I feel like this is a great way to just talk about this is our goal is to benefit that that’s the biggest thing. We’re here to benefit virus for here to talk to them about their process, and we’re here to benefit their process. So for us here at home, it’s very important for us. It’s very important for our structure and our our process and our mindset is just consistently continuously going above and beyond and all that we do and all the options that we have and just how that that looks in regards to different buyers in homes, you know, construction process, whether they’re looking at me homes, you know, in construction or see new construction homes in everything as well as new home construction and Tulsa. So all of the consistencies, all the things that we do on a daily basis just to try to go above and beyond is really important to us. It’s a process that we take very seriously and we want to do what we can to always go above and beyond for each and every one of our buyers, for their process, for their structure, so that they feel protected and they feel like they’re being taken care of. And that’s a really cool thing as we offer so many different options and so many different opportunities for all of our past and so many different locations. Because again, we got different options, we got different locations, we’ve got different amenities, we’ve got different new home opportunities. So for us here at our New Homes In Edmond, our mindset and our goal doesn’t matter where you’re looking, we’re going to try to go above and beyond. We’re going to try to communicate to the best of our ability. We’re going to try to show you as many options as we can and make sure that we’re connecting with you and staying consistent with the amenities that we’re showing you and the opportunities that we’re getting to you. Different stuff like that. I think it’s very important to keep in mind what we have construction processes and new amenities and new home opportunities because in different locations, they can be different in different areas, they can be different as well. Different new home opportunities. Different commonalities. Different areas have different applications for their amenities and look like certain neighborhoods to have walking trails. Certain neighborhoods will have, excuse me, they’re going to have. Pools and parks and ponds and other stuff that kind of match the very similarly to the options that work, you know, you’re talking about, there’s a fire with someone who’s interested in who’s looking for. That’s something very consistently that I want to make sure that I’m communicating well and I’m going above and beyond with setting a good explanation for me and basically showing what what I can do for satire and what market they’re looking at, no matter what amenity they’re meeting, no matter what new home opportunity they want. There’s a lot that goes into it, so there’s a lot that I want to try to go over and set a good explanation of an expectation of as well so they can feel like their needs are being met. They can feel like their wants and desires are being heard. And also, I think that’s a need and a want that a lot of companies have.
They have their structure in their process and their understanding for what they can get in their new home amenity and home opportunities. So what I try to do on a very consistent basis is just to first do that, walk them through what that looks like, why we do what we do, set a good explanation and a good understanding of what’s to come and how that applies to them and how it applies to their new home process. So that way, they can feel like they’re being protected. They can feel like their New Homes In Edmond needs are being met and their wants are being heard. Different stuff like that because I feel like when buyers feel like this and they feel like this is something they trust too much more they want, they’re more willing to work with you. They’re more open to hearing what we’re able to do for you and hearing what our structure and our processes and why we have and do things a certain way. Because there’s a structure, there’s a structure for a reason, there’s a structure for a specific reason. And so for us, we want to make sure that we’re consistently covering that reason. And basically what our goal is as a whole is, more than anything, getting a chance to connect with people and communicate expectations and good understandings of what’s to come and why things are a certain way and understanding how we can. We can consistently communicate that and showing off what can be done for them and why their process is the way that it is and how exactly we’re going above and beyond in their in their process and setting higher standards and better expectations.
Because that’s a very, very important thing to us here at Shaw Homes and here and that involved in new home construction and new home amenities and new home opportunities. And again, more than anything, it’s to benefit that the goal and the mindset is to walk buyers through our process to guide them along that alongside us to show what can be done for them in their new home process, in their new home construction, amenities and you know, so many different factors. So there’s there’s structures, there’s processes, but more than anything for us to achieve our goal. Our goal here are process and through our structures is to communicate and communicate it well.
Sure that they get a good understanding. I mean, all of it more than anything, just it throws back to consistency. Is that proper communication and that in the 70s, when everybody’s on the same page, everybody understands the process and the structure really well, and there’s more room for misunderstanding or communication. And with this challenge, that’s having to go to the whole point, the whole concept and desire of our structure is to communicate, communicate well, have a better understanding of why we do what we do, how that applies to buyers help. I think more than anything less important in how it protects them and how it makes sure that they are taking care of their needs are being met, their wants and desires are being heard and they feel safe walking through what they feel and.
