Here at Shaw Homes, we have a really amazing process and a really amazing structure that we use as a guideline to any and all of our buyers through making sure that they get the right information, they get the right communication and they have a good understanding of what’s coming next as they walk through the Shaham process. We’ve got a lot of different amenities for a lot of different opportunities in many different areas and one of them being like, we’re building four new homes in Edmond, new construction homes and then construction of new homes in Edmond in general. Excuse me, but it’s really cool to be able to walk by our sales process and guide them through getting them information about. Because we’ve got a lot of information to give and we try to do what we can and go above and beyond in our process and gaining and setting information for each and every one of our buyers. When we do get the chance to do that, when we’re getting the chance to have a good communication, good expectation set, it really strives to create some really amazing working relationships with a lot of our different buyers. When we do get the chance to do that, when we get the chance to go above and beyond in their process and in communication as they walk through the process with us, then we can. We really get the chance to go above and beyond and communicate well, set good expectation and good understanding for what’s to come and how exactly that applies for each, every buyer alongside us here at homes. But more than anything, our structure is as desired. Whether you’re looking at new homes in Edmond and new home construction, or if you see your construction homes in Edmonton, excuse me to one to get an understanding of how exactly we communicate and how exactly that communication process has been structure. So that way we are consistently going above and beyond in our structure and in our process. And then when we do so, we then get the chance to connect with our buyers, gauge their understanding level of new construction because everybody has a different level of understanding when it comes to the new construction process.
Really, more than anything, our our goal, our desire as we walk buyers through our process is to show exactly what we can do for them because I feel like a lot of people that come through, they’ve never built a home before, they’re just not familiar with our process or even if they have dealt with this before, they’ve got a different understanding of what we do things now or how we do things now. I should say, because things have changed, we’ve updated our process. We’ve changed our process to really benefit every buyer involved. We’ve created new ways of the new construction opportunity and we’ve done so to really benefit every person involved. We’ve done so to provide better opportunities and also get a better breakdown of our process because I feel like the communication aspect for our buyers and making sure that they have a good understanding of what’s to come is very important. It’s a big part of our process, an extremely, extremely important part of our process that we really strive to talk about. We start to communicate with our buyer. We want to make sure that they’re getting a good understanding and feeling protected in their process and in their understanding of what’s to come and the new home amenities and different things like that. Because there’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a lot that goes into the new home, amenities and new opportunities.
So for us, connecting and communicating well is something that we, we strive to do on a very consistent basis. It’s extremely important for us to make sure that we are going above and beyond in our communication process, in our new home process. Different stuff like that because there’s a lot that goes into our new home construction amenity and new home construction opportunity. So when I’m getting the chance to excuse me, connect and communicate really, really well that I’m really striving to to go above and beyond for every buyer, every buyer of mind process and that communication and connection that we get, it is really important for us. It’s a part of our process. It’s a part of the structure that we have, and it’s something that we do on a very consistent basis. Or at least I find very important. I try to strive to do on a very consistent basis and making sure that I’m connecting well and communicating well and striving and going above and beyond for every buyer that I meet with every buyer that I get the chance to connect with and show off really what I can do for them and why that why that is and what exactly their process will look like, how that applies for them and moving forward. More than anything, because I feel like that’s a lot there’s a lot that goes into that. There’s a lot that goes into the new home process in the new home amenities. So that’s something that we do on a very consistent basis. We we strive to do on a very consistent basis and very regularly as well. So more than anything, I love getting the chance to talk to my buyers, communicate and connect with them to see exactly what they’re needing as they walk through the process. And then I was like, guide them, showing them new home amenities, new opportunities that they’re looking at, new home construction of OKC, new construction homes and Edmen new home construction. And then as well, there’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a lot of new homes in Edmond, there’s a lot of new home opportunities that we really strive to go above and beyond with as we walk buyers through their process and as we show off what we can do for them and how that applies to them and different things like that. So these areas that we’re building, we’ve got a lot of different options, a lot of different opportunities, a lot of different locations that we’re very active in as well. So really, more than anything, we’ve got a lot of a lot of different options for a lot of different people and lots of different areas. So that’s something that I love getting the chance to do that something I love getting the chance to. Exceed and meet and exceed expectations when it comes to different buyers in their understanding of our process of what we do for buyers as a whole, and because there’s a lot that goes into new construction. And for us, our goal more than anything is to make sure that they their needs are being met, their needs and wants and desires are being heard and met as well.
So that way, as they walk beside us, as they walk with us through the new homes in Edmond construction process and they feel protected, that’s very important to me. I want to make sure that my communication standard is extremely high and more than anything, our goals. There’s an understanding that of what’s to be expected, why we do certain things a certain way for new construction processes and new home amenities and new home opportunities alongside from, you know, basically with our process and our structure that we have in our goals that we have in mind for new home amenities and new home opportunities with shine alongside our homes. But basically that mindset that we have that goal that we have in mind as we walk through the process is more than anything to communicate well, to set good standards and good understandings of what’s to be, what’s to come and how that applies to buyers and how that applies to their process and their understanding of their process and their structure. And so that way they can they feel like their needs are being met, their wants and desires are being heard as well. So then I’m able to connect with them. But basically, we walk them through the process. We walk them through the new home amenities and new home opportunities for new construction. Whether they’re looking at new homes with new homes in construction with shore homes, new home amenities and all these areas again that we’re very active in, we are consistently building and we really strive to go above and beyond on a very constant basis, in a very consistent basis as well. So more than anything, when we were doing that, when we’re we’re setting that standard in that that understanding as a whole for new home processes and new home opportunities and new home amenities, then we as a whole are really doing a great job, striving and going above and beyond in our process and what exactly we’re able to do for our buyers and for their structure and their process and alongside our homes. So more than anything, when we have that standard, when we have that structure set in that new home amenity opportunity set up, then we as a whole are really then getting the chance to do better and have a better standard for buyers.
But when we were first there, it’s really the five steps is what we go over with our buyers and five easy steps and basically entails what’s to be expected. What’s coming? What we do now. What’s to be expected from here? What that looks like for their process and for each and every buyer’s process, because everybody’s going to have a different understanding, a different structure, different new home amenities and new home opportunities. So we guide them through that structure in that guideline and to make sure that they have a good understanding and they have a good idea of what’s to come, how that applies to them and what is expected from us at shot and whether they’re looking at new homes in Edman, new home construction in OKC, their construction homes and then all of those different structures basically in the process that coincides with it. But these steps have been designed, they’ve been tested, they’re tried. They’re true basically more than anything. And our goal as a whole is to make sure that are that we are processing things properly. We’re setting good expectations. We are communicating and connecting with our buyers.
So that way they feel they have the the better understanding of what’s to come, how that applies to them and how that applies to their process and different stuff like that. Just basically what’s expected, what’s to come and how that looks for buyers as a whole. And so that way, they have a good understanding of what’s coming in their process. So really, for us, it makes it makes our structure really enjoyable because then we are able to connect with buyers and they have a good understanding of what’s to come and they feel they know what’s expected. I feel like that’s a very big part of this process is the expectation that we have, the expectation that we want our buyers to have as they walk beside us and as they walk through our process with us. And the better expectation that we’re able to set better understanding, we’re able to set for our buyers, the better that I feel like I’m able to communicate from here. You know, this is what we’re going to do from here. This is what we want to do for our buyers. This is why we do things a certain way, and this is how exactly we’re able to have that structure and have that guidelines set in stone for buyers, for their process and for their new home amenity opportunities and different stuff like that for one side from.
