When you come and connect with us here at Show Homes for our very first call when working with you and when getting your information is we’re going to make sure to give you a breakdown of our process and go for the opportunities that you have alongside us here at home. We’ve got a really cool structure. We’ve got a really great and wonderful setup process that we get the chance to talk to our New Homes In Edmond buyers about and kind of set a good expectation of whenever they work with us and just moving forward because every buyer’s different, their process is going to be different as well. But the cool thing is their structure really will remain the same. That’s an important process for us and just kind of making sure that we get the chance to communicate well and going over the different options, different opportunities that each and every buyer has when they work with their homes and when they gain a certain information from us. We’ve got a really cool process. It’s very simplified. It’s been tried, tested and true over the years, and that’s something that I absolutely love about our homes. It’s just the process. It’s remained the same, the structure and the communication, the opportunities.

They’ve all remain the same over the years. So for us, it’s quite an amazing opportunity to be able to offer it to our buyers to show them a better structure and a better process with us as a builder. And again, this can be applied to new homes and new home construction as we see new construction homes and open new home opportunities in general and in our Tulsa marketing or Oklahoma City market in our Edmond market. Different stuff like that. So that’s something that I love getting the chance to offer and kind of incentivized to my buyers and for my buyers. So that way, they can see and get some better insight and New Homes In Edmond information into different opportunities in all these different locations that we’re we’re building in. We’re very active in and we get our buyer’s information. So it’s really fun for us to be able to offer and incentivize some really cool opportunities that go over what a lot of it has to offer for either the new construction process with each and every buyer that you know different people are working with and different buyers get the opportunity to work alongside. So for us, I mean, it’s super important. It’s very, very cool, a very wonderful structure and a very wonderful process that we have here at shop to incentivize and offer to nice everyone’s every person’s process, everybody’s structure that they have what that looks like as a whole. And there are new construction process in their new home opportunities and new home amenities, different stuff like that. So that as far as something, I just love getting the chance to offer to my buyers and kind of say, Hey, this is what we can do for you.

But more than anything, what I do within that direction, within that process, as we do, it’s called the five easy steps. So within that and this and this, these new home opportunities that we have, it’s been designed to walk them through and get them the right information at the right time. Because I think something that’s very important is that we go over with a lot of different buyers is just that basically for us, I mean, we don’t we don’t want to give too much information to a lot of our buyers because then they feel like overwhelmed. And, you know, they may be given so much information all at once. And for them, as they walk through their process and as they walk through the process with us, they sometimes can get overwhelmed and receive almost, you know, just too much information as they walk with us. And it can get really overwhelming enough. Not not at all something we want to do. We want to make sure that we keep our communication open and our new home processes are open as well as it’s extremely important for us and that process that we have as a whole is something that I love getting the chance to go over and make sure that I’m communicating and setting a good expectation or the standard of for the new home process, the new home amenities and new home opportunities with my buyers and with their process as well. Just the more, the more that I’m able to do that, the better I’m able to do that. And no matter where they’re looking at new homes and construction of this new construction New Homes In Edmond homes. I mean, all these different locations that we’re very actively building in, the better that I do what I can do, the better process that I offer and the better opportunities that I have for my buyers. It makes the process just much more enjoyable. So for us here at show, I mean, whether they’re looking at new homes and urban home construction, if you see new construction homes and we go over all of that, we we give them a breakdown. We give them some opportunities to ask questions. But with all that being said, the structure that we have is to guide them along the new construction process. So they have a good understanding of what’s to come and how that applies to them. So with that being said, and kind of with that in mind. So all of these are options that we walk through. So when I speak about that, when I get the chance to kind of go over the new home opportunities that we offer, more than anything, this covers just really covers what we have to offer to break it down for our buyers so that they’re not too overwhelmed in their process when they walk alongside with us and when they’re getting information from us and going over that new home opportunity with us as well. So when we’re going over this or we connect with our buyers, when we communicate with them properly, we’re setting really good expectations for setting a really good understanding of what’s to come and just how that applies to different buyers as well, because that’s something that goes into our process. That’s something that we talk about with our buyers on a very regular basis and a very consistent basis as well. I just love making sure that I’m communicating to the best of my ability. I’m getting my buyers the proper information. So that way, they they just they feel like they’re being taken care of. They feel like their process is being protected. They have a good understanding that we are here to go over those options, make sure that those opportunities are met. And then within each option that we have, whether you’re looking at now, I’m so Mad Men home construction or see all of these, these standards apply the same. And the structure is the same as well, so that’s something I love getting the chance to communicate to my buyers and say, Hey, this is doesn’t matter what market you’re looking at, our process remains the same. Our structure remains the same as well.

Our intent in that and our goal within that structure that we have is to also make sure that no matter who we’re talking to, no matter what new home construction New Homes In Edmond process we go over, these opportunities are met. But again, more than anything, I mean, this process is so much fun for us. I love getting the chance to connect with my buyers and talk to them and go over some new, new opportunities with them. I love doing it, whether they’re looking at new homes, and that meant new home construction, OKC, new construction homes in Edmond and other things like that that just coincide with the new home options that we’re offering in the new home opportunities that we get the chance to go over.

So again, whether whether they’re looking at no matter what market they look at, our first step is going over the five easy steps and the first step is really fun. We get the chance to meet with buyers and we get to go over new home opportunities and walk them through different floor plans. More than anything, this stuff is just designed to show off what options and different functionalities that we have in our floor plans, and we certainly have some of the best floor plans here in Tulsa. And you’re in Oklahoma City and both of these markets that we build into this very first step, honestly, is the most fun steps. I love getting the chance to work. My first four different New Homes In Edmond show them different opportunities that we have that we’re able to offer for them. It’s it’s a really fun process. I absolutely love getting the chance to do this for each and every one of my buyers. But more than anything, this is the very first step in our process. This is the very first stage in the new construction process if you’re looking at it, if you’re just trying to figure out what to do, if you’re trying to figure out which one works for you. So more than anything, this very first step is just as designed and created to.

Excuse me more than anything to guide the buyer along and kind of start figuring out what floor plan works for them, what you know, home works for them, what options work for them as well. It’s a lot of really cool options and opportunities that we have to offer that I just I love getting the chance to show off to my buyers and kind of setting a good expectation of like, Hey, this is what we can do for you. This is how this process will work and different stuff like that, because there’s a lot that goes into the new construction process, though this very first step is just a great way for us to get our buyers information. Walk us through the process with us. Get them the right insight into, you know, the new opportunities, new amenities, different things like that that coincide with our new construction process. And that’s really funny that it’s very easy to do that. I love getting the chance to go over options with buyers and making sure that they they know they have their needs heard, you know, their wants, desires for their needs, that different stuff like that that goes into it. So it’s really fun getting the chance to to do that, to offer this for my buyer to kind of show off what we can do for them and how different things apply for them as applied to them as well.
