Today we’re talking about Oklahoma City new homes and what it looks like to build your Edmond new home with Shaw homes. Homes has made the best path to get into your new home. Um, but today we’re going to talk about floor plans because the first thing that you can do is find a floor plan that fits you and your family best and the community you want to build it in. So we’re going over these floor plans and some of the features and benefits of each one. And the previous

article we talked about the Monroe, but today we’re going to recap them, Monroe and continue down the list from here. So whenever you’re looking to build your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely check out [inaudible] dot com. I look at all of our floor plans that we have here. Some of our floor plans have 15 different versions to them, like the Monroe, the Monroe has three different single story versions and two or sorry, than five different second story versions into Monroe. One, their square footage is 2,274 square feet. This is a three bedroom, two bathroom house. Like I said, it’s a single story with a three car garage. Then you have the monroe to a and in row two is a little bit smaller. It just loses the office in the front, but it is 2000, 172 square feet. And then we have them in row three. The Monroe three again, adds that front room on this, on the front elevation, but it turns it into a bedroom. So the Monroe three is 2000, 112 square feet. Like I said, each of these three versions has 15. Dif are started, has five different upstairs versions. So, uh, the Monroe one, he is a version where you walk right upstairs into a hallway and then you were down the hallway to a bedroom, a bathroom, and then down the hallway to the game room. The game room is over the living room and a monroe, one e

the monroe one. He is 3074 square feet, four bedroom house, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Uh, the Monroe one age is again upstairs into a hallway, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game upstairs in the neuro one h making it 3000, 279 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms. And then the monroe one eye. You go upstairs into two game rooms. So you go upstairs into a hallway, but upstairs there are two game rooms, two bath, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. So if you’re looking for a large two story home with two game rooms upstairs, maybe a theater room and in a true game room for your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely check out the monroe one. I another version of the Monroe is the Monroe one, p, the Monroe, one p is where you go upstairs and you walk right into the game room. There was no hallway upstairs, so you walked right into the game room and then there’s a bedroom and a bathroom as well,

and on the version of. Yeah, the Monroe one. P is 2,820 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Then I’m in row two. I’m enrolled to. He is 2,952 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and the Monroe too. Age is 3000, 177 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Monroe too. I is 3,513 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Again, if you’re looking for one of the most versatile plans that we have, checkout the monroe for your Oklahoma City new homes in the Monroe to pee. This is where you go upstairs right into the game room. Then there’s a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs as well. This 2,700 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories is a three car garage. The Monroe, uh, has also the largest opening, um, so from the kitchen to the living room, so the largest open concept and it has the largest back patio that comes included as well. Then it also has a really unique split vanity and a corner tub in the master suite, so it really cool floor plan. Next is the monroe, three, 2,112 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage, they may have them in row three e, which again you go up upstairs into a hallway with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a game room. Two thousand 912 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. This is a two story version and it does have a three car garage. The Monroe, three h upstairs, there are two bedrooms,

a bathroom, and a game room. Three thousand, 117 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And then the monroe three. Again, this one is where you go upstairs. There are two game rooms, or maybe a game room and a theater room. The two bedrooms, 3000, 379 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms. And then the mirror, three, p, m, 2,658 square feet. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms.

Alright, now the next floor plan that one talked to you about is called the Monterey. Now keep in mind any of these floor plans that we’re talking about can be built in Edmond for your Oklahoma City new homes. But the Monterey one single story is 2,446 square feet. Has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. Uh, the cool thing about the Monterey is that it has a hallway going down and then an l shape into the master suite. So it has a really private master suite. Uh, it also has vaulted ceilings and the study and a dining room as well. So if you want a dining room, um, for your Oklahoma City new homes, check out the Monterey. Then the Monterey has another one story version called the Monterey to literally what this does, it just extends the entire floor plan and draws a line to the middle of it and extends it four feet so it makes the living room and the dining room bigger by four feet. And this makes it 2,654 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage.

The Monterey has two upstairs versions. I’m calling about the Monterrey upstairs is that whenever you go upstairs, it has a landing and you turn and go up the stairs again. So that’s not very steep. Um, then you come up to a platform where you have the entrance to the game room and then you go down a hallway and actually down a few steps into the hallway to go to a private bedroom and a bathroom at the end of the hallway. Now this can either have one bedroom or two bedrooms depending on what you want for your Oklahoma City new homes. For the Monterey one, he that has one bedroom upstairs is 3,265 square feet, three bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Monterey one h has two bedrooms, which is 3,448 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

Another floor plan that we can build. It’s called the notting hill. The Notting Hill is a two story only mainly because of the only bedroom. Downstairs is a master suite and all the other bedrooms are upstairs. What it does have a powder bathroom as well, so it’s really cool. Floor plan if you want to. Powder bathroom and your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely check out the notting hill. The Notting Hill Age is 2,400 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories was a three car garage. The nottinghill l has a little bit bigger, 2,618 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and the Notting Hill v, which is 2,593 square feet, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Then we have the Prescott Prescott can be built as a single story for your Oklahoma City new homes. The principal, it’s really cool because it has a lot of storage space and some really big tall windows in the back. The back patio used to overhang those windows, but over the years we actually moved to the patio to overextend on the note along for a lot of natural light to come in those windows.
