Oklahoma City new homes | Compare Our Differences

Oklahoma City new homes | Digging in

Hey, welcome to [inaudible] dot com. Thank you for digging in so you can find all the information to make the best decision for you and your family today. We’re talking about Oklahoma City new homes and what it looks like to find the right floor plan for you and your family, whether you are looking to grow as a family, adding some children or whatever it might be, where you’re looking to need more space for you and your family or whether you’re downsizing where you have a large home now and you need to find one that’s smaller so you can utilize all of the space in this home. We have floor plans for you. Um, we have floor plans starting at 1800 square feet all the way up to a little over 5,000 square feet. So a lot of different options for you, um, with shaw homes, for your Oklahoma City new homes.

We’re going to go through some of these floor plans today. Continuing from that last article, we already covered the first four floor plans. Um, so today we’re going to continue on after that. Looking at these floor plans and really comparing the differences so you know what to expect with your Oklahoma City new homes. The first thing you should do is join in on one of our model home tours. We go on these tours the same three days every week. It’s 70 that 9:00 AM Sundays at 5:00 PM and Monday’s at 6:00 PM. Takes about 90 minutes and you drive your own car. That way if there’s an emergency, you are free to go at any time. Um, and you’re not stuck in a van or anything with me.

Um, we have more fully furnished and decorated model homes than any other builder. So that’s why we started taking our customers on a model home tour because what we’ve found is that people are so visual and they would much rather walk through a floor plan to find the right one for them and, and understand the way it flows and the differences in these versions in to be able to see this home fully furnished. That way you know, how the space is utilized and, and how it will work for you and your family. And that’s why we have so many model homes is because we love helping our clients find the right home that fits their needs, stays within their budget, and is everything that they’ve ever wanted. An unexpected.

Today we’re going to continue on looking at different floor plans for your Oklahoma City new homes. We’re going to start with the Greenville. Greenville is one of my personal favorite floor plans that the reason is because as the Greenville, whenever you walk in, it has what we call a grand entrance. So really huge. 13 foot entrance. And then beyond that, there’s a 20 foot ceiling over the dining room. So really grand entrance, uh, the Greenville has two different one story versions and three different two story versions of each. So the Greenville one, one story is 2,257 square feet. It’s a three bedroom, two bathroom, one story with a three car garage. So we’re looking for a grand entrance to really impress your friends and impress yourself. Really every time you come home through your front door, you can build the Greenville as your Oklahoma City new homes. The Greenville one has three different upstairs configurations.

One has a game room, one bedroom and a bathroom. One has a game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and one has a game room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a six bedroom home with four bathrooms. So a really large Greenville version. The Greenville one, he is the one with the game room, the bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. And that would make the Greenville 2,987 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories at the three car garage. The Greenville One h has the game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs making it a 3000, 164 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And in the Greenville, one L has. Let me just double check, but it has a game room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. So a really cool floor plan. So if you’re looking for a floor plan that has six bedrooms for your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely considered the Greenville as your next Oklahoma City new homes.

The second version of the Greenville is called the Greenville too. The main thing that changes from the Greenville one and the Greenville too, is that the Greenville has the largest master suite of any of our floor plans, so literally one entire side of the house is the master suite and the Greenville to adds two extra bedrooms off of the master suite. So if you’re looking for a floor plan with a huge master suite with even two bonus rooms for an exercise room or a study off of the master suite. So it’s a private study and a private exercise room, definitely consider the Greenville to um, the Greenville to one story is 2,556 square feet. It’s a three bedroom home with two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage, or it has the same three upstairs configurations as the Greenville One. So the Greenville too. He has a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs making it 3,286 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And the Greenville to age. This one has the game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and making it 3,463 square feet, a five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and the Greenville to l, our largest version and the heritage series a has a game room. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, making it 3,712 square feet, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. So if we’re looking for one our largest floor plan for your Oklahoma City new homes, and definitely check out the Greenville.

The next floor plan we’re going to talk about, and we might not even have enough time in this article, is called the Monroe. I’m the reason we’re gonna run out of time is because of the Monroe is our most versatile floorplan with 15 different versions in it. Oklahoma City new homes, there are three different one story options and then five different options of each of those. Making it a total of 15 different options. The Monroe one starts out at 2000, 274 square feet. It’s a three bedroom, two bathroom home. One story with a three car garage and then the monroe too. What changes here is we, um, we moved the garage over

to cover one of those front windows and cover up where that study window is that and it eliminates the steady, but you still have a nice big dining room in the entrance. Um, so the monroe to is 2,172 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage and in the Monroe to also um, moves some of the interior items like the bathroom and the laundry room, actually swap places. And the best way to really get a good sense of what I’m talking about is to join in on the model home tour because we have them enrolled one in row, two on the model home tours. So that way you can walk through these two different floor plans and really get a sense of what changes and why we’ve changed it. Oklahoma City new homes that’s one of the coolest things is because our floor plans are really designed by our customers over the years with customer comments and feedback.

We’ve redesigned our floor plans to fit those needs and those popular trends. So I’m on the tour. We really talked about why we’ve redesigned it, what function and purpose was behind that redesign, that way you can know which version of the floor plan to to pick for you and your family. And then the monroe three, uh, the monroe three there are removed the garage back over, just like the mineral ones. So you have windows, those windows lead to a bedroom and then the bathroom is in a different location and the bedrooms are in a different location as well as the monroe. Three is 2,912 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one or two story with a three car garage. All right, so we’re going back up to the Monroe one. Like I said, the mineral one has five different upstairs versions and then the murder of two also has four different versions of them in row three has four different upstairs versions, making that a total of 15 different versions. Um, so the best thing you can do to find your perfect Oklahoma City new homes is to join in on one of our model home tours. So we can only take a limited number of people every time on the tour. So call in to shaw homes and save a spot for you and your family on the model home tour. That way you can find the right floor plan for your Oklahoma City new homes. Jesse Hancock (2) 11-16-18.mp3
