Whether you’re new to your homes or you’ve known offshore homes for many of years, we’ve got an amazing structure that really works to benefit every person involved that we’ve gotten the chance to meet. We’ve got a really cool process and a really cool structure that has been designed over the last almost 40 years, almost four decades. And this applies to whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmen, new home construction in OKC, new construction homes in Edmond and all of those different areas that we’re very actively building in. That also includes our Tulsa market, our Oklahoma City market, our Owosso Broken Arrow, Bixby Jinx South Tulsa, Edmond Piedmont and a bunch of different locations. It’s really cool to be able to offer all of these communities, all these homes and locations for a ton of different buyers. It’s absolutely so much fun to be able to let them know and kind of get the the information out there to our buyers to tell them basically what we can do for them. That’s something that I love keeping in mind, and I love communicating well with my buyers and setting the best expectation for their process and for the New Homes In Edmond construction, amenities and new home construction opportunities that they can get with our homes.

The more that we do that, and the more that we communicate and the better that we communicate, the better that our buyers have an understanding of what our homes is, our process that coincides with it. However, our each and every buyer has a different understanding and maybe a different process that they get the chance to walk through as they get insight and information into their homes. But again, more than anything, the more that we get the chance to connect and communicate with new buyers and new and wonderful people, we then get the chance to get the word out about our homes, walk buyers through our process, get them insight and information into our process. I love the structure that we have and making sure that I’m providing that insight and information into for my buyers and for their new home. It’s super fun. So it makes it makes it really enjoyable, makes our process really enjoyable and very fun as we walk buyers through it and as we communicate well and connect with them really well. However, you know, you may you as a family or your family or your kids, whatever it may be, they each have different insight and they have different. Excuse me, needs for their home, for their room, for their layout, whatever that may be, everybody’s got something different that they need. So basically my goal and our goal at this time is to communicate well, to communicate properly, set a good expectation for what’s to come, especially alongside new home construction in admin, new homes and new homes and new homes with shops. So that’s really our very first step in our very first goal alongside shore homes is the floor plan and the layout and the function. And then at this time, we really get the chance to get to know you better. It’s such a fun process when we get to work with some amazing people that some amazing buyers to see how they’re doing, get a good insight into their New Homes In Edmond process and their structure and new home amenities and new home opportunities. There’s a lot that we, we really strive to do, and when I say that just meaning going above and beyond for our buyers and for me, the more that I get to know, the more that I get to, to listen to what you’re needing and hear exactly what is needed for the structure and for the process, then I’m getting the chance to hear your objections and I’m getting the chance to meet your needs much better than anywhere else. I mean, that’s more than anything. I feel like that’s one of our biggest goals. We want to get to know you. Different stuff like that. So that’s something that I really strive to go above and beyond with and connecting with my buyers and communicating well with my buyers to make sure that they have all the insight and they have all the information into what goes into their home again, whether they’re looking at new homes and I’m in new home construction, OKC, new construction homes that I’ve been in, all the different areas that we’re building in or very active. And so stuff like that is something that’s very important to us and very important for us here at Shore. We want to make sure that we’re doing the best that we can to communicate well. We’re doing the best that we can to walk more buyers the process. And more than anything, it just started that tour. The very first step that we’ve got is

So the more that we communicate, the more that we set that better expectation, the better that we do here at shore and especially myself as a representative. But more than anything, that’s the one thing that I absolutely love about the homes and our process and our structure as a whole. Our focus, our goal, our guidelines is to make sure that we do our best throughout the entire process just with communication and great structure. The more that we do that, the better that we do that, the more that we get the chance to show off to our buyers what we’re getting the chance to do for them and how exactly that applies to them.
