Our goal, more than anything, is to make sure that we’re going above and beyond and everything that we do for each and every buyer that we connect with. It’s a really important part of our process that really boils down to proper communication. Because I know that I do that on a very consistent basis basis for what happy buyers are left. And that’s my goal overall and make sure that my buyers are happy people. They understand the process well, they feel comfortable with it as well, and consistently they want to come back to work. So that’s been one of my favorite parts of our steps as a whole is hearing the stories of people who have come back they’ve built with us in the past. They’ve gotten the chance to experience our process in the past, and now they’re getting the chance to come back in the future as well. It’s so fun getting the chance to do that and hear those wonderful New Homes In Edmond stories from wonderful people and having that consistent structure that they know and they understand and as a whole as well. And the more that I communicate that and have that structure set up, the better buyers feel, the better. And they understand the more that they want to move forward with, even the more that they want to work with you. And so for me here, extra homes is something I want to do on a very regular basis and be very consistent with it with each and every buyer that I work with. So it’s quite an amazing structure. It’s quite an amazing process that we’ve got here at Shankly’s and more beyond belief for us to be a part of it and be involved in this structure and in this process as a whole. Because the more that I do that, the more I communicate above and beyond and the better standards that I set for each and every one of my buyers. I feel like the better that I do as a representative of shop, and that’s my goal. More than anything, I want to do. The best that I can to do is to set a good example for my buyers have a good structure for them. So that way they know as soon as they walk through the door they have a they know me and they know what I’m going to do to benefit them and they know what I’m going to do to help them. And that’s very important to me that that structure, that understanding the ideology of I know as soon as I walk through the door, I’m going to be help. There’s going to be someone there to help me because that’s how it was before, whether they’re looking at every new home construction or see new construction homes and new home construction just in Oklahoma in general. That’s what we’re here for. That’s what we strive to do. We strive to go above and beyond with and in every step of our process and every step step of our new communities and new home opportunities. Is every is different. That’s something that’s obviously very consistent in a lot of our viewers know, everybody’s different. Every builder structure is different as well. Every builder has a different understanding of what they can do for you and just how different things can apply to you as well. And for us, we want to make sure that we’re very consistently going above and beyond and saying that good structure and that good understanding for you as a buyer. So that way you’re able to see just exactly how everything works in this industry and you’re able to see exactly how your home’s going to be done in the different things that apply in that sense as well. So it’s fun being able to connect with some wonderful buyers and wonderful people to make sure that they have a better understanding of their homes and their new home communities and even opportunities. Because there’s a lot because that’s available in different neighborhoods that we’ve gotten past and we’ve gotten the chance to talk about just how it applies to different buyers and how new home opportunities are different per person. Very true. It really is. There’s new opportunities in different areas. There’s new home selections in different neighborhoods and different stuff like that. So there’s a lot that can apply in different areas. So for us, especially myself, my uncle, more than anything, is to communicate that I want to make sure that my my understanding of new construction is as toxic that New Homes In Edmond opportunity for each and every one of my buyers that I’m getting the chance to connect with. And the more that we’re doing that in a very regular basis, I feel, the more that we’re consistent in our communication and our understanding of the new construction options for each and every one of our buyers.
The more that we we get, then get the chance to connect well, communicate well, have a good understanding and a good structure. And for every bar that we’re communicating with and it makes them feel protected, it makes them feel like their needs are being met in this process and that as we walk them through the five easy steps and five easy steps are quite literally as easy as they found. They’re the easy steps are there to meet the needs of the buyer and help help them get a better understanding of what’s to come and probably directly restructure a process and why restructure structure process the way that we do. Because there is a there’s a method to the madness I like. So I mean, there’s always an understanding of why we’re doing things a certain way and how it affects buyers because every single thing that we do, it does affect buyers. So we want to make sure that we’re very consistently communicating with our buyers. So that way they see, Oh, this is how this applies to me. This is how this understanding will be as well. So that way they can see, Oh, OK, so this is how different things. Will apply to my structure in my new home process.
