The Redford 1H in Creekside at Forest Ridge. It’s a two-story home that can also be built as a one-story. The Redford 1H is known for having 2 fireplaces.
The Redford model offers flexible design options. Ranging from 2,373 sqft. to 3,414 sqft. Plus many more sizes in between. Being a new home builder in Tulsa Oklahoma requires you to have variety in your layouts. For instance, the 1H version offers maximum living space. Additionally we have four other ways to make it a 2- Story. You can have it as a four bedroom or five! With or without the game room. It all depends on what your needs are! As well as what fits your lifestyle! Another remarkable floor plan known for customization is the Monroe. Here’s some information about the layout.
In similar fashion to the Redford, the Monroe can be customized several different ways. It can be built as a 2-story or a 1-story. Meanwhile one of the perks about Monroe is the bump out in the master bedroom. It can be used as a reading area or a nursery! It also has the snooze button design. Your master bath is right off of the bedroom. Leading into your master closet. Then into the Laundry room. Coming out of the laundry room you’ll see bedroom #2 and 3.
