And there’s there’s a lot of a lot of information on what’s going on and just different stuff in our process. That’s something that I find very important. I think it’s very important to me in regards to our process in regards to the new home process that we have new home opportunities and new home amenities that we we walk buyers through as well. There’s just there’s a lot that goes into it.
There’s a lot that we want to make sure that we’re communicating well. And when I do that pretty efficiently, when I try to go above and beyond pretty efficiently, there’s a lot that I really I do my best to communicate with and make sure that I’m going above and beyond with that part said process. Because there’s a lot, there’s a lot that goes into this process. There’s a lot that we really need to make an effort on communicating with every buyer that we work with and making sure that they have a good understanding for what’s happening and how that applies to them and different, different things like that. Just there’s a lot, there’s a lot that goes into it. There’s a big part of our process that we want to make sure we’re going above and beyond with no matter what we do and no matter what, what structure we have. But the better I connect with my buyers, the more I show them what I can do for them and just what their process is and how exactly I’m able to make sure I’m setting the right standard and setting the right expectations for my buyer as well. It’s something that I absolutely love doing, I think is very important to me. And just being very consistent in everything that I do with each and every buyer’s mind as well, it’s something that is very important to me and very important to my process and to Shaw’s process as well, because we’ve got a really important structure, whether you’re looking at New Homes In Edmond construction, new construction homes and then. All of these areas that we’re we’re very actively building in, we’re very active and on a very regular basis. And so whenever I communicate that process well and more than anything as well as I can, I’m going to do everything that I can to very consistently go above and beyond.
But it’s quite fun. We I love getting the chance to show off my many different neighborhoods, very different areas and show off different opportunities for buyers as they walk along side with me, as they are gaining insight and information into their shore home and their new home and their new process as well. Because it is a process there’s there’s processes that we have and there’s information we really try to get to each and every one of our buyers. There’s a lot that we we make sure to communicate. There’s a lot that I want to make sure I’m going above and beyond with and for every one of my people. So communicating and connecting really well. It’s very easy, easy process and easy structure that I want to. I want to do everything that I can’t do and I want. I’m getting the chance to do that when I’m getting the chance to then go above and beyond in my structure and with every buyer that I’m working with, that makes it really. With all that being said, we’ve got a great structure here, like I’ve mentioned, but basically what I want to talk about when I get the chance to talk about a structure and a process. And with that being said, it’s basically. The understanding of the five easy steps now when I say five U.S., what I mean in that that structure and what I mean in the process with us here at Sha Sha Homes, it has a something called the five easy steps. Basically, this has been created and it’s been designed to really streamline the process that we have, and it’s made in order to kind of create a really cool structure to get by sharing information, whether they’re looking at New Homes In Edmond or new construction homes in these areas. Function as a whole is really important to us here and that we’ve just created such a gorgeous floor plans and such beautiful homes. But with that mindset in mind, kept in mind and basically our goal within this, this process and this structure and showing off what options that we have and the opportunities that we get more than anything that is also being able to to to show off just what we can do for buyers and when we get the chance to show those off. It’s just so fun. I love getting the chance to talk about different structures and different processes, different things like that. There’s a lot that goes into it.
