So I’m gonna. Explain to you the differences in Egypt version for your Oklahoma City new homes. The Monroe one is 2,274 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. It has a formal dining room and a formal office or a study kind of right off the entrance as you walk into our largest, most open concept, living room and kitchen. The Monroe also has the largest back patio that’s covered, included. Then also a really unique split vanity and a corner tub in the master. I’m the Monroe one. He adds a bedroom, a bathroom, and a game room upstairs, making it 3074 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Monroe one, h as two bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room upstairs making it 3,274 79 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, and then the monroe one I m ads, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two game rooms upstairs making it the largest version of the monroe at 3,671 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

And then there’s also a version of the monroe called the Monroe. One P, uh, this is where the upstairs version, you walk right into the game room and as a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs as well. This version is 2,820 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. The Monroe too. Um, what changed here? We lose a steady downstairs right at the entrance and it’s now just a coat closet, so it’s a little bit smaller. The first floor footprint, uh, the Monroe to is 2000, 172 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage, and the go to the bathroom. And the laundry room also switch places. So this allows for the master suite, the closet. Can I try it into the laundry room? And then you can exit through the closet and threw the laundry room. So it has that snooze button design. How does design is in effect where two people get up at separate times. One person can get up and change and an exit through the master closet and without having to go back and forth through the master bedroom to disturb their partner. Hence letting them snooze and that’s why we call it the snooze button.

Linden road to he is a version where upstairs you go down a hallway, but there is a game room down the hallway and a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs. The Monroe too. He is 2,952 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Perfect for your Oklahoma City new homes. The Monroe to age is the game room is still down the hallway. Uh, there’s two bedrooms and a bathroom. I’m making it 3000. One hundred and 77 square feet. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Perfect for your Oklahoma City new homes. And then the monroe to I, which is the largest version of the monroe too. Again, game room is down the hallway with two bedrooms and a bathroom. And then another game room upstairs thinking it. Three thousand 500, 13 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

And in the Monroe Tupe, um, this is a version that you can walk through, um, because it’s part of the model home tour. The Monroe to p is where we were is 2,700 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. So this one essentially from the downstairs, you just walked right up into the game room instead of going down a hallway into the game room. And in the Monroe, the monroe three. What if this one does is where the study is at in the Monroe one, it’s now a bedroom. So we still have a nice front elevation with a lot of windows. And the door in front, the monroe three is 2000, 112 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. Perfect for your Oklahoma City new homes, the Monroe three. He is 2,912 square feet. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And again this one is where the game room is down the hallway also with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

Monterrey is a really cool floor plan and actually one of our newest model homes, so definitely make it a point to join in on the model home tours so you can walk through the newest Monterey that we’ve built.

That’s the Monterey one. H is the model, but the Monterrey can also be built as a one story for your Oklahoma City new homes. The Monterey one story is 2,446 square feet. It’s a three bedroom home, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. It’s actually a two and a half bathrooms. There is a powder room downstairs, which is really neat. Um, and then from the entrance there is an office and a dining room with a really open feel and concept with the kitchen opening up into the dining room and the living room. And in this one also has the most privacy for the bedrooms. For instance, to get to the master bedroom you have to go down l shape hallway just to get to the door of the master suite. So it really private master suite as well. And in this one as a two story has a really cool second suite option where there are two bedrooms downstairs and obviously the master has a walk in bathroom and closet, but the other bedroom in this floor plan also has a walk in the bathroom and closet attached.

So it really cool second suite option and it’s called the Monterey one e. So the Monterey one, he is 3,265 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And the Monterey, one h, Oklahoma City new homes, this one has an extra bedroom upstairs, making it 3,448 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Now, if you were wanting to do a one story version of the Monroe, but you thought the living room was a little too small, um, one thing that we’ve done is we’ve actually redesigned it and named it the Monterey to where really it draws a line through the dining room and the living room and widens the entire house by four feet. So the Monterey to his 2000, 654 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One story with a three car garage. Perfect for your Edmond. Jesse Hancock (3) 11-16-18.mp3
