Oklahoma City new homes | The best warranty
Hello and welcome back to shaw homes. Thank you so much for doing your research and finding all the information you can before you make that most important decision to build your new home. Today. We’re talking about Oklahoma City new homes and the process that we have here for designing and building your new home. And the best thing you can do is, you know, design and building a new home with shaw homes. But the second best thing you can do is find a move in ready home that we’ve already built. Um, so if you don’t have the luxury of time that it takes to design and build your Oklahoma City new homes, but you need something sooner than that, um, sooner than six or seven months, then the second best thing you can do is move by one of our move ready homes with shaw homes. You guys, it’s still covered by Tulsa’s best warranty, which is a two year mechanical warranty of one year. Everything warranty and a 10 year structural warranty. So that’s the best builder warranty of any home builder here in Oklahoma. And previous articles, we talked about all of our move in ready homes and today I’m going to continue on with some other move in ready homes that we have here at shaw homes.
Uh, the next move in ready home that I want to tell you about is called the stone broke with v. This one is built in millicent pond. Um, the address is one zero, one six south Joshua Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74 zero, one two. This one actually just sold, but it was for sale for 300, 19,900. The square footage is 2,805 square feet. It is a four bedroom home, two and a half bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage, a since it’s in broken Arrow here. That’s Anderson Elementary Union middle school and union high school. Even though it’s sold, this can still be your Oklahoma City new homes, because we can build any of these floor plans in any of our communities. So the next or the newest communities that we have are coming into Oklahoma City area or Edmond. So it’d be the perfect spot to build your Oklahoma City new homes.
Um, we have another Stonebrook v built in seven lakes that actually just sold, but this one was listed for $327,970. The square footage here was 2,619 square feet, four bedroom home, two and a half bathrooms. It’s a two story with three car garage. The school districts here where north elementary, middle school and high school. Some of the cool things about the Stonebrook v floor plan is that, um, it has a powder bathroom or a half bathroom downstairs with a nice size living room and an open concept into the kitchen and in the kitchen, the island is facing the nook. So it’s a turned island and this is great for looking at your backyard or your back windows. And really it creates two separate entertaining spaces which our customers really love. That way if there’s people in the living room watching TV, um, and there are people in the nook and kitchen cooking and eating, um, you know, you’re going to carry conversations and kind of create two separate entertaining spaces even though it’s open to both, Oklahoma City new homes, in the same broke. There’s also a really large pantry, so a big l shape pantry and we like to call it the preppers Pantry or doomsday preppers because they can hold so much food. You can lock yourself in there for months. and it also has that snooze button design versus a design where there are two entrances and exits from the master suite. And this is great for people that maybe get up at separate times. One person who can get up and exit the master bedroom and close the doors behind him or her and shower and change and get ready and exit through the master closet instead of going back and forth through that bedroom to wake up their partner, allowing them to keep snoozing. and it’s in the community called the rush. Brooke, north of the address is three zero, zero, nine west edge water street in broken Arrow, Oklahoma, 74, zero. One, two. The price here is $327,916. This is still under construction, but it should be finished in the next month or so. It is 2,605 square feet. It is a four bedroom home, three and a half bathrooms with two stories and a three car garage. And since this one’s built in broken Arrow, we have wolf creek elementary. All Oliver Middle School and Broken Arrow high school at the nottinghill. Al Can be built in Edmond, so this can definitely be your Oklahoma City new homes. And Sarah and we will have some move in ready homes in Edmond, so you’ll be able to see what these homes look like and you’ll be able to have some options for moving ready home for your admin to new home.
The next one I want to tell you about is called the Redford three a. This one’s built in Somerset. The address is six seven, five, zero east, 119th street south in Bixby, Oklahoma seven, four zero, zero eight. The price for this Redford three is $342,925 to 2,354 square foot home. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Uh, this one is located in north elementary, middle school and Bixby, high school school districts. Uh, the cool thing about the Redford three is that if the garage actually moves over 10 feet and allows for windows and the study and the Redford is one of our best floor plans because the kitchen is gigantic. It has the most kitchen cabinets and countertops space. If any floor plan that we have. Also, it has turned to island that faces that the note and the note is hugely. It’s one of the biggest nooks that we have at any floor plan. I’m in the master suite. There’s also his and hers. Vanity is separated by the tub and then we also have his and hers closets there as well. And then if this is your Oklahoma City new homes, there’s also that snooze button design. This one is listed for $345,286 and is still under construction, but it is just about finished. The address here is six six, one three south chestnut avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74 0:11. Um, the square footage is 2,946 square feet. It is a four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Since this one’s built in broken Arrow, we have the school districts as Aspen Creek Child. There’s middle school and broken Arrow highschool.
The next one I want to tell you about what’s called the notting hill l a. This is a really unique floor plan because it has a side entry garage or a courtyard driveway. Um, it has built in millicent pond to the address is nine one seven South Columbus show avenue in broken Arrow, Oklahoma seven four zero one two. Um, the status is active for sale. It is 2,805 square feet. It is a four bedroom, three bathroom home with two stories and a three car garage. This one’s built in union school districts, so we have Anderson Elementary Union Middle School in Union high school. The next one I’ll tell you about, it’s called the neuro one. This one’s being built in the states at the river is currently under construction. So we have five, four, zero, six east, 122nd place south in Bixby, Oklahoma on some things that make them enro.
Unique is that it’s our most square footage. Efficient. Uh, sorry. It is our most versatile floorplan with 15 different versions. The Monroe one, he has upstairs. You walk into a hallway with the game room over the living room and a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs as well. Uh, this one’s a four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And next we have the Wyndham one. I, this is the biggest version of the Wyndham.
