Oklahoma City new homes | Styling The Nottinghill
Hey, welcome back to shaw homes. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this article and gather all the information so you can make the best decision for you and your family. Um, well they will always say is, you know, having all the information is the way to make the best decision. So you’re digging in deep to find all the information. That way you can make the best decision moving forward. Today we’re talking about Oklahoma City new homes and the floor plans that we have available to build your Oklahoma City new homes. Um, the previous article. We’ve covered the first half of our floor plans, but we have a little over 70 different floor plans that we can build. So if you’re looking to build your Oklahoma City new homes, you know, gathering all the information with these floor plans and finding the floor plan that fits you and your family’s needs most, whether you need a one or a two story home, uh, if you needed, you know, bedroom count or a game room upstairs, just a bunch of different factors and the way the home flows.
So we like to show you all of our floor plans, that way you can make the best decision for you and your family. Um, we just talked about the monroe floor plans and like I said, 15 different versions. So if you’re interested in the previous ones, still check out [inaudible] dot com. That way you can look at our floor plans that we have available for your Oklahoma City new homes. But today we’re gonna continue on with our floor plans and I’m just pointing out things that aren’t on our website. Things that you might not think of in the Monterey. The Monterey is one of our biggest single story homes and there are two different versions. So the Monterey one single story is 2,446 square feet. It was a three bedroom home, two bathroom, one story with a three car garage on the Monterey to his 2,654 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. And then the Monterey has two upstairs versions. So you can do the Monterey one e, which is 3,265 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with a two story home and a three car garage, or the Monterey one h, which is 3,448 square feet, a two bedroom home. Three bathrooms, two stories of the three car garage.
Um, do their floor plan on you about. It’s called the nottinghill. The notting hill is a great floor plan for your Oklahoma City new homes. I’m. The cool thing about the notting hill is that has the potter bathroom downstairs and the master suite is downstairs. And then the rest of the home is upstairs. So the nottinghill versions have a really large upstairs.
I’m in the Notting Hill. We the Nottinghill H, which is 2,400 square feet. It’s a three bedroom, two bathroom home, two stories with a three car garage. We had the nottinghill l, which is 2,618 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. Oklahoma City new homes the Nottinghill v, which is 2,593 square feet, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two story home with a three car garage will only have, it’s called the Parkwood. So the Parkwood again has the same thing, a powder bathroom downstairs with the master suite. And then the rest of the rooms are upstairs.
So in the parkway do we have the Parkwood Age, which is 2,623 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It’s a two story home in a three car garage. So if you’re looking for you’re Edmond new home, um, to have just one bedroom downstairs. And the rest all upstairs. I’m definitely the Notting Hill. And the Parkwood are great options for you. For your Oklahoma City new homes. Or the next one is Parkwood l, the Parkwood l is 2,894 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories. The three car garage and the park would be um, which is 2,848 square feet. Four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories is a three car garage. And then the park would x, which is our largest version, which is 3081 square feet, a five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories. The three car garage, next floor plan I’ll tell you about is the Prescott. We have the press, got one story, the press got one story is 2,404 square feet is a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. Again, this is one of our larger single story homes. Um, so cool things about the Prescott, is that right? We’ve actually redesigned the patio. It used to overhang to the side of the neck which covered the tall windows.
And over the years our customers kept telling us that that is blocking a lot of that natural light. So we actually moved the patio off the back of the note allowing for a lot of natural light to come in through those big tall windows. Also, our customers kept telling us that they bought more storage space. So in the press got, we have the most storage space on any floor plan. Literally every single room has a big closet. And then it also has a really large pantry in the Prescott and in the laundry room is really far away from the bedrooms. And this is great because our customers designed this for late night laundry. So if you’re the type of person that likes to put laundry in at night and just let it go overnight, you won’t hear it going all night long. So if you’re looking for an Oklahoma City new homes with these features, definitely check out their Prescott.
Prescott can also be built with just the game room upstairs, which should be called the Prescott a. and that’s 2,904 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And then the press got II, which is 3,152 square feet, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two story home with a three car garage. And the Prescott H, which is 3,362 square feet, five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And the next floor plan I, I’ll tell you about it, it’s called the Redford. Redford is a really, really popular floor plan and it would be a really beautiful Oklahoma City new homes. The Redford, one story, uh, is 2,349 square feet. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom home, a single story with a three car garage. The redford has the most kitchen cabinets and countertops, space of any of our floor plans as well as they turned island that faces the note. And this is great because you get to look out your back windows and onto the nugget kind of creates two separate entertaining spaces. And most of our customers no longer want a formal dining room, so this is great because it’s bigger than a formal dining room, but it’s informal as a Nook, so you get the best of both worlds. Also in the master suite, you have his and hers vanities as well as his and hers closets as well.
The redford can also have the game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 3000, 178 square feet,
four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And then we had the Redford one H, which is 3,343 square feet, five bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. We also have the Redford to age mainly. This eliminates a bedroom downstairs and adds the two bedrooms upstairs. So it’s still a four bedroom home with three bathrooms. And the square footage is 3000, 158 square feet. So was looking for a floor plan around that square footage with two bedrooms downstairs. And two bedrooms upstairs with the biggest kitchen for your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely check out the Redford to age. And then we also can do the Redford three. The redford three just moves the garage over 10 feet allowing for windows in that study.
Um, this one makes the home quite a bit wider, so you have to find out a wider home site as well. So when you’re thinking about buying a new home, and Edmond, I’m definitely consider, you know, the home site that you’re building on your new home. Another floor plan I and tell you about, it’s called the stonebrook. The stonebrook is a really great because this one also has a turned island facing the note, but the square footage is a little bit smaller than the Redford, so it’s a little bit more affordable as well. So the stonebrook age is 2,467 square feet. It’s a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, two storage, the three car garage, and then have the Stonebrook v, which is 2,619 square feet, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And then there’s a couple more left. The ventana Ventana is actually Spanish for windows, so the Ventana has the most windows in any floorplan. The ventana P is 200 or 2000, 445 square feet, three bedrooms. And then the Ventana q is 2,595 square feet and it’s a four bedroom house. Um, there’s a few more of the. Wyndham is next.
