Hey, welcome back to shaw homes.com. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy, busy day to gather all the information and make the best decision for you and your family. Today. We’re talking about Oklahoma City new homes and what it looks like to build a shaw home over there in Edmond, Oklahoma. So, uh, here we go.

I’m going to be first head over to our website, [inaudible] dot com. You’re going to see a lot of information here and this is one of the best places to get started. Um, what we’re talking about now are the homes in the price range from 230,000 to 450,000. These, this series here is called the heritage series home. Um, we already talked about all of these other tabs down here in a different article. So if you’re wanting to know more about that, um, check out one of these other articles. But if you’re this far into our website, you probably have read through all of our articles as well. But today I’m going to point out a few things that maybe you didn’t know him. So whenever we’re talking about are available floor plans today. I’m going to talk about some of the floor plans and some of those unique selling features in each floor plan and why that might benefit you. I’m really over the years, our floor plans have been designed by our customers over thousands of comments for the past 10 years and popular trends. We have redesigned and rebuilt floor plans to meet those needs of our customers and those trends. Um, the first floor plan I’ll talk to you about today is called the Addison. The Addison is a great floor plan, uh, for your Oklahoma City new homes.

Some of the cool things about the addison is that it’s actually our most square foot efficient four bedroom house, but it could be built as a two story which will be the Addison p and that would be our most square footage efficient five bedroom house. Uh, the addison is a really cool split floor plan, um, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side and then separated by the kitchen. And living room, uh, there’s the master and another bedroom or an office on the other side.

Uh, the Addison one story is 1,857 square feet. And the two story version, which has a, a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs is 2,421 square feet. Both of these floor plans here come with a three car garage and would be a perfect home for your Oklahoma City new homes. The next floor plan I want to tell you about is called the crescent. The crescent is a really cool floor plan mainly because it’s such an open concept. And uh, it also has a formal dining room, which is really neat. Another cool thing is that the laundry room is really far away from the bedrooms. So this was designed for our customers that like late night laundry. So you don’t have to hear the laundry going all night long. And then there’s a hallway that leads to these to edge two other bedrooms, really a private entrance to these two bedrooms.

So if you’re looking for a private bedrooms downstairs, the crescent is a great floor plan for your Oklahoma City new homes. The crescent can be built as a one story or upstairs. It’s a two story with just a game room or a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom. If you build a crescent as a one story in is 2095 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one story in a three car garage. Yeah, the crescent P is 2,946 square feet. This is a four bedroom home, three bathrooms. That’s a two story as well. And then the crescent m is a two story as well. This one is 2,593 square feet. Still a four bedroom house with two bathrooms. And what we’re talking about right now are the floor plans that we offer here at Shaw homes. If you’re reading this article, you’ve may or may not have already seen our floor plans on our website, but today I’m going to talk about some of the key features that you might not have thought of whenever you’re looking at these floor plans. Um, we’ve already talked about the addison and the different difference between the one and the two story versions at the Crescent, the difference between those one and two story versions there as well.

So today we’re gonna continue on with the floor plane called the Finley. Uh, the findlay is one of our most affordable heritage series homes. The findlay is 1,802 square feet. It’s a three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage. Um, the findlay Subaru cool because it has two bedrooms on one side, kind of that split floor plan design also with an at home office. So there’s a study right in the entrance there. I’m open to a great room and an open concept living area. And then on the other side is a master suite with the master bathroom or walk through closet and the Finley is still has what we call the snooze button design. So, um, you know, you can, if you or your spouse or whoever gets up at separate times, one person can get up and go into the master bathroom and close those doors and shower and change and get ready and exit through the master closet without having to go back and forth through the master bedroom.

So our customers love that design of the Finlay. Another floor plan I want to tell you about is called the Greenville. Greenville is one of our best floorplans mainly because it has what we call a grand entrance. So if you ever walked inside of this floor plan, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about, but for your Oklahoma City new homes, the Greenville would be a perfect floor plan. That grand entrance is 13 foot ceilings in the entryway and then 20 foot ceilings in the dining area. So this makes for a really tall grand entrance. On the Greenville, Greenville does have a split floor plan, so two bedrooms and a bathroom on one side. And then the master suite is on the other side.

The Greenville has the most dedicated space for the master in any of our floor plans. So literally one side of the masters of the home is the master suite. So if you’re looking for a master suite, a large master suite for your Oklahoma City new homes, definitely check out the Greenville. The Greenville has two different one story versions and then a bunch of different two-story versions. But the Greenville one on one story is 2,257 square feet. The three bedroom home, two bathrooms, one story with a three car garage, and then the Greenville to one story is 2,556 square feet. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car garage, one story three car garage. Um, the difference between a Greenville one in Greenville too is that the Greenville too

adds two rooms off of the master suite. These aren’t bedrooms, but they’re just rooms. Maybe a study or an exercise room. Um, so these are two bonus rooms off of the master suite. Uh, the Greenville one has several different upstairs upstairs versions as well. The Greenville one, he has a game room, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs, making it 2,987 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. We also have the Greenville one age for your Oklahoma City new homes. Uh, the Greenville one h is 3000, 164 square feet. This is a five bedroom, three bathroom, two story home with a three car garage. Or you can do the Greenville one owl. This one has a game room upstairs, three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. So making it the largest version of the Greenville one, which is 3,400, 13 square feet, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage.

Now moving on to the Greenville too for your to new home. Um, the Greenville to he again, this one just has the bonus rooms off the master suite and upstairs that has a bedroom, a game room, and a bathroom. The Greenville too. He is 3,286 square feet, four bedroom home, three bathrooms, two stories with a three car garage. And a Greenville to h, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room upstairs, making it 3,463 square feet, five bedrooms, three bathrooms. And the Greenville to l is actually our largest floor plan in the heritage series, making it 3,712 square feet, a six bedroom home for bathrooms. Two stories with a three car garage.
